The tetrafluoro film charging and pressing device 3400 includes: a tetrafluoride film stamping unit 3410 for stamping the tetrafluoride film, and a tetrafluoride film feeding manipulator 3420 for inserting the tetrafluoride film at the position of the tetrafluoride film stamping unit 3410 into the housing of the good product transportation jig.
The working principle of the membrane molded into the housing system 3000 is as follows:
the bottom film feeding device 3100 works, the bottom film stamping unit 3110 is used for stamping the coiled bottom film, for example, the bottom film unreeling structure 3111 is used for unreeling the bottom film, and the bottom film stamping die 3112 is used for stamping the bottom film to obtain a bottom film sheet; the bottom film feeding manipulator 3120 is used to feed the bottom film at the bottom film stamping unit 3110 into the bottom film transport through hole 3131 of the bottom film transport turntable 3130, and because the bottom film transport through hole 3131 is internally provided with a bottom film carrying ring 3132, the bottom film does not easily fall from the bottom film transport through hole 3131; the bottom film conveying turntable 3130 drives the bottom film thereon to rotate, so that the bottom film reaches the upper part of a good product conveying jig of the good product conveying chain 2600, and preparation is made for inserting the subsequent bottom film into the shell;
meanwhile, the border film feeding and pressing device 3200 works, the border film cutting unit 3210 is used for cutting the border film, the border film feeding manipulator 3220 is used for winding the border film at the border film cutting unit 3210 and penetrating the bottom film transportation through hole 3131, so that the bottom film and the border film are inserted into the shell of the good product transportation jig, for example, the border film unwinding structure 3211 unwinds the border film, and the border film cutting structure 3212 cuts the border film to obtain the border film with a specified length; the side film winding driving part 3221 drives the side film pressing rod 3223 to rotate, and the side film is wound into a cylindrical shape because the side film pressing rod 3223 is provided with side film vacuum adsorption holes; next, the side film press-in driving part 3222 drives the side film press-in rod 3223 to penetrate through the bottom film transport through hole 3131, and inserts the side film and the bottom film into the housing together with the bottom film in the bottom film transport through hole 3131;
in order to enable the edge film to be better attached to the lithium sheet in the shell body tightly, an edge film attaching device 3300 is especially arranged, the lifting rotating unit 3310 drives the attaching rotating rod 3320 to descend and rotate, so that the attaching rotating rod 3320 is inserted into the shell body of the good product transportation jig, and the edge film is driven to be attached to the lithium sheet in the shell body tightly due to the rotation of the attaching rotating rod 3320;
the good product continues to move forward under the action of the good product conveying chain 2600, and reaches the position of the tetrafluoride film feeding and pressing-in device 3400, the tetrafluoride film feeding and pressing-in device 3400 is used for punching the tetrafluoride film to obtain a small piece of tetrafluoride film, and the tetrafluoride film feeding manipulator 3420 is used for inserting the tetrafluoride film at the position of the tetrafluoride film punching unit 3410 into the shell of the good product conveying jig, so that the tetrafluoride film is tightly attached to the bottom film;
thus, the bottom membrane, the side membrane and the tetrafluoride membrane are inserted into the shell.
As shown in fig. 8, 9 and 10, the lithium battery molding production apparatus 20 further includes a positive electrode particle injection casing system 4000, and the positive electrode particle injection casing system 4000 is used for injecting positive electrode particles into the casing. The good product transport chain 2600 drives the casing thereon to sequentially reach the primary side film correction device 4100, the primary positive electrode particle feeding casing device 4200, the primary positive electrode particle injection amount detection device 4300, the secondary positive electrode particle feeding casing device 4400, the secondary side film correction device 4500, and the secondary positive electrode particle injection amount detection device 4600, and the corresponding processes are performed.
Further, the battery cell positive electrode particle injection casing system 4000 further includes an elevation driving device 4700, the elevation driving device 4700 drives the primary side film correction device 4100, the primary positive electrode particle injection casing device 4200, the primary positive electrode particle injection amount detection device 4300, the secondary positive electrode particle injection casing device 4400, the secondary side film correction device 4500 and the secondary positive electrode particle injection amount detection device 4600 to be lifted up and down simultaneously so as to be far away from or close to the good product transport chain 2600, so that the correction of the side film, the injection of the positive electrode particles and the detection of the positive electrode particle injection amount of the casing on the good product transport chain 2600 are realized.
Note that the primary edge film correction device 4100 has the same structure as the secondary edge film correction device 4500, the primary cathode particle injection amount detection device 4200 has the same structure as the secondary cathode particle injection amount detection device 4400, and the primary cathode particle injection amount detection device 4300 has the same structure as the secondary cathode particle injection amount detection device 4600.

Next, the structure of the primary-side-film correction apparatus 4100 will be described:
the primary-side-film correction apparatus 4100 includes: a side film correcting lift plate 4110, a side film correcting elastic member 4120, a side film correcting claw 4130, and a side film correcting guide lever 4140. the positive electrode particle injection plugging cylinder 4250 drives the positive electrode particle injection plugging plate 4240 to slide along the positive electrode particle injection lifting plate 4230 to plug a positive electrode particle injection port, and the positive electrode particle injection lifting plate 4230 is lifted, so that positive electrode particle injection to the shell is completed at one time;
when the shell reaches the primary anode particle injection amount detection device 4300, the lifting drive plate 4710 drives the detection base 4310 to descend, the detection base 4310 further drives the injection amount detection rod 4330 to extend into the shell, the injection amount detection rod 4330 compresses the recovery elastic piece 4340 and penetrates through the detection through hole 4311, and the displacement sensor 4320 detects the displacement amount of the injection amount detection rod 4330, so that the anode particle amount injected into the shell at present is judged to be required or not;

the shell reaches the secondary side film correcting device 4500, and the secondary side film correcting device 4500 corrects the bent side of the side film at the opening of the shell again, so that the bent side of the side film can be tightly attached to the inner wall of the shell;
when the shell reaches the secondary anode particle injection amount detection device 4600, the secondary anode particle injection amount detection device 4600 detects the amount of the anode particles in the current shell again to judge whether the current amount of the anode particles meets the specified requirement, if the current amount of the anode particles is qualified, the current amount of the anode particles continues to flow to the next station for processing, and if the current amount of the anode particles is not qualified, the current amount of the anode particles is rejected.
