The following detailed description will be given with reference to preferred embodiments of the present invention.
The preferred embodiment of the invention provides a reserved parking system based on reserved and issued parking spaces. By using the reservation system and the processing method, the parking requirement of a destination can be met when a user does not go out, and an ideal parking space can be rented in a bidding mode. For the parking space holder, a certain economic income can be brought to the parking space which is idle by the user in the idle time, and the system can adjust the reservation cost along with the busy degree of the reservation, thereby realizing the high-efficiency utilization of the idle resources. For idle rare resources, the maximum economic benefit can be generated by the rare resources by increasing the lease coefficient per unit time; if too much idle resources exist, the attraction to parking stall renters can be increased by reducing the unit time leasing coefficient. Therefore, the system can achieve the purposes of effectively utilizing the idle resources and efficiently utilizing the idle resources.
In order to achieve the above purpose, the preferred embodiment of the present invention adopts the following technical solutions:
a processing method for issuing and intelligently adjusting reserved parking comprises the following steps:
firstly, a parking stall holder publishes parking stall information (including garage position information, idle starting time, idle ending time, conventional setting or temporary setting information and minimum unit time lease cost (not higher than the reference unit time lease cost set by the system)) owned by a community in which the parking stall holder is located through a login system, the system detects whether the parking stall authority can be published or not by butting parking lot management system information of the community in which the parking stall holder is located according to identity number, name and telephone number information provided by the system, and after the authority detection is passed, the information publishing is successful; and after the permission detection fails, the information release fails.
The system can achieve certain request reservation data within a certain time period (the time period is configurable) according to the request, and according to the parking space idle condition (when the request reservation data and the parking space idle condition achieve a certain proportion), the system can dynamically adjust the cost in the parking space renting unit time period, the dynamic adjustment proportion is calculated according to the reservation data and the parking space idle proportion, the parking space renting cost in the highest unit time cannot exceed a system configuration coefficient, and the lowest condition can be set according to an acceptable range set by a parking space holder and cannot exceed a certain proportion (system configuration) of the reference unit time renting cost set by the system.
Thirdly, the parking stall renter preferentially displays the information of nearby parking stalls according to the GPS information reported by the mobile terminal of the parking stall renter through a login system; the user can set searching conditions (including a destination address, reserved parking starting time and reserved parking ending time) to search the information of the free parking spaces released by the cells near the destination of the user, after the target parking space is selected, the system displays the detailed information released by the parking space holder, displays the cost information obtained by calculating according to the current unit lease time cost and the set time interval information, and requests the parking space renter to confirm. After the confirmation is passed, the system sends the lease request information to the parking space holder for confirmation reservation; if the parking space holder does not agree with the rental, the parking space can be requested to be rented by adding price on the basis of the original price, and the request is confirmed.
After receiving the system notification, the parking stall holder can check the detailed information (including past evaluation, lease starting time, lease duration and system cost) of the lease requester to perform lease confirmation; if the user does not agree with the lease, the system informs the parking space renter that the lease is unsuccessful, the parking space renter can inform the information page again to add price and request for lease again, the system informs the parking space holder, and if the user refuses again, the parking space renter does not display the parking space information; and if the renting is agreed, the parking space renting is successful.
Fifthly, the system displays the reserved parking space for the parking space renter; if the current time period is in the idle time period issued by the parking space holder, the system starts to charge according to the charging standard calculated during reservation; if the current time period is not in the idle time period issued by the parking space holder, after the reserved time is up, if the parking space is not cancelled, the charging is started.
Sixthly, the parking stall renter arrives at the parking lot in the appointed time period, and after the parking lot gate identifies the license plate number, the reservation condition of the appointed time period is confirmed to the system through the parking lot management system; if the vehicle does not make an appointment, the vehicle is not released; if the vehicle is reserved but the current time is not in the reserved idle time period, the vehicle is not released; and if the vehicle is inquired to reserve a free parking space in the current time period, the gate of the parking lot performs release processing.
Seventhly, if the parking stall renter needs to drive the car out of the parking lot in the reserved time period, logging in the system to finish parking operation, and generating payment connection by the system according to the reserved time and the current time; after the parking stall renter finishes paying, the system displays the reserved parking stall as waiting for departure; when a vehicle runs to an exit of a parking lot, after the vehicle is identified by a parking lot management system, fee information is generated according to the reserved time and the current time of the vehicle, payment comparison is carried out according to the fee information and the system information, if the fee paid by a parking space renter is less than the calculated fee, the generated difference fee information is transmitted to the system, and the system pushes the received difference fee information to the parking space renter.
The parking stall renter can pay in a manual payment mode or an electronic connection mode; if the manual charging mode is adopted, after receiving the parking fee, the parking lot toll collector clicks the system and releases the vehicle; if the vehicle is paid electronically, after the payment is finished, the system informs the parking lot management system, the charging is finished, and the parking lot management system releases the vehicle.
After the parking space renter is released, if the current time is within the free time period issued by the parking space holder and exceeds a certain time length (system configuration) from the end time period, the system displays that the parking space is the free parking space, and reserved parking can be carried out; otherwise, the parking space can not be reserved.
And ninthly, after receiving the rental fee paid by the parking stall renter, the system returns the fee to the parking stall holder and the parking lot management system according to a certain proportion.
The preferred embodiment of the invention adopts a system for realizing parking based on publishing and reservation, can effectively improve the utilization rate of the existing idle parking space resources, can carry out the technology of automatically adjusting the car renting cost according to the reserved request number and the idle parking space number, can effectively avoid the inefficient utilization of limited resources, and can really reserve the resources to users needing to use by economic means. Detailed description of the invention
The invention also provides a method for dynamically adjusting the rental cost in unit time, which achieves certain request reservation data in a certain time period (the time period is configurable) according to a request, and the system can dynamically adjust the cost in the unit time period for renting the parking spaces according to the parking space idle condition (when the request reservation data and the parking space idle condition achieve a certain proportion), the dynamic adjustment proportion is calculated according to the reservation data and the parking space idle condition, the highest parking space rental cost in unit time does not exceed a system configuration coefficient, and the lowest situation can be set according to the acceptable range set by a parking space holder and does not exceed a certain proportion (system configuration) of the reference rental cost in unit time set by the system.
The parking space reservation method includes the steps that reservation data, namely the number of requests for renting parking spaces received in unit time, and parking space idle data, namely the number of renting free parking spaces received in unit time, are requested.
The algorithm coefficients are as follows:
(1) when the request reservation data/parking space idle data is equal to 0.5, the parking space rental unit time cost is equal to the lowest unit rental time cost set by the user (the lowest unit rental time cost set by the user is greater than the reference unit rental time cost, and the system sets the lowest coefficient); (i.e., the user has entered the lowest rental fee, which is the least rental fee entered by the user, and if less than this price, he prefers to leave the parking space empty.)
(2) When the parking space renting unit time cost is equal to the reference unit time renting cost when the parking space idle data/the request reservation data is 0.5< 0.8;
(3) when the reservation data/parking space idle data is requested to be 1.0<, the parking space lease unit time cost is the reference unit time lease cost 1.5;
(4) 1.2, when the reservation data/parking space idle data is requested to be less than 1.5, the parking space lease unit time cost is the reference unit time lease cost 1.8;
(5) and 2, when the reservation data/parking space idle data is requested, the parking space rental unit time cost is the reference unit time rental cost 2.
The release and reservation parking system and the related settlement method of the preferred embodiment of the invention expand the existing reservation parking system, not only can fully utilize the original idle parking space, but also can adjust the parking space through economic means, thereby fully realizing the payment of users, and reserve the rare resources to people who really need to use the parking space through the mode of using the rare resources at a higher price, and can reasonably configure the resources through the means, thereby fully realizing the win-win situation of parking space holders, parking space renters and garage managers.
