Abstract

本发明提出一种电磁导向旋转灯,包括灯体和灯座,所述灯体与灯座通过转轴连接,所述灯体上设有磁铁,所述灯座上设有电磁片,所述电磁片由若干产磁模块组成,该些产磁模块以转轴为中心径向排列,所述灯座内设有控制器,用于控制各产磁模块磁性的启闭,通过控制产磁模块顺时针或逆时针依次通电产生磁场,使灯体的磁铁依次与不同的产磁模块异极相吸发生位移进行旋转。本发明提出的电磁导向旋转灯,通过磁力导向进行旋转,转速可控范围广,可正反向转动切换,且转动噪音低,应用范围广。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种电磁导向旋转灯。
背景技术
旋转灯主要用于各种渲染气氛的场景。目前市售的旋转灯基本都是通过电机带动灯体旋转的,难以控制低速转动和切换正反向转动,且电机转动的噪音较大,使用场合受限。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提出一种电磁导向旋转灯,通过磁力导向进行旋转,转速可控范围广,可正反向转动切换,且转动噪音低,应用范围广。
本发明提出一种电磁导向旋转灯,包括灯体和灯座,所述灯体与灯座通过转轴连接,所述灯体上设有磁铁,所述灯座上设有电磁片,所述电磁片由若干产磁模块组成,该些产磁模块以转轴为中心径向排列,所述灯座内设有控制器,用于控制各产磁模块磁性的启闭,通过控制产磁模块顺时针或逆时针依次通电产生磁场,使灯体的磁铁依次与不同的产磁模块异极相吸发生位移进行旋转。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述灯体上的磁铁为对称的两块永磁铁,所述电磁片上对称的两个产磁模块的磁性为同步启闭,该设置有助于灯体平稳旋转。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述灯座上设有调速旋钮,所述调速旋钮与所述控制器连接,用于控制产磁模块启闭的切换速度以调节灯体转速。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述灯体与底座间存在间距,所述间距在磁力有效吸引的范围内。架高灯体,减少转动阻力,同时在磁力范围,不影响吸引转动。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述灯体包括基板和LED灯板,所述LED灯板固定在所述基板上,转轴固定在所述基板下方,所述磁铁设于所述基板内。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述LED灯板与所述控制器连接,受控于所述控制器,该LED灯板上设有RGBW四种颜色的LED模组,所述控制器根据转速控制LED灯板进行颜色变化。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述转轴下部设有轴承,所述灯座内部设有固定座,用于固定轴承和承载转轴,轴承是设置,使转动更省力静音。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述转轴为空心轴,方便LED灯板接线。
于本发明一个或多个实施例中,所述LED灯板表层通过灌胶密封,防水且无需加设灯罩增加灯体重量影响转动效果。
本发明的有益效果:本发明提出的电磁导向旋转灯,灯体通过磁铁与电磁片的配合,切换产磁模块的磁力变化作为导向吸引灯体旋转,其转速可控范围广,可正反向转动切换,且转动噪音低,应用范围广。同时LED模组配合灯体转速进行颜色变化,营造多种灯光效果。

具体实施方式
如下结合附图,对本申请方案作进一步描述:
参见附图1-3,一种电磁导向旋转灯,包括灯体和灯座3。所述灯体包括基板2和LED灯板1,所述LED灯板1固定在所述基板2上,所述基板2下方固设有空心的转轴4,灯体通过所述转轴4与灯座3连接,所述转轴4下部设有轴承5,所述灯座3内部设有固定座6,用于固定轴承5和承载转轴4。所述LED灯板1表层通过灌胶密封。所述基板2设有对称的两块永磁铁7。所述灯座3上设有电磁片8,所述电磁片8由若干产磁模块81组成,该些产磁模块81以转轴4为中心径向排列,所述灯座3内设有控制器9,用于控制各产磁模块81磁性的启闭,所述电磁片8上对称的两个产磁模块81的磁性为同步启闭。所述灯体与灯座3间存在间距,所述间距在磁力有效吸引的范围内。通过控制产磁模块81顺时针或逆时针依次通电产生磁场,之后关闭磁场,依次切换启闭,使灯体的磁铁7依次与不同的产磁模块81异极相吸发生位移进行旋转。
进一步地,所述灯座3上设有调速旋钮31,所述调速旋钮31与所述控制器9连接,用于控制产磁模块81启闭的切换速度以调节灯体转速。所述LED灯板1与所述控制器9连接,受控于所述控制器9,该LED灯板1上设有RGBW四种颜色的LED模组11,所述控制器9根据转速控制LED灯板1进行颜色切换。

1.一种电磁导向旋转灯,包括灯体和灯座,其特征在于,所述灯体与灯座通过转轴连接,所述灯体上设有磁铁,所述灯座上设有电磁片,所述电磁片由若干产磁模块组成,该些产磁模块以转轴为中心径向排列,所述灯座内设有控制器,用于控制各产磁模块磁性的启闭,通过控制产磁模块顺时针或逆时针依次通电产生磁场,使灯体的磁铁依次与不同的产磁模块异极相吸发生位移进行旋转。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述灯体上的磁铁为对称的两块永磁铁,所述电磁片上对称的两个产磁模块的磁性为同步启闭。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述灯座上设有调速旋钮,所述调速旋钮与所述控制器连接,用于控制产磁模块启闭的切换速度以调节灯体转速。
4.根据权利要求3所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述灯体与底座间存在间距,所述间距在磁力有效吸引的范围内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述灯体包括基板和LED灯板,所述LED灯板固定在所述基板上,转轴固定在所述基板下方,所述磁铁设于所述基板内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯板与所述控制器连接,受控于所述控制器,该LED灯板上设有RGBW四种颜色的LED模组,所述控制器根据转速控制LED灯板进行颜色切换。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述转轴下部设有轴承,所述灯座内部设有固定座,用于固定轴承和承载转轴。
8.根据权利要求7所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述转轴为空心轴。
9.根据权利要求6所述的电磁导向旋转灯,其特征在于,所述LED灯板表层通过灌胶密封。
