The invention provides a gypsum composition with waterproof effect, and a gypsum section material taking the gypsum composition as a raw material has improved toughness, so that the quality of the gypsum section material is improved; the preparation method of the composition is simple, and does not need to make great improvement on the traditional production process.

The prior art also discloses technical schemes for directly improving raw materials for gypsum profiles, such as gypsum blocks (CN106116407A) containing composite waterproof agents (ethyl silicate, aluminum stearate and sodium tetraborate), gypsum blocks (CN101195533A) containing cement and fly ash and the like. By adding the auxiliary agent, the microstructure of the gypsum section can be improved, and the water absorption of the gypsum section can be reduced; however, the auxiliaries disclosed in the prior art are generally concerned only with increasing the water resistance of the gypsum and do not take into account the problem of the mechanical properties, in particular the toughness, of the gypsum being reduced as a result of the use of the auxiliaries. The impact of the toughness is more pronounced on profiles such as gypsum wire, gypsum board, etc., than on block-like profiles.

In the gypsum composition, the melamine powder and the modified cellulose have a certain water reducing agent effect when the dosage is low, the melamine powder and the modified cellulose with higher dosage are used in the gypsum composition, and the melamine powder has good water resistance and can play a role of a water-resistant modifier; the modified cellulose can form a network structure, and the active groups of the modified cellulose can react with gypsum and melamine powder to form a more stable micro-network structure, so that the waterproof performance and the mechanical performance of the gypsum section are further improved. The smooth progress of the reaction is influenced by the setting of gypsum, so that the invention also adds a certain amount of retarder into the composition, thereby properly delaying the setting time and promoting the reaction to fully progress.

From the viewpoint of improving the material mixing uniformity and facilitating the reaction, the particle size of the gypsum powder and the coarse whiting powder is preferably 300-500 meshes, the particle size of the sierozem powder is preferably 800-1000 meshes, and the particle size of the melamine powder is preferably 500-650 meshes.
The composition of the gypsum powder is not particularly limited, and a composition in which α gypsum and β gypsum are in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 0.8 is preferably used from the viewpoint of reducing water absorption.
The modified cellulose is not particularly limited in kind, and carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, or a combination thereof may be used.
The kind of the retarder is not particularly limited, and one or more of citric acid, sodium polyphosphate and borax can be adopted.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the toughened waterproof gypsum composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials according to a formula;
(2) adding gypsum powder, heavy calcium powder and ash calcium powder into a high-speed mixer, and mixing at the stirring speed of 300-500rpm for 20-30min to obtain a basic mixture for later use;
(3) adding melamine powder, modified cellulose and retarder into another high-speed mixer, and mixing at a stirring speed of 100-200rpm for 20-30min to obtain a modified mixture for later use;
(4) adding the whole base mixture and 50 wt.% of the modified mixture into a multi-directional motion mixer, mixing at 20-25rpm for 1-1.5h, adding the rest of the modified mixture, and mixing at 20-25rpm for 2-5 h.
In the method, firstly, base materials such as gypsum powder and the like are fully and uniformly mixed, then the water-discharging toughening additive is added in batches, and the raw materials are mixed at a low rotating speed, so that the raw materials are prevented from reacting undesirably in the mixing process.
The invention further relates to gypsum profiles prepared from the gypsum composition, including but not limited to gypsum blocks, gypsum lines, gypsum boards, and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the gypsum composition has a waterproof effect, and the gypsum section material taking the gypsum composition as the raw material has improved toughness, so that the quality of the gypsum section material is improved; the preparation method of the composition is simple, and does not need to make great improvement on the traditional production process.

15kg of 600 mesh melamine powder, 8kg of carboxymethylcellulose and 6kg of sodium polyphosphate: a1: 1 (by weight) mixture of borax was charged into another high-speed mixer and stirred and mixed at 200rpm for 25min to obtain 29kg of a modified mixture.

19kg of 600 mesh melamine powder, 8kg of carboxymethyl cellulose and 8kg of citric acid: sodium polyphosphate: the mixture of borax 0.5:1:0.5 (by weight) was put into another high-speed mixer and stirred and mixed at 200rpm for 25min to obtain 35kg of a modified mixture.

According to the test method specified in the national standard GB/T9776-2208 building gypsum, the flexural strength of the sample after 2h (2h), after 3 days (3d) in conventional storage (25 ℃, 40% RH) and after 1 week (1 week) in humid storage (25 ℃, 80% RH) is respectively tested.
