Abstract
The invention belongs to the field of materials, further belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to a toughened waterproof gypsum composition. The toughened waterproof gypsum composition comprises, by weight, 40-60 parts of gypsum powder, 8-12 parts of coarse whiting powder, 13-18 parts of sierozem powder, 15-20 parts of melamine powder, 6-9 parts of modified cellulose and 5-10 parts of a retarder. The invention provides a gypsum composition with waterproof effect, and a gypsum section material taking the gypsum composition as a raw material has improved toughness, so that the quality of the gypsum section material is improved; the preparation method of the composition is simple, and does not need to make great improvement on the traditional production process.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of materials, further belongs to the field of building materials, and particularly relates to a toughened waterproof gypsum composition.
Background
The gypsum powder is a raw material for preparing gypsum products, particularly gypsum boards, gypsum blocks, gypsum lines and the like used in the field of building materials, and is prepared by processing and molding the gypsum powder serving as the raw material. However, since gypsum is an air-setting cementitious material and the strength thereof is significantly reduced when it comes to water, the water resistance of the gypsum shaped material needs to be paid attention to in actual production.
In this regard, the prior art discloses a gypsum board (CN203008276U) having a multilayer structure, which is improved in water resistance by covering a water-repellent layer on the surface of a gypsum substrate. The multilayer structure is simple to produce and low in process requirement, but the waterproof effect is limited, particularly, the joint of the gypsum board cannot be effectively sealed, and moisture, particularly water vapor, easily and directly enters a gypsum matrix from the section of the gypsum board, so that the waterproof failure is caused.
The prior art also discloses technical schemes for directly improving raw materials for gypsum profiles, such as gypsum blocks (CN106116407A) containing composite waterproof agents (ethyl silicate, aluminum stearate and sodium tetraborate), gypsum blocks (CN101195533A) containing cement and fly ash and the like. By adding the auxiliary agent, the microstructure of the gypsum section can be improved, and the water absorption of the gypsum section can be reduced; however, the auxiliaries disclosed in the prior art are generally concerned only with increasing the water resistance of the gypsum and do not take into account the problem of the mechanical properties, in particular the toughness, of the gypsum being reduced as a result of the use of the auxiliaries. The impact of the toughness is more pronounced on profiles such as gypsum wire, gypsum board, etc., than on block-like profiles.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a toughening waterproof gypsum composition, and a section prepared from the gypsum composition has improved toughness on the basis of keeping good waterproofness.
Specifically, the toughened waterproof gypsum composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
in the gypsum composition of the present invention: the coarse whiting powder has the filling effect and also has the function of a physical toughening agent. The main component of the sierozem powder is calcium hydroxide which is dispersed in the gypsum matrix, and the calcium hydroxide gradually reacts with carbon dioxide in the air to generate hydrated calcium carbonate along with the prolonging of the contact time of the gypsum profile and the air, so that further physical cross-linking points can be formed, and the toughness of the gypsum profile is improved. In the gypsum composition, the melamine powder and the modified cellulose have a certain water reducing agent effect when the dosage is low, the melamine powder and the modified cellulose with higher dosage are used in the gypsum composition, and the melamine powder has good water resistance and can play a role of a water-resistant modifier; the modified cellulose can form a network structure, and the active groups of the modified cellulose can react with gypsum and melamine powder to form a more stable micro-network structure, so that the waterproof performance and the mechanical performance of the gypsum section are further improved. The smooth progress of the reaction is influenced by the setting of gypsum, so that the invention also adds a certain amount of retarder into the composition, thereby properly delaying the setting time and promoting the reaction to fully progress.
Preferably, the toughened waterproof gypsum composition comprises the following components in parts by weight:
the particle size of each component is not particularly limited and can be adjusted according to actual production needs. From the viewpoint of improving the material mixing uniformity and facilitating the reaction, the particle size of the gypsum powder and the coarse whiting powder is preferably 300-500 meshes, the particle size of the sierozem powder is preferably 800-1000 meshes, and the particle size of the melamine powder is preferably 500-650 meshes.
The composition of the gypsum powder is not particularly limited, and a composition in which α gypsum and β gypsum are in a weight ratio of 1:0.5 to 0.8 is preferably used from the viewpoint of reducing water absorption.
The modified cellulose is not particularly limited in kind, and carboxymethyl cellulose, hydroxymethyl cellulose, carboxyethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose, or a combination thereof may be used.
The kind of the retarder is not particularly limited, and one or more of citric acid, sodium polyphosphate and borax can be adopted.
The invention further provides a preparation method of the toughened waterproof gypsum composition, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing raw materials according to a formula;
(2) adding gypsum powder, heavy calcium powder and ash calcium powder into a high-speed mixer, and mixing at the stirring speed of 300-500rpm for 20-30min to obtain a basic mixture for later use;
(3) adding melamine powder, modified cellulose and retarder into another high-speed mixer, and mixing at a stirring speed of 100-200rpm for 20-30min to obtain a modified mixture for later use;
(4) adding the whole base mixture and 50 wt.% of the modified mixture into a multi-directional motion mixer, mixing at 20-25rpm for 1-1.5h, adding the rest of the modified mixture, and mixing at 20-25rpm for 2-5 h.
In the method, firstly, base materials such as gypsum powder and the like are fully and uniformly mixed, then the water-discharging toughening additive is added in batches, and the raw materials are mixed at a low rotating speed, so that the raw materials are prevented from reacting undesirably in the mixing process.
The invention further relates to gypsum profiles prepared from the gypsum composition, including but not limited to gypsum blocks, gypsum lines, gypsum boards, and the like.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the gypsum composition has a waterproof effect, and the gypsum section material taking the gypsum composition as the raw material has improved toughness, so that the quality of the gypsum section material is improved; the preparation method of the composition is simple, and does not need to make great improvement on the traditional production process.
Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Example 1
Putting 22kg of 300-mesh alpha gypsum powder, 18kg of 300-mesh beta gypsum powder, 10kg of 350-mesh heavy calcium powder and 18kg of 800-mesh ash calcium powder into a high-speed mixer, and stirring and mixing for 25min at the rotating speed of 500rpm to obtain 68kg of a basic mixture.
15kg of 600 mesh melamine powder, 8kg of carboxymethylcellulose and 6kg of sodium polyphosphate: a1: 1 (by weight) mixture of borax was charged into another high-speed mixer and stirred and mixed at 200rpm for 25min to obtain 29kg of a modified mixture.
And (3) putting all the basic mixture and 14.5kg of the modified mixture into a multidirectional motion mixer, mixing at 20rpm for 1h, then putting the rest of the modified mixture, continuously mixing at the same rotating speed for 3h, and discharging to obtain the gypsum composition.
Example 2
32.5kg of 400-mesh alpha gypsum powder, 19.5kg of 300-mesh beta gypsum powder, 10kg of 350-mesh heavy calcium powder and 15kg of 800-mesh ash calcium powder are put into a high-speed mixer and stirred and mixed for 25min at the rotating speed of 500rpm to obtain 77kg of basic mixture.
19kg of 600 mesh melamine powder, 8kg of carboxymethyl cellulose and 8kg of citric acid: sodium polyphosphate: the mixture of borax 0.5:1:0.5 (by weight) was put into another high-speed mixer and stirred and mixed at 200rpm for 25min to obtain 35kg of a modified mixture.
All the base mixture and 17.5kg of the modified mixture were put into a multi-directional mixer, mixed at 20rpm for 1 hour, and then the remaining modified mixture was put into the mixer, and further mixed at the same rotation speed for 3 hours, followed by discharging to obtain a gypsum composition.
Comparative example 1
On the basis of example 2, the corresponding sierozem powder was replaced with 15kg of heavy calcium powder, which was identical.
Comparative example 2
On the basis of example 2, citric acid, sodium polyphosphate and borax were omitted, and the rest were the same.
Test example
The products of examples 1-2 and comparative examples 1-2 were mixed according to the composition: adding water in a ratio of 1:1.8 (weight ratio), respectively, mixing, and filling into a mold to prepare a sample.
According to the test method specified in the national standard GB/T9776-2208 building gypsum, the flexural strength of the sample after 2h (2h), after 3 days (3d) in conventional storage (25 ℃, 40% RH) and after 1 week (1 week) in humid storage (25 ℃, 80% RH) is respectively tested. The results are shown in Table 1.

the retarder is selected from one or more of citric acid, sodium polyphosphate and borax;
the particle size of the gypsum powder is 300-500 meshes, and the particle size of the coarse whiting powder is 300-500 meshes;
the particle size of the ash calcium powder is 800-1000 meshes;
the particle size of the melamine powder is 500-650 meshes;
the gypsum powder is composed of alpha gypsum and beta gypsum according to a weight ratio of 1: 0.5-0.8.
3. the method of preparing the toughened water resistant gypsum composition according to any one of claims 1 to 2, comprising the steps of:
(1) preparing raw materials according to a formula;
(2) adding gypsum powder, heavy calcium powder and ash calcium powder into a high-speed mixer, and mixing at the stirring speed of 300-500rpm for 20-30min to obtain a basic mixture for later use;
(3) adding melamine powder, modified cellulose and retarder into another high-speed mixer, and mixing at a stirring speed of 100-200rpm for 20-30min to obtain a modified mixture for later use;
(4) adding the whole base mixture and 50 wt.% of the modified mixture into a multi-directional motion mixer, mixing at a rotation speed of 20-25rpm for 1-1.5h, adding the rest modified mixture, and mixing at a rotation speed of 20-25rpm for 2-5h to obtain the final product.
4. The gypsum profile is characterized by being prepared from the toughened waterproof gypsum composition as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 2.
