本发明公开了一种汽车配件加工的干燥装置，包括有烘干箱，烘干箱内左、右侧内壁上分别固定有上、下多层支撑条，每层的左、右支撑条的相对面上分别开设有相对应的U型滑槽，两相对应的U型滑槽之间设置有多根可前、后移动的卡条，卡条在U型滑槽内可抽拉出，每个卡条上固定有多个卡钩和网兜；所述烘干箱两侧外壁上分别固定有上、下多层支撑座，支撑座上用于悬挂抽拉出的卡条，烘干箱外壁上对应每层的支撑座分别设有烘干灯。本发明将汽车配件通过卡钩或网兜悬挂在卡条上，悬挂烘干操作，使其各部位烘干均匀，且拿取方便，卡条可整个从烘干箱内抽取出且悬挂在烘干箱外壁上能散热去除湿气，实用性好。

本发明主要涉及汽车配件加工技术领域，具体涉及一种汽车配件加工的干燥装置。
背景技术
汽车配件在制造过程中，最后需要对其进行喷漆操作，喷漆完成后需要经过干燥处理，一般都是将汽车配件放置在输送带上进入烘干机内干燥，但是汽车配件放置在输送带上时，其与输送带的贴合接触部位不容易烘干，烘干不均匀，因而需要再次翻动输送至烘干机内进行烘干操作，来回烘干操作麻烦，影响了产品的质量。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷，提供一种汽车配件加工的干燥装置。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的：
一种汽车配件加工的干燥装置，包括有烘干箱，烘干箱一侧面上设有可打开的门板，其特征在于：所述烘干箱内左、右侧内壁上分别固定有上、下多层支撑条，每层的左、右支撑条的相对面上分别开设有相对应的U型滑槽，两相对应的U型滑槽之间设置有多根可前、后移动的卡条，卡条在U型滑槽内可抽拉出，每个卡条上固定有多个卡钩，卡钩上还连接有用于放置汽车配件的网兜；所述烘干箱两侧外壁上分别固定有上、下多层支撑座，所述的支撑座上用于悬挂抽拉出的卡条，烘干箱外壁上对应每层的支撑座分别设有烘干灯，烘干灯正照射在悬挂的卡条上。

本发明的优点是：
本发明将汽车配件通过卡钩或网兜悬挂在卡条上，悬挂烘干操作，使其各部位烘干均匀，且拿取方便，卡条可整个从烘干箱内抽取出，抽取烘干后的卡条悬挂在烘干箱外壁上能散热去除湿气，实用性好。
