Abstract

本发明公开了反渗透式过滤循环水装置,它包括反渗透离心机、高位水箱和脱水机,高位水箱通过支架安装在反渗透离心机的上方,脱水机通过水管连接反渗透离心机;本发明采用离心式反渗透,水中悬浮物一次性收集成固体,避免过滤器的滤料反洗时间长且费水和滤料洗不净及和污水二次处理的问题。

技术领域
本发明属循环水处理领域,具体涉及反渗透式过滤循环水装置。
背景技术
目前,公知的水过滤器,将水通过滤料或石英沙过滤,经过过滤的水再进入循环系统使用,而水中的悬浮物粘在滤料上,一段时间后需换掉滤料或用水反冲洗除污,一方面浪费滤料,另一方面用水反冲洗时间长且洗不净,排污的废水又得二次处理。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:设计一种反渗透式过滤循环水装置,离心式反渗透,水中悬浮物一次性收集成固体,避免过滤器的滤料反洗时间长且费水和滤料洗不净及和污水二次处理的问题。
本发明的技术解决方案是:该反渗透式过滤循环水装置包括反渗透离心机、高位水箱和脱水机,高位水箱通过支架安装在反渗透离心机的上方,脱水机通过排污管连接反渗透离心机;所述的反渗透离心机包括锥形桶体、中空轴、圆碟形滤网和电机,锥形桶体的锥底设排污口,排污口上安装排污管,排污管上安装排污阀,锥形桶体的桶下部设进水口,进水口上安装进水阀,锥形桶体的桶上口边角面向桶壁安装压缩空气盘管,压缩空气盘管下口均匀分布喷气孔,压缩空气喷嘴,压缩空气喷嘴通过气管连接压缩气管,中空轴插入锥形桶体内通过一号轴承安装在锥形桶体的桶口上部,锥形桶体外的中空轴通过皮带盘和皮带联接电机,若干个圆碟形滤网由下往上安装在中空轴上,中空轴的轴壁上位于每个圆碟形滤网的安装处分布透水孔;所述的高位水箱包括水箱本体和流量计,水箱本体的底面设净水进口,净水进口上安装止回阀,水箱本体的侧面设净水出口,流量计安装在水箱本体的净水出口上,反渗透离心机的中空轴从净水进口插入水箱本体内并由二号轴承固定,轴与壳体之间通过密封圈实现机械动密封;反渗透离心机的排污管接入脱水机。
本发明的优点是:1、反渗透离心机设计若干圆碟形滤网,过滤面积大,且由外向内反渗透过滤,净水效果好;2、圆碟形滤网被清洗时,脱水机将水中悬物由半固体脱水成固体,避免二次污染。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图进一步说明本发明的技术方案,但不能理解为是对技术方案的限制,在此基础上的改进皆属于本发明的保护范围。
如图1所示,该反渗透式过滤循环水装置包括反渗透离心机、高位水箱和脱水机,高位水箱通过支架安装在反渗透离心机的上方,脱水机通过排污管连接反渗透离心机;所述的反渗透离心机包括锥形桶体1、中空轴2、圆碟形滤网3和电机4,锥形桶体1的锥底设排污口,排污口上安装排污管5,排污管5上安装排污阀6,锥形桶体1的桶下部设进水口,进水口上安装进水阀7,锥形桶体1的桶上口边角面向桶壁安装压缩空气盘管8,压缩空气盘管8下口均匀分布喷气孔17,中空轴2插入锥形桶体1内通过一号轴承9安装在锥形桶体的桶口上部,锥形桶体1外的中空轴2通过皮带盘和皮带联接电机4,若干个圆碟形滤网3由下往上安装在中空轴2上,中空轴2的轴壁上位于每个圆碟形滤网3的安装处分布透水孔10;所述的高位水箱包括水箱本体11和流量计12,水箱本体11的底面设净水进口,净水进口上安装止回阀13,水箱本体11的侧面设净水出口14,流量计12安装在水箱本体11的净水出口14上,反渗透离心机的中空轴2从净水进口插入水箱本体11内并由二号轴承15固定;轴与壳体之间通过密封圈18实现机械动密封;反渗透离心机的排污管5接入脱水机16。
本发明的反渗透式过滤循环水装置的一个工作流程如下:打开进水阀7和止回阀13,同时关闭排污阀6,水由外向内透过圆碟形滤网3,经中空轴2上溢到高位水箱,净水通过流量计由净水出口流入水循环系统使用;水中悬浮物被圆碟形滤网3不断截留并附着在其外表面,当圆碟形滤网3效果下降时,高位水箱内的水位通过流量计数值下降至1/3时,流量计12数值达到设定位置,进水阀7和止回阀13被关闭,打开排污阀6,将反渗透离心机内的水排空,开启电机4使中空轴2旋转产生离心力,圆碟形滤网3上的悬浮物被脱离并粘在锥形桶体1的内壁,再由压缩空气盘管8下口的喷气孔17从上向下吹送压缩空气,将锥形桶体1的内壁上的半固体物吹落,并落入脱水机16;启动脱水机16,半固体物被脱水成固体,取出;打开止回阀13,启动电机4使中空轴2旋转,高位水箱内的水回流向中空轴2并被离心甩向圆碟形滤网3,圆碟形滤网3再次被清洗,污水排入脱水机16。

1.反渗透式过滤循环水装置,其特征是:它包括反渗透离心机、高位水箱和脱水机,高位水箱通过支架安装在反渗透离心机的上方,脱水机通过排污管连接反渗透离心机;所述的反渗透离心机包括锥形桶体(1)、中空轴(2)、圆碟形滤网(3)和电机(4),锥形桶体(1)的锥底设排污口,排污口上安装排污管(5),排污管(5)上安装排污阀(6),锥形桶体(1)的桶下部设进水口,进水口上安装进水阀(7),锥形桶体(1)的桶上口边角面向桶壁安装压缩空气盘管(8),压缩空气盘管(8)下口均匀分布喷气孔(17),中空轴(2)插入锥形桶体(1)内通过一号轴承(9)安装在锥形桶体的桶口上部,锥形桶体(1)外的中空轴(2)通过皮带盘和皮带联接电机(4),若干个圆碟形滤网(3)由下往上安装在中空轴(2)上,中空轴(2)的轴壁上位于每个圆碟形滤网(3)的安装处分布透水孔(10);所述的高位水箱包括水箱本体(11)和限位浮球(12),水箱本体(11)的底面设净水进口,流量计(12)安装在水箱本体(11)的净水出口(14)上,水箱本体(11)的侧面设净水出口(14),流量计(12)安装在水箱本体(11)内,反渗透离心机的中空轴(2)从净水进口插入水箱本体(11)内并由二号轴承(15)固定;轴与壳体之间通过密封圈(18)实现机械动密封;反渗透离心机的排污管(5)接入脱水机(16)。
