Abstract

本发明涉及治疗狐臭领域,特别涉及一种治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫及其制备方法。本发明涉及的腋垫由治疗层、吸附层和保护层三层组成。治疗层为新型杀菌与吸附的双功能材料,位于腋垫的最内层,不仅可以杀死分解脂肪酸的细菌,并可以有效吸收细菌分解脂肪酸产生的异丁酸气体、异戊酸气体和氨气等腋臭气体,外层依次是吸附层和保护层。通过治疗层的抗菌防臭双功能纳米复合材料杀灭患部细菌,从而达到治疗作用;对释放的部分气体,通过吸附层的双基团的活性炭纤维吸附去除。本发明采用了杀菌与吸附防臭双保险程序治疗狐臭,可以有效地防制狐臭产生。

Description

一种纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫
技术领域
本发明涉及治疗狐臭领域,特别涉及一种治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫制备方法。
背景技术
腋臭,一种腋部臭汗症,又名狐臭,是类似于狐狸肛门味道的刺鼻臭味。常见于女性青年,主要由腋窝部位大汗腺排泄的富含脂肪酸的汗液,经皮肤表面细菌,特别是葡萄球菌的分解,产生的异丁酸气体、异戊酸气体和氨气等不饱和脂肪酸气体而发出臭味,在夏季特别严重。部分患者外阴、肛门和乳晕等部位,由于存在大汗腺,经细菌分解后也会发出这种特殊臭味。这种病症虽然对患者身体健康没有影响,但会产生不友好的气味,给患者的社交带来干扰,部分患者甚至会存在不安和自卑,严重者可能产生极大的精神压力带来精神疾病。目前腋臭虽然可以通过冷冻、激光、局部硬化剂注射或手术治疗,但很多患者治疗后存在复发现象。由于狐臭主要是由汗液经细菌分解产生的不饱和脂肪酸气体引起,本发明通过设计一种新型杀菌与吸附的双功能材料,不仅可以杀死分解脂肪酸的细菌,并可以有效吸收细菌分解脂肪酸产生的异丁酸气体、异戊酸气体和氨气等腋臭气体,达到防治腋臭的目的。
发明内容
本发明目的是提供一种疗效显著、对人体无副作用、治愈率高的治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫。
优选的,上述的治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,所述组成由治疗层、吸附层和保护层三层组成。治疗层为抗菌防臭双功能纳米复合材料,位于腋垫的最内层,外层依次是吸附层和保护层。
优选的,上述的治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,所述抗菌防臭双功能纳米复合材料的制备过程如下:
(1)将富含含氧酸的微-介孔活性炭纤维(氧含量大于20%,介孔率大于30%,大量的含氧酸与介孔存在是保证活性溶菌酶炭纤维复合体形成的关键因素;大量含氧酸与微孔的存在是大量银离子固定在炭纤维上的基础)剪成3cm×5cm的片状,浸渍在50m 1.0g/L-10.0g/L的蒙脱石溶菌酶混合溶液中,控制温度在25℃-45℃下恒温反应24h,取出后在室温下自然晾干,上述步骤重复3次以上,保证足量的蒙脱石溶菌酶通过与含氧酸反应而被固定在活性炭纤维的介孔内或表面。
溶液pH调节至8-9,40℃下磁力搅拌反应3h以上确保银离子被碳纤维与蒙脱石通过含氧酸官能团固定,然后将固定溶菌酶与银离子的介孔碳纤维蒙脱石纳米材料取出,用去离子水反复清洗,直至微介孔活性炭纤维表面无游离的银离子和游离溶菌酶,清洗后的样品在冷冻干燥机中干燥,产物即为抗菌防臭的银/溶菌酶基活性炭纤维蒙脱石双功能纳米复合材料。
优选的,上述的治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,所述吸附层为富含氧酸与氨基双基团的活性炭纤维,碳纤维的氧含量超过15%,氮含量超过5%,形成的含氧酸官能团与氨基官能团能有效吸附异丁酸气体、异戊酸气体和氨气等腋臭气体。
优选的,上述的治疗狐臭的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,所述保护层由脱脂棉、无纺布、无纺布网以及魔术贴组成,通过防臭腋垫与衣服专用绷带上的魔术贴固定在腋下。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明具有以下效果:
1.防臭腋垫与患部接触后,通过治疗层的抗菌防臭双功能纳米复合材料杀灭患部细菌,从而达到治疗作用;
2.对释放的部分气体,通过吸附层的双基团的活性炭纤维吸附去除;
3.本发明采用了杀菌与吸附防臭双保险程序治疗狐臭,可以有效地防制狐臭产生;
4.经临床应用证明,狐臭患者,每天更换一次,即可有效抑制狐臭。由于不含刺激性药物,对人体无毒副作用;
具体实施方式
实施例,取3cm×5cm的片状微介孔碳纤维(比表面积为1532cm2/g,介孔率40%,微孔率56%),浸渍在50m 5.0g/L的蒙脱石溶菌酶溶液中,控制温度在45℃下恒温反应24h,取出后在室温下自然晾干,上述步骤重复3次。随后,将上述固定蒙脱石与溶菌酶的碳纤维加入到50ml5mol/L的AgNO3溶液中,将溶液pH调节至9,40℃下磁力搅拌反应8h,然后将固定了溶菌酶与银的介孔碳纤维蒙脱石纳米材料取出,用去离子水反复清洗到表面无游离的银离子和游离溶菌酶,在冷冻干燥机中干燥后作为纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫的治疗层。依次叠加上3cm×5cm的吸附层活性炭纤维(活性炭纤维氧含量16%,氮含量7%,厚度为0.5cm),以及保护层(由脱脂棉、无纺布、无纺布网以及魔术贴组成),不同层之间边缘通过强力不干胶粘连。

Claims (4)

1.一种纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,其特征在于,纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫的组成:主要包括治疗层、吸附层和保护层三层。治疗层为抗菌防臭双功能纳米复合材料,位于腋垫的最内层,外层依次是吸附层和保护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,其特征在于,所述抗菌防臭双功能纳米复合材料的制备过程如下:
(1)将富含含氧酸的微-介孔活性炭纤维(氧含量大于20%,介孔率大于30%)剪成3cm×5cm的片状,浸渍在50ml2g/L的蒙脱石和1.0g/L-10.0g/L溶菌酶的蒙脱石溶菌酶混合溶液中,溶菌酶控制温度在25℃-45℃下恒温反应24h,取出后在室温下自然晾干,上述步骤重复3次以上。
(2)将上述固定蒙脱石与溶菌酶的微介孔碳纤维加入到50ml0.1-10mol/L的AgNO3溶液中,将溶液pH调节至8-9,40℃下磁力搅拌反应3h以上,溶液由土黄色变化至棕褐色甚至黑色,然后将固定蒙脱石、溶菌酶与银的介孔碳纤维纳米材料取出,用去离子水反复清洗,直至微介孔活性炭纤维表面无游离的银离子和游离溶菌酶,清洗后的样品在冷冻干燥机中干燥,产物即为抗菌防臭的银/溶菌酶基活性炭纤维蒙脱石双功能纳米复合材料。
3.根据权利要求2所述的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,其特征在于,所述吸附层为富含氧酸与氨基双基团的活性炭纤维蒙脱石双功能纳米复合材料,碳纤维蒙脱石双功能纳米复合材料的氧含量超过15%,氮含量超过5%,形成的含氧酸官能团与氨基官能团能有效吸附异丁酸气体、异戊酸气体和氨气等腋臭气体。
4.根据权利要求1所述的纳米复合材料基多层抗菌防臭腋垫,其特征在于,所述保护层由脱脂棉、无纺布、无纺布网以及魔术贴组成,使用时通过防臭腋垫与衣服或专用绷带上的魔术贴固定在腋下部位。
