the order forming submodule (504) is used for receiving a judgment instruction, judging the user authority and the level of a user ID requesting charging or a user ID triggering checkout operation, forming a charging order according to a preset rule, and sending a processing instruction to the order processing module (202), wherein the charging order comprises one or more charging time selection information;
and the charging module (203) supplies power to the charging output interfaces (101) corresponding to all the charging time selection information in the order after receiving the power distribution request.
2. A smart table based charging system as claimed in claim 1, wherein the smart table (2) further comprises a terminal identification module (204);
the order forming module (201) sends time selection information and mobile terminal label adding information to a mobile terminal APP display interface when receiving a charging request from a mobile terminal APP, judges the authority and the grade of a user after receiving information feedback of the user, forms a charging order according to a preset rule, and sends a processing instruction to the order processing module (202);
the charging module (203) is further used for sending an identification instruction to the terminal identification module (204) after power is supplied to the associated charging output interface (101);
and the terminal identification module (204) is used for receiving the identification instruction, acquiring the mobile terminal label information in the order, starting an identification function, matching the mobile terminal to be identified, supplying power if the label information of the mobile terminal to be identified is consistent with the mobile terminal label information in the order, and otherwise, not supplying power.
3. The smart table-based charging system according to claim 1, wherein the server (1) further comprises a device management module (301) and a mobile terminal APP management module (302), the mobile terminal APP management module (302) comprising an information recommendation sub-module (304);
the equipment management module (301) is used for setting merchant labels on the intelligent table (2) and associating the charging output interfaces (101) of the same merchant labels into a first group;
and the information recommendation submodule (304) acquires the position information of the user when receiving the information that the user logs in through the mobile terminal APP, searches the merchant label of the charging output interface (101) according to the position information, and pushes merchant recommendation list information with the charging output interface (101) to the mobile terminal APP.
4. A smart table based charging system according to claim 3, wherein the mobile terminal APP management module (302) further comprises a subscription management sub-module (305), the smart table (2) comprising a user decision module (306) and a subscription timing module (307);
the reservation management submodule (305) is used for providing a reservation selection function for the mobile terminal APP, and sending a judgment instruction to a user judgment module (306) of the corresponding intelligent table (2) when receiving a charging reservation request which is sent by a user and carries merchant information and charging output interface (101) information, wherein the judgment instruction comprises reserved user information logged in by the mobile terminal APP;
the user judgment module (306) is used for receiving a judgment instruction, judging whether user information of a login request sent by a man-machine interaction interface corresponding to the position ID associated with the charging output interface (101) within a preset time threshold Tb is the same as reserved user information, and if the user information of the login request sent by the man-machine interaction interface is the same as the reserved user information, sending the login request to the login module group (103) and sending the charging request to the charging order processing module group (104); if the login information is different, login failure information is fed back; the system is also used for receiving a stop judgment instruction, emptying user information and stopping user judgment operation;

the dining order judging module (602) judges whether the corresponding position ID contains a dining order or not when receiving a charging request sent by a user through a charging button, and sends the charging request to the order forming module (201) when the judgment result is negative; when the judgment result is yes, calculating free charging time information Tx, and sending a judgment request to a recording judgment module (603);
and the record judging module (603) is used for receiving the judging request, judging whether the corresponding user ID has the free charging history information on the associated position ID, and sending the charging request to the order forming module (201) when the judging result is yes.
