In some application scenarios, the target resource is a shared workstation, and the rights management and control device 50 of the shared workstation may be implemented as an electronic workstation card. The electronic station card can be realized based on an ink screen, an LCD screen or a liquid crystal screen, and the embodiment is not limited. When the use authority of the target resource is opened, the resource management device 20 can control the electronic station cards associated with the sharing stations to display the prompt information reserved by the user; the prompt information can comprise resource description information, user information and reservation requirements corresponding to the sharing stations. For example, the electronic workstation cards may display the following: the station number N001 is reserved by user H for month 1. When the usage rights of the target resource are retracted, the resource management device 20 may clear the hint information displayed by the electronic station card.
In other application scenarios, the target resource is a power resource. The rights management device 50 for power resources may be implemented as an intelligent power outlet. When the usage rights of the target resource are opened, the resource management device 20 may control the smart power outlet associated with the power resource to be in a powered-on state for use by the user. Upon retraction of the usage rights for the target resource, the resource management device 20 may switch the smart jack to a powered-off state.
In yet other application scenarios, the target resource is an electrical device, such as a lamp, an air conditioner, a computer, a projector, a washing machine, and the like. The rights management device 50 of the electrical device may be implemented as an intelligent switch. When the usage rights of the target resource are opened, the resource management device 50 may control the intelligent switch associated with the electrical device to be in an on state. Upon retraction of the usage rights for the target resource, the resource management device 20 may switch the intelligent switch to the off state.
It should be understood that the target resources described in the foregoing embodiments are only used to exemplarily illustrate the sharable physical resources provided in the embodiments of the present application, and in other embodiments, the target resources may further include sites (such as exhibition halls, gyms, auditoriums, etc.), various devices, decorative materials, books, and so on, which are not repeated.
The resource reservation system 100 provided in the above embodiments may be applied to a plurality of different application scenarios, and in one application scenario, a company or a production unit may share surplus office resources, such as stations, power, networks, computers, meeting rooms, etc., as sharable physical resources to internal employees. For example, staff of a company can reserve a conference room, an exhibition hall, etc. of the company through a resource reservation system in daily work. For another example, when staff of a company goes out from a head office to a branch office, the staff can reserve stations, computers or networks of the branch office through a resource reservation system, so that the staff can quickly use reserved office resources to enter a working state after the branch office is reached, and efficiency is improved.
In another scenario, a company or production unit may share spare office resources to outside personnel. For example, when the office resources of the company A1 are insufficient, the office resources of the company A2 can be reserved and used by the resource reservation system, so that the reasonable utilization of the resources is realized.
In yet another scenario, a user may reserve exercise equipment of the gym through the resource reservation system to avoid the situation that the equipment is occupied when the exercise equipment is used.
The above listed scenarios are only exemplary for illustrating application scenarios of the resource reservation system, and it should be understood that, in practice, the resource reservation system 100 may be deployed in any scenario involving resource reservation, so as to achieve more reasonable resource management and resource allocation.
It should be noted that, based on the foregoing embodiments, the resource management device 20 may also charge the usage process of the sharable physical resource, for example, charge the usage time, the usage amount or the consumption amount of the sharable physical resource as a charging principle, so as to provide a paid usage service of the sharable physical resource, which is not described herein.
Fig. 4 is a flowchart of a resource reservation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method may include the steps shown in fig. 4 when executed at a terminal side:
step 401, obtaining identity information and resource use requirements of a user in response to a resource reservation operation of the user.
Step 402, a resource reservation request is generated according to the identity information and the resource usage requirement.
Step 403, sending a resource reservation request to the resource management device, so that the resource management device reserves the resource for the user in the physical resource in the specific area.
Step 404, receiving a reservation result returned by the resource management device when it is determined that there is an available physical resource satisfying the resource reservation request in the physical resources in the specific area.
Alternatively, the resource management device may return a reservation result when determining that there is an available physical resource satisfying the resource reservation request among the managed sharable physical resources according to the resource reservation request, and record a reservation relationship formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource. In this way, the terminal can reserve the shared resource to the resource management device.
In this embodiment, the terminal can directly interact with the user, and respond to the resource reservation operation of the user to send a resource reservation request to the resource management device, so that the resource management device reserves resources for the user in the physical resources in the specific area, and convenience in reserving the physical resources by the user is greatly improved. Further optionally, after receiving the reservation result returned by the resource management device, the terminal may further output the reservation result, so that the user can know the resource reservation situation in time.
Fig. 5 is a flowchart of a resource reservation method according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application, where the method may include the steps shown in fig. 5 when executed on a resource management device side:
Step 501, a resource reservation request sent by a terminal is received.
Step 502, when it is determined that available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area, distributing target resources for users from the available physical resources and returning a reservation result to the terminal.
Step 503, opening the use authority of the target resource after the user passes the identity verification, so as to allow the user to use the reserved physical resource.
It should be noted that, in step 502, the execution sequence of the two operations of returning the reservation result to the terminal and allocating the target resource to the user from the available physical resources is not limited. For example, a reservation result may be returned to the terminal, and then a target resource may be allocated to the user from among available physical resources. For another example, the target resource may be allocated to the user from the available physical resources, and then the reservation result may be returned to the terminal. Of course, both operations may also be performed in parallel.
In some exemplary embodiments, in step 502, there may be available physical resources satisfying the resource reservation request among the sharable physical resources within the specific area.
In some exemplary embodiments, a way of allocating a target resource for a user from among available physical resources includes: the target resource is allocated to the user in advance from the available physical resources before the user arrives at the resource site. Further optionally, the method further comprises: and carrying the description information of the target resource in the reservation result and returning the description information to the terminal.
In some exemplary embodiments, a way of allocating a target resource for a user from among available physical resources includes: when the user reaches the resource site, the target resource is allocated to the user from the available physical resources in response to the resource use request of the user.
In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: responding to a resource use request of a user, and determining the position information of the user according to user information around sharable physical resources; a resource matching the location information of the user is determined from the available physical resources as a target resource.
In some exemplary embodiments, the resource reservation request includes: resource usage time. Accordingly, one way of opening the usage rights of the target resource includes: and when the resource using time indicated by the resource reservation request is reached, opening the using authority of the target resource.
In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: and when the resource using time indicated by the resource reservation request arrives and the position information of the user is in the using range of the target resource, opening the using authority of the target resource.

In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: receiving identity information of a user sent by a terminal; and recording the reservation relation formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource.
In some exemplary embodiments, the method further comprises: acquiring identity information of a user requesting to use resources, which is sent by an identity verification terminal arranged on a resource site; and when the identity information of the user requesting to use the resource sent by the identity verification terminal is consistent with the identity information of the user in the reservation relationship, determining that the user passes the identity verification.
In this embodiment, when a resource reservation request of a terminal is received, an available physical resource matched with the resource reservation request is determined, and reservation and use management are performed on the available physical resource, so that an intelligent sharable physical resource reservation mode is realized, and effective use management on the sharable physical resource is facilitated.
It should be noted that, the execution subjects of each step of the method provided in the above embodiment may be the same device, or the method may also be executed by different devices. For example, the execution subject of steps 201 to 204 may be device a; for another example, the execution subject of steps 201 and 202 may be device a, and the execution subject of step 203 may be device B; etc.
In addition, in some of the flows described in the above embodiments and the drawings, a plurality of operations appearing in a specific order are included, but it should be clearly understood that the operations may be performed out of the order in which they appear herein or performed in parallel, the sequence numbers of the operations such as 201, 202, etc. are merely used to distinguish between the various operations, and the sequence numbers themselves do not represent any order of execution. In addition, the flows may include more or fewer operations, and the operations may be performed sequentially or in parallel. It should be noted that, the descriptions of "first" and "second" herein are used to distinguish different messages, devices, modules, etc., and do not represent a sequence, and are not limited to the "first" and the "second" being different types.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a terminal according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6, the terminal includes: a memory 601, a processor 602, an identity information acquisition device 603, a communication component 604, a display 605, an audio component 606, and a power supply component 607.
The memory 601 is used for storing a computer program and may be configured to store other various data to support operations on the terminal. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the terminal, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, videos, etc.
The memory 601 may be implemented by any type of volatile or non-volatile memory device or combination thereof, such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
A processor 602 coupled to the memory 601 for executing the computer programs in the memory 601 for: responding to the resource reservation operation of the user, acquiring the resource use requirement of the user and acquiring the identity information of the user through the identity information acquiring device 603; transmitting a resource reservation request to the resource management device through the communication component 604, so that the resource management device reserves resources for users in the physical resources in the specific area; the reception of the resource management device via the communication component 604 returns a reservation result upon determining that there are available physical resources in the physical resources of the particular region that satisfy the resource reservation request.
Further alternatively, the identity information acquiring means 603 may include a magnetic card recognition device, a face acquisition device, a fingerprint acquisition device, an iris acquisition device, an account number and password input device, etc., which is not limited in this embodiment.
Further optionally, the communication component 604 is configured to facilitate communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices, either in a wired or wireless manner. The device in which the communication component is located may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
Further alternatively, the display 605 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or sliding action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or sliding operation. In this embodiment, the display 605 may be used to present the reservation results sent by the resource management device.
Further optionally, the audio component 605 may be configured to output and/or input an audio signal. For example, the audio component includes a Microphone (MIC) configured to receive external audio signals when the device in which the audio component is located is in an operational mode, such as a call mode, a recording mode, and a speech recognition mode. The received audio signal may be further stored in a memory or transmitted via a communication component. In some embodiments, the audio assembly further comprises a speaker for outputting audio signals. For example, the audio component 605 may be configured to prompt a user for specific operation steps when the user initiates a resource reservation operation, and may be configured to output the reservation result in a voice manner when the reservation result sent by the resource management device is received.
Further optionally, a power supply component 607 is used to provide power to the various components of the device in which the power supply component is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the devices in which the power components are located.
The terminal of the embodiment can directly interact with the user, and responds to the resource reservation operation of the user to send a resource reservation request to the resource management equipment, so that the resource management equipment reserves the resource for the user in the physical resource in the specific area, and the convenience of the user for reserving the physical resource is greatly improved. Further optionally, after receiving the reservation result returned by the resource management device, the terminal may further output the reservation result, so that the user can know the resource reservation situation in time.
Accordingly, the embodiments of the present application also provide a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program when executed can implement the steps executable by the terminal in the above method embodiments.
Fig. 7 is a schematic structural diagram of a resource management device according to an exemplary embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 7, the resource management device includes: memory 701, processor 702, communication component 703, display 704, and power supply component 705.
Memory 701 for storing a computer program and may be configured to store various other data to support operations on the resource management device. Examples of such data include instructions for any application or method operating on the resource management device, contact data, phonebook data, messages, pictures, video, and the like.
The memory 701 may be implemented by any type or combination of volatile or nonvolatile memory devices such as Static Random Access Memory (SRAM), electrically erasable programmable read-only memory (EEPROM), erasable programmable read-only memory (EPROM), programmable read-only memory (PROM), read-only memory (ROM), magnetic memory, flash memory, magnetic or optical disk.
A processor 702 coupled with the memory 701 for executing the computer program in the memory 701 for: receiving, by the communication component 703, a resource reservation request sent by a terminal; when it is determined that available physical resources meeting the resource reservation request exist in the physical resources in the specific area, distributing target resources for users from the available physical resources, and returning a reservation result to the terminal through the communication component 703; and opening the use authority of the target resource after the user passes the identity verification so as to enable the user to use the reserved physical resource.
Further optionally, the processor 702 is specifically configured to: among the sharable physical resources within a particular area are available physical resources that satisfy the resource reservation request.
Further alternatively, in reserving and managing usage of available physical resources, the processor 702 is specifically configured to: distributing target resources for users from available physical resources, and returning description information of the target resources to the terminal; and opening the use authority of the target resource to allow the user to use the target resource.
Further alternatively, the processor 702 is specifically configured to, when allocating a target resource for a user from available physical resources: the target resource is allocated to the user in advance from the available physical resources before the user arrives at the resource site.
Further optionally, the processor 702 is further configured to: the description information of the target resource is carried in the reservation result through the communication component 703 and returned to the terminal.
Further alternatively, the processor 702 is specifically configured to, when allocating a target resource for a user from available physical resources: when the user reaches the resource site, the target resource is allocated to the user from the available physical resources in response to the resource use request of the user.

Further optionally, the communication component 703 is configured to facilitate wired or wireless communication between the device in which the communication component is located and other devices. The device in which the communication component is located may access a wireless network based on a communication standard, such as WiFi,2G or 3G, or a combination thereof. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component receives a broadcast signal or broadcast-related information from an external broadcast management system via a broadcast channel. In one exemplary embodiment, the communication component further includes a Near Field Communication (NFC) module to facilitate short range communications. For example, the NFC module may be implemented based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology, infrared data association (IrDA) technology, ultra Wideband (UWB) technology, bluetooth (BT) technology, and other technologies.
Further alternatively, the display 704 includes a screen, which may include a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD) and a Touch Panel (TP). If the screen includes a touch panel, the screen may be implemented as a touch screen to receive input signals from a user. The touch panel includes one or more touch sensors to sense touches, swipes, and gestures on the touch panel. The touch sensor may sense not only the boundary of a touch or slide action, but also the duration and pressure associated with the touch or slide operation.
Further optionally, a power supply assembly 705 is provided for providing power to the various components of the device in which the power supply assembly is located. The power components may include a power management system, one or more power sources, and other components associated with generating, managing, and distributing power for the devices in which the power components are located.
In this embodiment, when the resource management device receives the resource reservation request of the terminal, the resource management device determines the available physical resources matched with the resource reservation request, and reserves and manages the use of the available physical resources, thereby implementing an intelligent physical resource reservation mode, and being beneficial to effectively managing the use of the physical resources.
Accordingly, the present application also provides a computer readable storage medium storing a computer program, where the computer program is executed to implement the steps executable by the resource management device in the above method embodiments.

Claims (21)

1. A resource reservation system, comprising: a terminal and a resource management device;
the terminal is used for responding to the resource reservation operation of the user and sending a resource reservation request to the resource management equipment, wherein the resource reservation request comprises: resource usage time;
The resource management device is configured to receive the resource reservation request, allocate a target resource from available physical resources to the user when it is determined that available physical resources satisfying the resource reservation request exist in the sharable physical resources in the specific area, return a reservation result to the terminal, and when the user passes identity verification, the resource usage time arrives, and determine that the location information of the user opens the usage right of the target resource when the location information of the user is within the usage range of the target resource, so that the user uses the target resource;
and the sensor is associated with the sharable physical resource and is used for detecting user information around the sharable physical resource associated with the sensor and sending the user information to the resource management equipment so that the resource management equipment can determine whether the position information of the user is within the use range of the target resource.
2. The system according to claim 1, wherein the resource management device, when allocating a target resource for the user, is specifically configured to:
and before the user arrives at a resource site, a target resource is allocated to the user in advance from the available physical resources.
3. The system of claim 2, wherein the resource management device is further configured to:

the sensor is used for detecting user information around the associated sharable physical resource and sending the user information to the resource management device;
the resource management device is specifically configured to respond to a resource usage request of the user, determine location information of the user according to user information reported by the sensor, and determine, from the available physical resources, a resource matching with the location information of the user as a target resource.
6. The system of any one of claims 1-5, further comprising: a rights management device associated with the sharable physical resource;
The resource management device is specifically configured to, when opening the usage right of the target resource:

The target resource is electrical equipment, the authority management and control equipment of the electrical equipment is an intelligent switch, and the resource management equipment is specifically used for: and controlling the intelligent switch associated with the electrical equipment to be in an on state.
9. The system according to any one of claims 1-5, wherein the terminal is further configured to obtain identity information of the user, and send the identity information of the user to the resource management device;
the resource management device is further configured to record a reservation relationship formed between the identity information of the user and the target resource.
10. The system of claim 9, further comprising: the identity verification terminal is arranged on the resource site;
the identity verification terminal is used for acquiring identity information of a user requesting to use the resource and sending the identity information to the resource management equipment;
