For example, a child is watching television in a living room, and a parent needs to have a rest, the parent may mistakenly operate the global light off, so that the light of the living room is also turned off, thereby causing troubles to the child watching television in the living room.
The inventor provides an intelligent device authority control method, an intelligent device authority control device, an intelligent control panel and a storage medium, wherein the intelligent device authority control method is applied to the intelligent control panel, the intelligent device authority control method determines reservation information according to a region reservation request, and the reservation information comprises reservation region information and reservation time information; detecting whether the intelligent equipment in the reserved area is used by the reserved user or not within the reserved time according to the reserved information; and if the intelligent device is used by the reservation user, locking the control authority of the intelligent device in the reservation area. Therefore, the user can make a reservation for the intelligent equipment in the region, and meanwhile, when the user uses the intelligent equipment in the reserved region, due to the fact that the control authority of the intelligent equipment is locked, other users cannot operate the locked intelligent equipment, the situation that the intelligent equipment is closed due to misoperation of other users during working can be avoided, and user trouble is solved.
An application environment related to the embodiments of the present application will be described below.
As shown in fig. 1, in the application environment shown in fig. 1, the mobile terminal 110, the smart home control panel 120, the cloud server 130, and the gateway 140 are included. The mobile terminal 110 may perform data interaction with the smart home control panel 120 through a network (e.g., a local area network or a wide area network, etc.).
The cloud server 130 may serve as a transfer station to forward data sent by the gateway 140 or the mobile terminal 110, and may further store data of each of the mobile terminal 110, the smart home control panel 120, and the gateway 140, where the data may include a network address of the gateway 140 or user data of the mobile terminal 110, for example.
The mobile terminal 110 and the smart home control panel 120 may construct a local area network with the gateway 140, and in the local area network, the mobile terminal 110 may send data or instructions to the smart home control panel through the local area network.
Based on the above-described application environment, embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 2, fig. 2 shows a flowchart of an authority control method 100 of an intelligent device provided in an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an intelligent control panel, and the authority control method of the intelligent device may include the following steps S110 to S130.
Step S110: reservation information is determined according to the area reservation request.
In a smart home application scenario, there may be multiple different areas, and each area may include multiple smart devices. The multiple zones may include, for example, conference rooms, offices, living rooms, bedrooms, etc. Taking the living room as an example, the living room can comprise a plurality of intelligent devices such as televisions, air conditioners, lamps, curtains and cameras. The user can perform reservation work on the intelligent device in the area, and in the embodiment of the application, the area in which the intelligent device is performed with the reservation work by the user is called a reservation area. Further, the zone reservation request can be used to reserve work for smart devices within a particular zone.
In this embodiment, a user may issue a user instruction through the intelligent control panel or the mobile terminal, and the intelligent control panel may determine the area reservation request according to the control instruction and may acquire the reservation information according to the area reservation request. The reservation information may include, but is not limited to, reservation region information and reservation time information.
In this embodiment, the reserved area information may be determined according to an area selected by the user. In some embodiments, the reserved area information may also be determined according to the area where the smart device selected by the user is located. In this embodiment, the reserved time information may be a time period from a reserved starting time to a reserved ending time. In some embodiments, the reservation time information may be only a reservation start time without a reservation end time.
As an embodiment, the user may perform a reservation operation on the smart device in the reservation area through the smart control panel corresponding to the reservation area. It is noted that the smart control panel corresponding to the reserved area may be a smart control panel provided in the reserved area or at an entrance of the reserved area. At this time, the reservation area information may be determined by locating the user, or by locating the smart control panel currently operated by the user.
In another embodiment, the user may also perform reservation work on the intelligent device in the reserved area through any intelligent control panel, and the reservation information may be sent to the intelligent control panel corresponding to the reserved area through the network.
In another embodiment, the user may also perform a reservation operation on the smart device in the reserved area through the mobile terminal, and the reservation information may also be sent to the smart control panel corresponding to the reserved area through the network.
Step S120: and detecting whether the intelligent equipment in the reserved area is used by the reserved user or not in the reserved time according to the reservation information.
The intelligent control panel can detect whether the intelligent equipment in the reserved area is used by the reserved user or not in the reserved time according to the reserved information. Specifically, when the reserved time arrives, whether the intelligent device in the reserved area is used by the reserved user is detected, that is, whether the reserved user arrives at the reserved time and uses the intelligent device in the reserved area is detected.
In this embodiment, whether the reservation user comes to use the intelligent device in the reservation area within the reservation time may be determined by whether the intelligent control panel corresponding to the reservation area receives the confirmation information within the reservation time. In the reserved time, when the reservation user operates the intelligent control panel corresponding to the reserved area and the intelligent control panel receives the confirmation information, the reservation user can be considered to arrive at the reserved area on time to use the intelligent equipment.
In some embodiments, it may also be detected whether the reservation user uses the smart device in the reservation area through the monitoring image during the reservation time. As an embodiment, when the reservation user is identified to be at a certain fixed location, the reservation user is considered to be using the smart device in the reservation area. For example, if it is recognized that the reservation user sits on a sofa in a living room (reservation area) during the reservation time, the reservation user may be considered to use a television (smart device). As another embodiment, it may also be directly recognized whether the subscriber operates the smart device in the reserved area.
Step S130: and if the intelligent device is used by the reserved user, locking the control authority of the intelligent device in the reserved area.
In this embodiment, if it is detected that the smart device in the reserved area is used by the reserved user within the reserved time, the control authority of the smart device in the reserved area may be locked. After the control authority of the intelligent device in the reserved area is locked, only the reserved user can control the intelligent device in the reserved area within the reserved time, and other users cannot control the intelligent device in the reserved area, so that the problem that the intelligent device is closed by misoperation of other users to cause trouble to users using the intelligent device is avoided.
The permission control method of the intelligent device is applied to an intelligent control panel, and the permission control method of the intelligent device determines reservation information according to a region reservation request, wherein the reservation information comprises reservation region information and reservation time information; detecting whether the intelligent equipment in the reserved area is used by the reserved user or not within the reserved time according to the reserved information; and if the intelligent device is used by the reservation user, locking the control authority of the intelligent device in the reservation area.
As shown in fig. 3, fig. 3 shows another method 200 for controlling the authority of an intelligent device according to an embodiment of the present application, which is applied to an intelligent control panel, where the method 200 for controlling the authority of an intelligent device may include the following steps S210 to S290.
Step S210: reservation information is determined according to the area reservation request.
In this embodiment, the step may specifically refer to the step S110, and is not described again.
Further, the subscription information may also include subscription user information, which may be used to identify the identity of the subscription user. In this embodiment, the manner of acquiring the information of the reservation user may include, but is not limited to, acquiring account identity information, recognizing voiceprint information of the reservation user, recognizing face information of the reservation user, and acquiring information manually input by the reservation user.
Step S220: and detecting whether the intelligent equipment in the reserved area conflicts in the reserved time or not according to the reserved information.
In the implementation, after the reservation information is determined, the intelligent control panel can detect whether the intelligent equipment in the reservation area conflicts in the reservation time, if yes, the situation that the reservation area is reserved by other users in the reservation time and cannot be reserved in the reservation time currently is indicated, and at the moment, the user can be reminded that the reservation cannot be carried out; if there is no conflict, it indicates that the reserved area can be reserved within the reserved time, and thus the following steps can be continued.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, detecting whether the smart devices in the reserved area conflict within the reserved time can be realized through the following steps S221 to S222.
Step S221: and searching the reserved time of the current reserved area in the reservation list according to the reservation information.
It can be understood that the current reserved area is also the area reserved by the subscriber currently.
In this embodiment, the reservation list may be generated according to the reserved time of the reserved area. In this embodiment, the reservation information of all the reserved areas may be generated into a reservation list. In some embodiments, the reservation list may also be generated separately from the reservation information for each reserved area. Table 1 shows a reservation list in the present embodiment.
Reservation area Reserved time Reserved user
Conference room 1 9:00-11:00 User A
Conference room 2 14:00-14:30 User B
Conference room 3 14:00-14:30 User C
TABLE 1
Furthermore, a table is searched for the reservation list, and the reserved time of the current reservation area is searched for according to the reservation list.
Step S222: and judging whether the reserved time and the current reserved time are crossed.
It can be understood that the current reservation time is also the reservation time for the reservation user to make a reservation for the reservation area currently.
In this embodiment, it is determined whether there is an intersection between the reserved time and the current reserved time, that is, whether there is an intersection between the reserved time and the current reserved time. For example, if the reserved time is 9: 00-11: 00 and the current reserved time is 10: 00-10: 30, the intersection can be considered to exist; for another example, if the reserved time is 9: 00-11: 00 and the current reserved time is 10: 00-11: 30, the intersection can be considered to exist; for another example, if the reserved time is 9: 00-11: 00 and the current reserved time is 11: 00-11: 30, the intersection can be considered to exist; for example, if the reserved time is 9:00 to 11:00 and the current reserved time is 11:10 to 11:50, it can be determined that no intersection exists.
Further, if there is a cross, it indicates that the current reservation time is occupied, and the reservation time is not available, that is, it indicates that the smart devices in the reservation area have a conflict in the reservation time, at this time, a prompt may be made to the user, for example, "the time is occupied, please reserve again". If there is no intersection, it indicates that the time can be reserved, and the intelligent devices in the reserved area have no conflict in the reserved time, at this time, step S230 may be continuously executed.
Step S230: and determining preset authority locking information corresponding to the reservation user according to the reservation user information.
In this embodiment, the preset authority locking information corresponding to the reservation user may be determined according to the reservation user information in the reservation information. Specifically, each user may preset an authority locking mode corresponding to the user and preset authority locking information corresponding to the authority locking mode, and the reserved authority locking information may be used to determine to execute the intelligent device control authority locking in the subsequent steps.
In this embodiment, the authority locking manner may include, but is not limited to, a voice locking manner, a check-in locking manner, a key locking manner, and the like. The preset authority locking information corresponding to the voice locking mode can be a section of specific voice information; the preset authority locking information corresponding to the check-in locking mode can be check-in confirmation information; the preset authority locking information corresponding to the key locking mode may be certain password information.
Furthermore, the identity of the reservation user is determined according to the information of the reservation user, and an authority locking mode corresponding to the reservation user and preset authority locking information are further determined.
In a specific implementation scenario, it is assumed that a permission locking mode preset by a user a and corresponding to the user a is a voice locking mode, and corresponding preset permission locking information is a specific voice; the user B presets a sign-in locking mode corresponding to the user B, and the corresponding preset authority locking information is sign-in confirmation information; the user C presets a key locking mode corresponding to the user C, and the corresponding preset authority locking information is a string of specific passwords; if the reservation user is identified as the user A, setting the judgment condition of the reservation for locking the intelligent equipment in the reservation area as being locked by the specific voice; if the reservation user is identified as the user B, setting the judgment condition of the reservation to the intelligent equipment in the reservation locking area as the locking through sign-in; and if the reservation user is identified as the user C, setting the judgment condition of the reservation for locking the intelligent equipment in the reserved area as unlocking through the specific password. Therefore, the locking mode and the locking condition can be flexibly configured according to different users, and meanwhile, the mistaken locking by other users is avoided.
Step S240: and acquiring the authority locking information in the reserved time.
In this embodiment, when the reserved time is up, the right locking information may be acquired within the reserved time. The rights lock information may include, but is not limited to, voice information, check-in determination information, and password information.
In this embodiment, the permission locking information may be acquired through an intelligent control panel corresponding to the reserved area, so as to ensure that the reserved user has reached the reserved area. In some embodiments, if the reservation user wants to remotely lock the intelligent device in the reserved area at another location, the permission locking information may also be acquired through the mobile terminal or the intelligent control panel corresponding to the other area. It can be understood that, if the permission locking information is acquired through the mobile terminal, the permission locking information can be synchronized to the intelligent control panel through the network.
It should be noted that, when the right locking mode is the check-in locking mode, a virtual key for check-in may be displayed on the intelligent control panel or the mobile terminal, and when the virtual key is triggered by the reservation user, the check-in confirmation information may be obtained.
Step S250: and judging whether the authority locking information is the same as the preset authority locking information.
In this embodiment, when the right locking information is the same as the preset right locking information, it indicates that the reservation user has reached the reservation area at the reservation time, and it can be considered that the smart device in the reservation area is used by the reservation user within the reservation time, so step S260 may be executed at this time to lock the control right of the smart device in the reservation area.
When the permission locking information is different from the preset permission locking information, it indicates that the reservation user has not reached the reservation area at the reservation time, and it can be considered that the smart device in the reservation area has not been used by the reservation user within the reservation time, so step S240 may be re-executed to re-acquire the permission locking information.
It should be noted that, for the check-in locking manner, when the check-in confirmation information is obtained, the authority locking information may be considered to be the same as the preset authority locking information, and the step S260 may be continuously executed.
Step S260: and locking the control authority of the intelligent equipment in the reserved area.
During the reserved time, the other users except the reserved user can not operate the intelligent device in the reserved area, and before the reserved time is completed, the other users except the reserved user can not release the authority limit of the intelligent device in the reserved area during the reserved time.
In some embodiments, if the reserved time is only the reservation starting time and not the preset ending time, other users cannot operate the smart device in the reserved area until the control authority of the smart device in the reserved area is released.
Further, in this embodiment, after the control authority of the smart device in the reserved area is locked, in the reserved time, other users cannot indirectly control the smart device in the reserved area, but can directly control the smart device in the reserved area in a localized manner. The indirect control means that the intelligent equipment is not controlled by the intelligent equipment body; for example, the mobile terminal remotely controls the intelligent devices in the reserved area, or the intelligent control panel remotely controls the intelligent devices in the reserved area. The localized direct control refers to the control of the intelligent equipment through the intelligent equipment body; for example, the smart device is controlled by a key of the smart device, a touch screen, or directly by a voice command. In this way, when the reserved area comprises a plurality of users including the reserved user during the reserved period, other users related to the area can conveniently control the intelligent device in the reserved area. For example, the conference room (reservation area) includes a plurality of participants of the reservation user, and other participants can directly control the intelligent device body in the conference room, so as to facilitate the conference.
In some embodiments, coordinated control via a smart control panel corresponding to the reserved area or via smart devices located within the reserved area may be considered direct control of smart devices within the reserved area. Specifically, the intelligent device in the reservation area can be controlled through the intelligent control panel located in the reservation area, or the intelligent device in the reservation area can be directly controlled through the intelligent loudspeaker box located in the reservation area to perform voice control on the intelligent device in the reservation area. In this way, the locking of the control authority of the intelligent device in the reserved area can only limit remote misoperation of the intelligent device in the reserved area by other users, and does not limit local control of the intelligent device in the reserved area by the user in the reserved area. For example, a conference room (reservation area) includes a plurality of participants of a reservation user, and other participants can locally control the intelligent device in the conference room through an intelligent control panel or an intelligent sound box located in the conference room, so as to facilitate the conference.
In some embodiments, only other users authorized by the subscribing user can have localized direct control of the smart devices within the subscribing area at the time of the subscription. In this way, it is ensured that no misoperation is caused by an irrelevant user when locally and directly controlling the intelligent equipment in the reserved area.
Further, in the reservation time, when any user triggers a certain intelligent scene, if the intelligent device executing the intelligent scene includes the reserved intelligent device, the reserved intelligent device may not execute the mode set by the intelligent scene, and other intelligent devices may execute normally. For example, if the "sleep scene mode" set by the user is to control the lights of the living room and the bedroom to be turned off, if the lights of the living room are reserved, the lights of the living room may not be controlled while the "sleep scene mode" is performed within the reserved time, and the bedroom and the like may be normally turned off. Therefore, the intelligent equipment which is reserved in the reserved area can be prevented from being controlled by the set scene mode in a wrong way.
Further, in the reserved time, when any user triggers the global intelligent control, similarly, if the intelligent device executing the global intelligent control includes the reserved intelligent device, the reserved intelligent device may not execute the global intelligent control, and the other devices may execute normally. For example, if a light in a living room is reserved, if the user triggers a global intelligent control of "turning off the light", which can control all lights in the home to be turned off, the light in the living room may not be controlled, and the other lights may be turned off normally. Therefore, the intelligent equipment which is reserved in the reserved area can be prevented from being controlled by all intelligent control errors of the user.
It is noted that any user may include a reservation user who reserves the reservation region.
Step S270: the zone status of the reserved zone is monitored.
In this embodiment, the reserved area may be monitored by a camera, and the area state of the reserved area within the reserved time may be acquired according to the image data. Further, the area status may also be information of an operation performed by the user on the reserved area.
Step S280: and judging whether the area state meets the permission release condition or not.
In this embodiment, the permission release condition is preset to determine whether to release the control permission of the intelligent device in the reserved area. The right release condition may include, but is not limited to, at least one of the following conditions: the authority of the reservation user is released, the reservation time is over, and the reservation user leaves the reservation area.
Specifically, the authority release information of the subscriber includes, but is not limited to, specific authority release gesture information, specific authority release voice information, and authority termination confirmation information. When detecting that the reservation user makes a specific permission release gesture within the reservation time in the reservation area, the area state can be considered to meet the permission release condition; or, when it is recognized that the specific authority of the reservation user within the reservation time of the reservation area releases the voice, the area state can be considered to satisfy the authority release condition; or, when receiving the authority termination confirmation information sent by the reservation user through the intelligent control panel or the mobile terminal, the area state may be considered to satisfy the authority release condition.
Further, when the reserved time is over, the zone state may be considered to satisfy the authority release condition.
Further, when it is detected that the reservation user has left the reservation zone, the zone status may be considered to satisfy the authority release condition. Specifically, whether the reservation user leaves the reservation area or not can be detected through the geo-fencing technology, when the reservation area leaves the reservation area for a certain time or a certain distance, the area state can be considered to meet the permission release condition, and meanwhile, false triggering caused by the fact that the reservation user temporarily leaves the reservation area can be avoided. It should be noted that the geo-fence is a virtual fence that encloses a virtual geographic boundary.
Further, if the area status satisfies any one of the above-mentioned permission release conditions, the step S290 may be continuously performed. If the zone status does not satisfy any of the above permission release conditions, the process may return to step S270, and continue to monitor the zone status of the reserved zone within the reserved time.
Step S290: and releasing the control authority of the intelligent equipment in the reserved area.
In this embodiment, the permission release condition may include at least one, and when the area state satisfies all or part of the permission release condition, the control permission of the smart device in the reserved area is released. It is understood that the permission release conditions corresponding to different reserved areas may be different.
In some embodiments, the permission release condition corresponding to the reserved area may be fixed, that is, after anyone locks the permission of the smart device in the reserved area, as long as the area state of the reserved area satisfies the permission release condition, the control permission of the smart device in the reserved area is released. For example, after the user a locks the authority of the intelligent device in the living room, if the area state of the living room meets the authority release condition corresponding to the living room, the control authority of the intelligent device in the living room is automatically released; similarly, after the user B locks the authority of the intelligent device in the living room, if the area state of the living room meets the authority release condition corresponding to the living room, the control authority of the intelligent device in the living room is also automatically released. Therefore, the user is not required to set the permission release condition when the permission is locked every time, the burden of the intelligent control panel on judgment of the permission release condition can be effectively reduced, and the response speed is improved.
In some embodiments, the permission release condition corresponding to the reserved area may be changed according to different users. Specifically, the user can set an authority release condition corresponding to the reserved area by himself, and after the authority of the intelligent device in the reserved area is locked by the user, the control authority of the intelligent device in the reserved area is released only if the area state of the reserved area satisfies the authority release condition set by the user. For example, if the permission release condition set by the user a when the control permission of the intelligent device in the living room is locked is the first permission release condition, the control permission of the intelligent device in the living room is automatically released when the area state of the living room meets the first permission release condition; if the permission release condition set by the user B when the control permission of the intelligent device in the living room is locked is the second permission release condition, the control permission of the intelligent device in the living room is automatically released when the area state of the living room meets the second permission release condition. Therefore, through the personalized setting of the users, the privacy of the permission release can be ensured after each user locks the permission, and the stability of permission locking is improved.
In some embodiments, the permission release condition corresponding to each user may be fixed, that is, the permission release condition corresponding to any reserved area of each user is the same. Specifically, the user can set an authority release condition corresponding to the identity information of the user, and after the user locks the authority of the intelligent device in any one reserved area, as long as the area state of the reserved area meets the authority release condition, the control authority of the intelligent device in the reserved area is automatically released. For example, a user A sets a first permission release condition corresponding to identity information of the user A, and after the user locks the permission of the intelligent device in the living room, if the area state of the living room meets the first permission release condition, the control permission of the intelligent device in the living room is automatically released; similarly, after the user locks the authority of the intelligent device in the bedroom, if the area state of the bedroom meets the first authority release condition, the control authority of the intelligent device in the bedroom is automatically released. Therefore, the user does not need to frequently set the permission release condition after locking the permission, and meanwhile, the personalized setting of the user can be kept, and the privacy of releasing the permission after each user locks the permission is ensured.
The permission control method of the intelligent device is applied to an intelligent control panel, and the permission control method of the intelligent device firstly determines reservation information according to a regional reservation request; detecting whether intelligent equipment in the reserved area conflicts within the reserved time or not according to the reserved information; if no conflict exists, determining preset authority locking information corresponding to the reservation user according to the information of the reservation user; acquiring authority locking information within the appointed time; then judging whether the authority locking information is the same as the preset authority locking information or not; if the intelligent equipment in the reserved area is the same as the intelligent equipment in the reserved area, locking the control authority of the intelligent equipment in the reserved area; then monitoring the area state of the reserved area; judging whether the area state meets the permission release condition or not; and if so, releasing the control authority of the intelligent equipment in the reserved area. Therefore, the user can reserve the intelligent equipment in the region, and when the user uses the intelligent equipment in the reserved region, the control authority of the intelligent equipment is locked, other users cannot operate the locked intelligent equipment, the intelligent equipment can be prevented from being closed due to misoperation of other users during working, and the trouble of the user is solved. Meanwhile, the control authority of the intelligent equipment in the reserved area can be automatically released when the authority release condition is met, and the reserved area is prevented from being continuously occupied.
