Description

Railing armrest thermal sheath
Technical Field
The invention relates to an accessory of a railing armrest, in particular to a railing armrest hot jacket.
Background
Steel pipes or aluminum pipes are often used as railing handrails in the marine and industrial fields, and the railing handrails are easy to snow or form ice in a low-temperature snowfall environment, so that people can not firmly grasp the railing when traveling. The defects are more remarkable on the swaying ships, and serious safety accidents are easily caused, so that the handrail is required to be heated to prevent ice.
In the prior art, an aluminum bar is processed or extruded into a complex inner groove-shaped aluminum sleeve, a heat tracing cable is placed in the groove, and two sides of the aluminum sleeve are connected with the railing handrail through a tooth buckle and a bolt, as shown in fig. 1 and 2. In order to form the inner groove cavity, the aluminum sleeve with the structure must be provided with an inner rib-shaped mechanism, and the aluminum sleeve is difficult to bend due to the existence of the inner rib-shaped mechanism. Thus, aluminum jackets can only end at the ends of straight handrails, while non-straight handrails at turns cannot be heated using such aluminum jackets.
Moreover, the aluminum sleeve needs a certain depth of accommodating space, so that the radial thickness is larger, and the cross-sectional area and the circumference of the aluminum sleeve are larger. When the power of the heating element is constant, the larger cross-sectional area and perimeter result in larger heat dissipation, and it is difficult to achieve the antifreeze effect, so that the number of the heating elements must be increased or the power of the heating element must be increased. Moreover, when the circumference is large, the railing sheath is difficult to grasp by a human hand, so that the aluminum sleeve is only suitable for small-diameter handrails. In addition, the aluminum sleeve has higher manufacturing cost, and complex grooves and ribs need to be extruded or machined, and if steel bars are adopted, the weight is greatly increased.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the technical problem of providing a handrail hot jacket which can heat not only the straight line part of a handrail but also the bending part of the handrail.
In order to solve the technical problems, the technical solution of the railing handrail hot jacket is as follows:
comprises a sheath 1, a heating body 2 and a connecting tenon 4; the sheath 1 is formed by combining two protection tiles, the section of the first protection tile 1-1 is semicircular, and the section of the second protection tile 1-2 is semi-elliptical; after the two protection tiles are assembled and folded, an accommodating space is formed inside the two protection tiles and is used for accommodating the handrail 5 and the heating body 2; the heating element 2 extends along the axial direction of the sheath 1; the heating element 2 is fixed on one side of the armrest 5; the inner wall of the first protection tile 1-1 is attached to the handrail 5, and a cavity for accommodating the heating body 2 is formed between the second protection tile 1-2 and the handrail 5; the wall thickness of the two protection tiles is uniform, and the joint part of the protection tiles is provided with a mortice; after the two protection tiles are assembled, the two protection tiles are locked and fixedly connected in the circumferential direction through the connecting tenons 4 arranged in the mortises.
The railing armrest hot jacket has the technical effects that:
the sheath has uniform wall thickness and good bending property in the short axis direction, so that the sheath can be continuously and conveniently installed when the sheath needs to be bent along the handrail.
The first protection tile is tightly attached to the handrail, so that the perimeter of the sheath is minimum under the condition of a certain thickness, the perimeter of the sheath can be minimized, the space for accommodating the heating element can be ensured, the holding by hands can be facilitated, and the problem that the outer diameter of the common heating sheath is overlarge and is difficult to hold is solved. When the outer diameter of the handrail is fixed, the circumference of the sheath is minimum, and the palm of a person can cover and hold the sheath to the maximum extent, so that the safety of the person in the advancing process can be enhanced.
When the power of the heating element and the environmental conditions are fixed, the circumference of the sheath is minimum, the surface area is minimum, and the heat dissipated from the outer surface of the sheath is minimum, so that the heat productivity required by the sheath is minimum under the same antifreezing condition, and the energy-saving effect can be realized.
The sheath of the invention has the advantages of minimum circumference and minimum sectional area, and can also minimize the weight of the sheath per unit length and reduce the material cost.
According to the invention, the two protection tiles of the sheath are locked and fixed on the handrail along the circumferential direction through the connecting tenons, and the adjacent sheath is fixed on the handrail along the axial direction through the connecting tenons, so that the connection and fixation of the sheath and the handrail are realized.
Further, the end parts of the sheath 1 are also provided with mortises, and the adjacent sheaths 1 are axially and fixedly connected through the connecting tenons 4
Further, the connecting tenon 4 is a dovetail; the dovetail groove is a dovetail groove matched with the dovetail.
Further, the notch pattern between the connecting tenon 4 and the mortise adopts a wedging fastening type.
Further, between the connecting tenon 4 and the tenon groove, the two protection tiles and the protection tile and the upright post are respectively sealed by adopting viscose, so that the sheath forms a closed inner cavity, and the heat air in the sheath is prevented from being dissipated.
Further, the number of the heating elements 2 is two; two heating element limit grooves are formed in the inner wall of the second protection tile 1-2 along the axial direction; the heating element 2 is fixed in a heating element limit groove on the inner wall of the second protection tile 1-2. The heating element limiting groove of the invention ensures that the heating element is fixed on one hand, and the perimeter of the sheath is not increased on the other hand, so that the gripping of hands is not affected.
Further, the depth of the heating element limiting groove is not more than half of the wall thickness of the second protection tile 1-2. The bending property of the sheath is not affected by the arrangement of the limit groove of the heating element.
Further, the material of the sheath 1 is metal or composite material which is easy to transfer heat; the connecting tenons are made of the same material as the sheath 1.
The invention has the following technical effects:
the invention effectively solves the problems that the sheath in the prior art is difficult to bend and transition at the turning part of the handrail and the axial connection between the sheath is difficult. The invention can be coated on the straight line section of the railing handrail and also can be coated on the bent section of the railing handrail due to the good bending characteristic, thereby furthest carrying out anti-freezing protection on the railing handrail and preventing safety accidents.
According to the invention, the heating element is arranged in the sheath, when the sheath is fixed on the handrail through the mortise and tenon structure, the outer surface of the handrail can be kept at a specific temperature, and the handrail is prevented from being frozen when the temperature is low and the snow is reduced, so that people can firmly grasp the handrail in the process of going, and the falling accident when the ship is severely rocked is effectively avoided.
According to the invention, the fixed connection between the two protection tiles of the sheath and the fixed connection between the two sections of the sheath are realized by adopting the mortise-tenon structure formed by the connecting tenons and the mortises, and the wall thickness of the sheath can be kept unchanged by adopting the mortise-tenon structure, so that the good bending characteristic of the sheath is maintained. And the mortise and tenon joint structure is simple to install, and is simple, convenient and compact to connect.
The sheath is formed by combining semicircular and semi-elliptic protective tiles, so that the sheath can be made of easily available sectional materials, has high economical efficiency, and is more convenient and easier to install and detach on site.
