Abstract

本发明涉及防紫外线织物,特别涉及一种具有阻燃纤维的防紫外线织物制备方法。
背景技术
市面上的防护服装通常是高强度、固有的阻燃性能的面料,例如芳纶材料的织物。尽管这些织物的强力高,能为这些织物在穿着时提供较高的被保护水平,但是当这些面料暴露在紫外线下时,织物的强力降低,例如太阳和其他光源射出的光线。实际上,这类服装所用织物反复暴露在日光下,织物的初始强力会损失百分之五十甚至更多是正常的。
防护服类型经常被用作户外服装,在这种情况下由于紫外线的照射会使防护服的强力降低,这就导致防护服对穿着者的防护作用降低,也增加了替换这些受损服装的成本。暴露在紫外线下除了会降低防护服的强力外,也会更加损害织物的颜色。尤其是紫外线照射降低了这类织物的染色坚牢度,随着紫外线照射的持续增加,使织物褪色。这种褪色从美学角度是不希望被看到的。但是,在一些情况下,这种褪色能够降低服装的可见性,因此也就降低了穿着者的可见性。
因此,综上所述生产强抵抗紫外线的服装是众望所归的。
发明内容
本发明防紫外线织物制备方法包括多个固有的阻燃纤维,至少有一种抗紫外添加剂添加到固有的阻燃纤维中,添加剂是通过染色工艺过程中用载体添加,这种抗紫外线添加剂能使织物在受到紫外线照射时,至少能够显著提高织物的强度保持率和染色色牢度。
技术方案
在一个实施例中,将织物沉浸在一种混合物中,混合物包括一个载体和一个紫外线的有抵抗力的添加剂;织物,包括多个固有地阻燃纤维;和溶解有载体的紫外线的有抵抗力的添加剂,以便紫外线的有抵抗力的添加剂被固有地阻燃纤维吞没;当与紫外线辐射接触的时候,其中进入固有地阻燃纤维的紫外线的有抵抗力的添加剂的吸收可显著地增加织物强度和染色牢度。
有益效果:本发明方法制备出来的防紫外线织物具有显著的强度和色牢度,增加了防护服的使用寿命,节省了服装成本。
具体实施方式
本发明防紫外线织物制造方法,包括将一种织物浸泡在一个载
体和一个抗紫外添加剂构成的混合物中,该织物由许多固有的阻燃纤维构成,该阻燃纤维在溶解具有载体的抗紫外添加剂中,以便抗紫外线添加剂被固有阻燃纤维更好的吸收;当暴露在紫外线辐射时,被吸入抗紫外添加剂的固有阻燃纤维,可显著地提高织物至少一个强度保留率与染色牢度。
作为优选,所述固有的阻燃纤维包括芳纶。
作为优选,所述固有地阻燃纤维包括聚苯并唑(PBO)纤维、聚苯并咪唑(PBI)纤维、三聚氰胺纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、变性聚丙腈纤维,或其混合物。
作为优选,所述抗紫外添加剂包括紫外线吸收剂和一种受阻胺光稳定剂。
作为优选,所述抗紫外吸收剂包括一种苯酮化合物、一种苯甲酸化合物,或其混合物。
作为优选,所述紫外线吸收剂被添加到混合物浓度约0.5%至6% ,根据织物重量计。
作为优选,所述受阻胺光稳定剂包括一种酰胺化合物,一种哌啶化合物,或其混合物。
作为优选,所述受阻胺光稳定剂被添加到混合物以浓度约0.5%至约3%,根据织物重量计。
作为优选,所述载体包括芳基乙醚、苯甲醇、N-环己基吡咯烷
酮、N二乙基间位甲苯酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二丁基乙酰胺、乙酰苯、异佛尔酮、乙酰苯、二甲乙酰胺,和二正丁基甲酰胺,或其混合物。
作为优选,所述混合物包括一种染料。

1.防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于将一种织物浸泡在一个载
体和一个抗紫外添加剂构成的混合物中,该织物由许多固有的阻燃纤维构成,该阻燃纤维在溶解具有载体的抗紫外添加剂中,以便抗紫外线添加剂被固有阻燃纤维更好的吸收;当暴露在紫外线辐射时,被吸入抗紫外添加剂的固有阻燃纤维,可显著地提高织物至少一个强度保留率与染色牢度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
固有的阻燃纤维包括芳纶。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
所述固有地阻燃纤维包括聚苯并唑(PBO)纤维、聚苯并咪唑(PBI)纤维、三聚氰胺纤维、聚酰胺纤维、聚酰亚胺纤维、变性聚丙腈纤维,或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
所述抗紫外添加剂包括紫外线吸收剂和一种受阻胺光稳定剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
所述抗紫外吸收剂包括一种苯酮化合物、一种苯甲酸化合物,或其混合物。
6.根据权利要求4所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
所述紫外线吸收剂被添加到混合物浓度约0.5%至6% ,根据织物重量计。
7.根据权利要求4所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
受阻胺光稳定剂包括一种酰胺化合物,一种哌啶化合物,或其混合物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
受阻胺光稳定剂被添加到混合物以浓度约0.5%至约3%,根据织物重量计。
9.根据权利要求1所述的防紫外线织物制造方法,其特征在于,
所述载体包括芳基乙醚、苯甲醇、N-环己基吡咯烷酮、N二乙基间位甲苯酰胺、二甲基甲酰胺、二丁基乙酰胺、乙酰苯、异佛尔酮、乙酰苯、二甲乙酰胺,和二正丁基甲酰胺,或其混合物。
