技术领域
发明涉及一种试箱吊具，具体涉及一种简易便捷的集装箱试箱吊具，特别是针对船舶集装箱舱内或甲板面的集装箱箱角效用试验的装置。
背景技术
集装箱系统是果汁冷藏运输船的两大装货系统之一，集装箱区设置在一个货舱及舱盖面、3个果汁舱甲板面。集装箱内由箱锥、导轨架、分箱块组成装货系统；舱盖及甲板面由箱座、绑扎眼环组成装货系统，船舶交付前需吊集装箱进行试箱工作，以检验装货系统安装精度是否满足效用。如用传统的卸扣配钢丝绳进行试箱吊装，卸扣与导轨相碰（箱体与导轨理论间隙20mm），无法试箱；如直接用钢丝绳，则钢丝绳与导轨直接磨擦，无法保证安全；如用市场上专用的箱头吊具价格昂贵且需采购周期。

发明提供一种简易便捷的集装箱试箱吊具，结构简单，易于制造，便于使用，节约成本，切实可行。
一种简易便捷的集装箱试箱吊具，包括主板，其特征在于，所述的主板一端设有连接口，所述的连接口用于供使用者将卸扣扣在主板上，所述的主板的另一端设有固定卡扣，所述的固定卡扣用于将主板安装在集装箱箱脚处，所述的主板上焊接有门字型板，所述的门字型板的两端焊接在主板上，所述的门字型板焊接在主板上后门字型板和主板之间形成一个固定圈，L型锁销插在门字型板和主板之间形成一个固定圈内，将门字型板和主板固定在集装箱箱脚内。
优选的，所述的主板厚30 mm，长180mm，宽100 mm。
优选的，所述门字型板焊接在主板中部位置。
优选的，试箱吊具与卸扣、钢丝绳配合使用，4个试箱吊具为一套。
优选的，试箱吊具使用时向上拉起L型锁销，主板板厚方向沿箱脚长度方向插入集装箱箱脚，旋转90度，L型锁销复位即可使用。
本发明的有益效果在于仅由主板、L型锁销和门字型板构成，结构简单，易于制造；简单的结构，便于使用，制作成本低，节约成本；通过主板连接卸扣和钢丝绳，安全可行。

如图所示，一种简易便捷的集装箱试箱吊具，包括主板1，其特征在于，所述的主板1一端设有连接口4，所述的连接口4用于供使用者将卸扣扣在主板1上，所述的主板1的另一端设有固定卡扣5，所述的固定卡扣5用于将主板1安装在集装箱箱脚处，所述的主板1上焊接有门字型板3，所述的门字型板3的两端焊接在主板1上，所述的门字型板3焊接在主板1上后门字型板3和主板1之间形成一个固定圈，L型锁销2插在门字型板3和主板1之间形成一个固定圈内，将门字型板3和主板1固定在集装箱箱脚内。
优选的，所述的主板1厚30 mm，长180mm，宽100 mm。
优选的，所述门字型板3焊接在主板1中部位置。
优选的，试箱吊具与卸扣、钢丝绳配合使用，4个试箱吊具为一套。
本发明在使用时，先向上拉起L型锁销2，主板1的固定卡扣5沿箱脚长度方向插入集装箱箱脚，然后操作人员90度旋转主板1，之后将L型锁销2复位，主板1被固定在集装箱箱脚内，即试箱吊具安装完毕，操作人员将钢丝绳上的卸扣扣在主板1的连接口4内。
本发明的有益效果在于仅由主板1、L型锁销2和门字型板3构成，结构简单，易于制造；简单的结构，便于使用，制作成本低，节约成本；通过主板1连接卸扣和钢丝绳，安全可行。
