Abstract
The invention discloses a cup washer, in particular to a container flushing device which is energy-saving, does not use electricity, is normally closed, is opened in a pressing mode, can automatically rotate and can clean a dead angle. The following describes in further detail the embodiments of the present invention with reference to figures 1, 2 and examples. The following examples are applicable to the present invention but are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Examples
Taking fig. 1 and 2 as an example, the invention provides a novel flushing container device, which comprises a flushing head 1, a bearing or a ball 2, a connecting piece 3, a bracket 4, a fixing head 5, a mandrel 6, a spring 7, a fixing shaft 8, a sealing piece 9 and a clamping groove 10. The bearing 2 is positioned in the clamping groove 10, the connecting piece 3 passes through the bearing 2 and the clamping groove 3 and is connected to the upper part of the fixed head 5 through threads, the flushing head 1 is connected with the clamping groove 10 through threads, and then the flushing head 1 can rotate relative to the connecting piece 3 and the fixed head 5; the bracket 4 is arranged outside the fixed head 5, and the lower part of the fixed head 5 passes through the spring 7 and is arranged at the upper part of the fixed shaft 8; the sealing element 9 is positioned on the bottom limiting table of the mandrel 6, and the mandrel side hole 61 is positioned on the sealing element 9 and is communicated with the mandrel blind hole 62; the mandrel 6 passes through the lower part of the fixed shaft 8 and is connected with the lower part of the fixed head 5 passing through the spring 4 by screw threads; the outer surface of the bottom of the fixed shaft 8 is provided with threads for connecting a pressure source. In the non-working state, under the action of the pressure spring 7, the sealing element 9 on the mandrel 6 is pressed between the mandrel bottom limiting table and the fixed shaft 8, and water flow cannot enter the flushing head 1 from the mandrel side hole 61 above the sealing element 9, so that the cup cleaner is in a closed state.

Wherein, the top of the flushing head 1 is provided with a radial spray hole 11, and the side surface is provided with an inclined radial spray hole 12; the ball 2 is positioned between the flushing head 1 and the connecting piece 3, so the flushing head 1 and the connecting piece 3 can rotate relatively; the connecting piece 3 is connected to the upper part of the fixed head 5 through threads, a bracket 4 is arranged outside the fixed head 5, and the lower part of the fixed head 5 passes through a spring 7 and is arranged on the upper part of a fixed shaft 8; the sealing element 9 is positioned on the bottom limiting table of the mandrel 6, and the mandrel side hole 61 is positioned on the sealing element 9 and is communicated with the mandrel blind hole 62; the mandrel 6 passes through the lower part of the fixed shaft 8 and is connected with the lower part of the fixed head 5 passing through the spring 4 by screw threads; the outer surface of the bottom of the fixed shaft 8 is provided with threads for connecting a pressure source. In the non-working state, under the action of the pressure spring 7, the sealing element 9 on the mandrel 6 is pressed between the mandrel bottom limiting table and the fixed shaft 8, and water flow cannot enter the flushing head 1 from the mandrel side hole 61 above the sealing element 9, so that the cup cleaner is in a closed state.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in the embodiment, the cup washer is fixed at the bottom of the pool, the lower part of the fixed shaft 8 is connected with tap water (or other pressure source), and after the tap water is in an open state: the cup mouth (container mouth) is pressed downwards on the bracket 4, the palm is pressed downwards to overcome the pressure of the spring 7 and water, then the fixed head 5 connected with the bracket 4 and the mandrel 6 connected with the fixed head 5 are simultaneously moved downwards, the mandrel side hole 61 above the sealing element 9 is exposed, the water or other substances with pressure enter the mandrel blind hole 62 through the mandrel side hole 61, pass through the hollow hole of the fixed head 5 and the connecting element 3, flow into the flushing head 1 and are sprayed out from the top spray hole 11 and the side spray hole 12 of the flushing head, and the flushing head 1 can automatically rotate and spray out fan water flow under the action of reaction force because the hole 12 of the side of the flushing head 1 is an inclined hole, so that the inner wall of the container is flushed without dead angle. After the cup is washed clean and taken off, the spring 4 jacks up the fixing head, 5, meanwhile, the water pressure acts under the limiting table at the bottom of the mandrel, the mandrel 6 automatically rises, the side water inlet hole 61 moves upwards, the sealing element 9 is pressed along with the water inlet hole, and the cup washer is automatically closed and does not spray water any more.
The invention has wide application range, high efficiency, electric energy saving, simple operation and convenient installation, and can not only wash containers such as cups, bottles, barrels and the like, but also wash hollow parts and the like.
