Technical Field

Background
Electronic identity card equipment (an electronic driving license, an electronic license plate and an electronic identity recognition device) arranged on a motor vehicle can not work normally due to the fact that the equipment sometimes breaks down and is interfered or damaged artificially. A lot of license plate recognition devices are installed at places such as road gates, license plates can be recognized, and license plate numbers can be obtained. If the electronic identity card equipment is used in combination with the license plate recognition device, whether the electronic identity card equipment works abnormally is distinguished, and when the abnormal working condition is found, a notification message is sent to related personnel in time to remind the personnel to maintain the equipment in time; if the device is found to be abnormal for a plurality of times in a long term, further processing is carried out.

The technical problem is as follows:
aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a safety protection system for an electronic identity card of a motor vehicle, which is used for monitoring whether the electronic identity card of the motor vehicle works normally or not, recording and reminding related personnel when the electronic identity card cannot work normally, and is beneficial to reducing the phenomenon that vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment is artificially interfered or damaged by adding statistical analysis on equipment failure conditions.

aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a safety protection system of a motor vehicle electronic identity card and a safety protection method of the motor vehicle electronic identity card; the state of the electronic identity card system of the motor vehicle is continuously monitored in real time and is timely transmitted to the server, and the license plate number obtained by the license plate image recognition is compared and analyzed by combining with the checkpoint detection device, so that the vehicle which passes through the checkpoint and does not send the working state to the server is found, namely the vehicle of which the electronic identity card can not work normally.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides a safety protection system of an electronic identity card of a motor vehicle, which comprises a vehicle-mounted electronic identity card, a bayonet detection device, a server and a communication system;
the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card comprises: the electronic identity card comprises an electronic identity card body, a positioning module and a wireless communication device; the electronic identity card main body stores the unique identification code of the vehicle; the positioning module is a satellite positioning module and/or a base station positioning module; the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card sends a unique identification code and a unique position of the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card to a server through a wireless communication device of the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card according to a set time interval;
the checkpoint detection device comprises a license plate recognition device, can obtain license plate numbers of vehicles passing through the checkpoint, and sends the license plate numbers to the server through the communication system;
the server is a computer server;
the communication system is a digital communication system.
The vehicle-mounted electronic identity card safety protection system also comprises a management computer, and the management computer is connected with the server through a communication system; the method is used for managing the operation of the system and managing the safe operation of the electronic identity card of the motor vehicle.

The safety protection method of the electronic identity card of the motor vehicle further comprises the following steps:
the server system automatically sends event reminding messages to one or more preset devices according to a preset reminding mode to the detected work abnormity information so that related personnel can process the information in time;
the preset equipment comprises the following equipment combinations: fixed terminal equipment such as a management computer and the like, mobile terminal equipment such as a vehicle-mounted electronic identity card and a mobile phone and the like;
the reminding mode comprises the following combination of modes:
a) displaying screen reminding information on a screen of the equipment;
b) playing reminding voice;
c) reminding by a mobile phone short message;
d) the instant communication message comprises QQ, WeChat and the like;
e) phone, mobile phone alerts;
f) and an indicator light for reminding.
The technical effects are as follows:
the server of the system can find and record the abnormal working condition of the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment by obtaining the received license plate number sent by the bayonet detection device and the unique identification code and position of the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment, and sends prompt information to personnel associated with the abnormal working vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment so as to process in time, and a measure for automatically protecting the vehicle-mounted monitoring equipment is provided.

3) the server checks the license plate numbers sent by the bayonet detection device one by one, searches the received information sent by the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card which is in a set area taking the bayonet detection device as the center in a set time range, if the information is not found, the corresponding vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment is considered to be abnormal in work, and records the abnormal information in work, and if the information is found, the corresponding vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment is considered to be normal in work; the set time range is set to less than 300 seconds, preferably to 60 seconds; the side length of the setting region centered on the bayonet detection device is set to be less than 9000 meters, preferably 2000 meters.
The safety protection method of the electronic identity card of the motor vehicle further comprises the following steps:

the preset priority order is determined according to business requirements, and preferably comprises a management computer, a vehicle-mounted electronic identity card and a mobile phone in sequence;
the reminding mode comprises the following combination of modes:
a) displaying screen reminding information on a screen of the equipment;
b) playing reminding voice;
c) reminding by a mobile phone short message;
d) the instant communication message comprises QQ, WeChat and the like;
e) phone, mobile phone alerts;
f) reminding by an indicator light;
the preferred reminding mode is as follows: and displaying screen reminding information, playing reminding voice and reminding by a mobile phone short message on a screen of the equipment.
The server of the system can find and record the abnormal working condition of the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment by obtaining the received license plate number sent by the bayonet detection device and the unique identification code and position of the vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment, and sends prompt information to personnel associated with the abnormal working vehicle-mounted electronic identity card equipment so as to process in time, and a measure for automatically protecting the vehicle-mounted monitoring equipment is provided.
