sequencing each first time according to the first time when the vehicle passes through each target gate and a set time sequence;
judging whether the time interval of any two adjacent first times after sorting is smaller than a set time threshold value or not;
if so, taking the target bayonets corresponding to the two adjacent first times as the target bayonets in the same continuous track, otherwise, taking the target bayonets as the target bayonets in different continuous tracks;
determining each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to the union set of the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target gate includes:
for each continuous track, determining each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target bayonet in the continuous track;
the identifying, for each candidate MAC address information, a first number of target MAC devices that acquire the candidate MAC address information, and determining, according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices, a degree of association between the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle includes:
and aiming at each piece of candidate MAC address information determined in each section of continuous track, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous track, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices in the continuous track.
In order to ensure that the personnel information associated with the vehicle can be determined according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device, the track of the vehicle can be segmented, and the personnel information associated with the vehicle can be determined according to each segment of track.
Specifically, the electronic device sorts each first time according to a set time sequence according to the first time when the vehicle passes through each target gate, where the set time sequence may be a time sequence from early to late, or a time sequence from late to early. The method comprises the steps that a preset time threshold is stored in the electronic equipment, whether the time interval of any two adjacent first times is smaller than a set time threshold is judged according to the two adjacent first times after sequencing, if yes, a target bayonet corresponding to the two adjacent first times is used as a target bayonet in the same continuous track, and if not, the target bayonet is used as a target bayonet in different continuous tracks. The preset time threshold may be 15 minutes, 20 minutes, etc.
According to any two adjacent first times, the track of the vehicle can be divided into a plurality of sections of continuous tracks. And determining the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target card port in each continuous track, and determining the personnel information related to the vehicle according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone after determining the MAC address information of each mobile phone. The MAC address information of each mobile phone collected by each target MAC device can be intersected, the MAC address information of the mobile phone determined by the intersection is the MAC address information of the mobile phone associated with the vehicle, and the personnel information corresponding to the MAC address information of the mobile phone is determined according to the MAC address information of the mobile phone associated with the vehicle. That is, the determination of the personal information associated with the vehicle is made on the basis of each continuous trajectory.
Specifically, when the electronic device determines the person information associated with the vehicle for each continuous track, a union set of the MAC address information of each mobile phone is determined according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target gate in the continuous track, and the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the union set is used as each candidate MAC address information.
And aiming at each candidate MAC address information in each section of continuous track, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous track, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices in the continuous track. Specifically, the ratio of the first number to the second number is used as the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle. For example, if the first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous trace is 18, and the second number of all target MAC devices in the continuous trace is 24, the association degree of the candidate MAC address information is 18/24 ═ 0.75.
The electronic equipment stores a preset second association threshold, after determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information aiming at each candidate MAC address information, whether the association degree of the candidate MAC address information is larger than the preset second association threshold is judged, if yes, the candidate MAC address information is determined to be the MAC address information of the mobile phone of the person associated with the vehicle, and then the person information corresponding to the MAC address information of the mobile phone is determined according to the MAC address information of the mobile phone associated with the vehicle. The preset second relevance threshold and the preset first relevance threshold may be the same or different.
In the embodiment of the invention, aiming at each piece of candidate MAC address information determined in each section of continuous track, the first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous track is identified, and the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle is determined according to the first number and the second number of all the target MAC devices in the continuous track; if the association degree is greater than a preset association degree threshold value, determining that the candidate MAC address information is the MAC address information of the mobile phone of the person associated with the vehicle; and determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle according to the determined MAC address information of the mobile phone of the personnel associated with the vehicle. Therefore, the personnel information related to the vehicle can be accurately determined according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information collected by each target MAC device.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the determining, according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information collected by each target MAC device, the person information associated with the vehicle includes:
determining a mobile phone number corresponding to each piece of MAC address information according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each piece of target MAC equipment;
and determining the identity corresponding to each mobile phone number according to the corresponding relationship between the mobile phone numbers and the identity, which is stored in advance.
The data information collected by the operator comprises the mobile phone number corresponding to the MAC address information of each mobile phone, and after the MAC address information of each mobile phone is determined, the data information of the operator is searched, so that the mobile phone number corresponding to the MAC address information of each mobile phone can be determined. The identity corresponding to each mobile phone number is stored in the mobile phone information registry of the operator real-name registration, and the corresponding identity can be determined according to the mobile phone numbers. The identity may be an identification number. If the information of the names, addresses and the like of the personnel needs to be known, the names and the addresses of the personnel corresponding to each identity card number are stored in a population database registered by a public security department, and the names and the addresses of the corresponding personnel can be determined according to the determined identity card numbers.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of an apparatus for determining information of a person according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the apparatus includes:
a first determining module 41, configured to determine, according to a license plate number of a vehicle and first data information obtained by each gate device, each target gate through which the vehicle passes and a first time at which the vehicle passes through each target gate;
an obtaining module 42, configured to obtain, for each target gate, second data information acquired by each target MAC device according to a first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate and information of each target MAC device corresponding to the target gate, where the information is pre-stored;
and a second determining module 43, configured to determine, according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device, the person information associated with the vehicle.
The first determining module 41 is specifically configured to identify each bayonet located in the target area according to the determined target area; and determining each target gate through which the vehicle passes according to each first data information acquired within a preset time range aiming at the recognized gate equipment installed at each gate.
The obtaining module 42 is specifically configured to determine, for each target gate, a speed of the vehicle according to first data information acquired by a gate device of the target gate; determining second time when the vehicle passes through each target MAC device according to the distance between each target MAC device and the target gate, the speed of the vehicle and the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate, which are saved aiming at the target gate; and according to the determined second time when the vehicle passes through each target MAC device, acquiring second data information acquired by each MAC device at the second time.
The second determining module 43 is specifically configured to determine each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target gate; aiming at each candidate MAC address information, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices; if the association degree is larger than a preset association degree threshold value, determining that the candidate MAC address information is the MAC address information of the mobile phone of the person associated with the vehicle; and determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle according to the determined MAC address information of the mobile phone of the personnel associated with the vehicle.
The device further comprises:
the judging module 44 is configured to sort each first time according to a set time sequence according to the first time when the vehicle passes through each target gate; judging whether the time interval of any two adjacent first times after sorting is smaller than a set time threshold value or not; if so, taking the target bayonets corresponding to the two adjacent first times as the target bayonets in the same continuous track, otherwise, taking the target bayonets as the target bayonets in different continuous tracks;
the second determining module 43 is specifically configured to determine, for each continuous track, each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target bayonet in the continuous track; and aiming at each piece of candidate MAC address information determined in each section of continuous track, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous track, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices in the continuous track.
The second determining module 43 is specifically configured to determine, according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device, a mobile phone number corresponding to each MAC address information; and determining the identity corresponding to each mobile phone number according to the corresponding relationship between the mobile phone numbers and the identity, which is stored in advance.
The embodiment of the invention provides a method and a device for determining personnel information, wherein the method comprises the following steps: determining each target gate through which the vehicle passes and first time at which the vehicle passes through each target gate according to the license plate number of the vehicle and first data information acquired by each gate device; for each target gate, acquiring second data information acquired by each MAC device according to the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate and the pre-stored information of each target MAC device corresponding to the target gate; and determining personnel information associated with the vehicle according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device. In the embodiment of the invention, each target gate passed by the vehicle is determined, and each gate is provided with the corresponding MAC equipment, so that the MAC address information of each mobile phone can be acquired through the second data information acquired by the target MAC equipment, the personnel information related to the vehicle is determined, and the authenticity of the information acquisition of the personnel related to the vehicle is ensured.

These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A method of determining people information, the method comprising:
determining each target gate through which the vehicle passes and first time at which the vehicle passes through each target gate according to the license plate number of the vehicle and first data information acquired by each gate device; the first data information comprises the license plate number of the vehicle passing through the bayonet provided with the bayonet equipment and the first time when the vehicle passes through the bayonet provided with the bayonet equipment;
for each target gate, acquiring second data information acquired by each target MAC device according to the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate and the pre-stored information of each target MAC device corresponding to the target gate;
determining personnel information related to the vehicle according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device;
for each target gate, acquiring second data information acquired by each MAC device according to the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate and the pre-stored information of each target MAC device corresponding to the target gate includes:
for each target gate, determining the speed of the vehicle according to first data information acquired by gate equipment of the target gate; determining second time when the vehicle passes through each target MAC device according to the distance between each target MAC device and the target gate, the speed of the vehicle and the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate, which are saved aiming at the target gate;
and according to the determined second time when the vehicle passes through each target MAC device, acquiring second data information acquired by each MAC device at the second time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining each target gate that the vehicle passes through according to the license plate number of the vehicle and the first data information acquired by each gate device comprises:
according to the determined target area, identifying each bayonet in the target area;
and determining each target gate through which the vehicle passes according to each first data information acquired within a preset time range aiming at the recognized gate equipment installed at each gate.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle based on the MAC address information of each cell phone in the second data information collected by each target MAC device comprises:
determining each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target card port;
aiming at each candidate MAC address information, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices; if the association degree is larger than a preset association degree threshold value, determining that the candidate MAC address information is the MAC address information of the mobile phone of the person associated with the vehicle;
and determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle according to the determined MAC address information of the mobile phone of the personnel associated with the vehicle.
4. The method of claim 3, wherein before determining each target gate that the vehicle passes through and determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information collected by each target MAC device after the vehicle passes through the first time of each target gate, the method further comprises:
sequencing each first time according to the first time when the vehicle passes through each target gate and a set time sequence;
judging whether the time interval of any two adjacent first times after sorting is smaller than a set time threshold value or not;
if so, taking the target bayonets corresponding to the two adjacent first times as the target bayonets in the same continuous track, otherwise, taking the target bayonets as the target bayonets in different continuous tracks;
determining each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to the union set of the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target gate includes:
for each continuous track, determining each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target bayonet in the continuous track;
the identifying, for each candidate MAC address information, a first number of target MAC devices that acquire the candidate MAC address information, and determining, according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices, a degree of association between the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle includes:
and aiming at each piece of candidate MAC address information determined in each section of continuous track, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous track, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices in the continuous track.
5. The method of claim 1, wherein determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle based on the MAC address information of each cell phone in the second data information collected by each target MAC device comprises:
determining a mobile phone number corresponding to each piece of MAC address information according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each piece of target MAC equipment;
and determining the identity corresponding to each mobile phone number according to the corresponding relationship between the mobile phone numbers and the identity, which is stored in advance.
6. An apparatus for determining person information, the apparatus comprising:
the first determining module is used for determining each target gate passed by the vehicle and the first time when the vehicle passes each target gate according to the license plate number of the vehicle and the first data information acquired by each gate device; the first data information comprises the license plate number of the vehicle passing through the bayonet provided with the bayonet equipment and the first time when the vehicle passes through the bayonet provided with the bayonet equipment;
the acquisition module is used for acquiring second data information acquired by each target MAC device according to the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate and the pre-stored information of each target MAC device corresponding to the target gate;
the second determining module is used for determining personnel information related to the vehicle according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device;
the acquisition module is specifically used for determining the speed of the vehicle according to first data information acquired by a gate device of each target gate; determining second time when the vehicle passes through each target MAC device according to the distance between each target MAC device and the target gate, the speed of the vehicle and the first time when the vehicle passes through the target gate, which are saved aiming at the target gate; and according to the determined second time when the vehicle passes through each target MAC device, acquiring second data information acquired by each MAC device at the second time.

The apparatus of claim 6, wherein the first determining module is specifically configured to identify, according to the determined target area, each of the checkpoints located within the target area; and determining each target gate through which the vehicle passes according to each first data information acquired within a preset time range aiming at the recognized gate equipment installed at each gate.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second determining module is specifically configured to determine each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target card; aiming at each candidate MAC address information, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices; if the association degree is larger than a preset association degree threshold value, determining that the candidate MAC address information is the MAC address information of the mobile phone of the person associated with the vehicle; and determining the personnel information associated with the vehicle according to the determined MAC address information of the mobile phone of the personnel associated with the vehicle.
9. The apparatus of claim 8, wherein the apparatus further comprises:
the judging module is used for sequencing each first time according to the first time when the vehicle passes through each target gate and a set time sequence; judging whether the time interval of any two adjacent first times after sorting is smaller than a set time threshold value or not; if so, taking the target bayonets corresponding to the two adjacent first times as the target bayonets in the same continuous track, otherwise, taking the target bayonets as the target bayonets in different continuous tracks;
the second determining module is specifically configured to determine, for each continuous track, each candidate MAC address information of the mobile phone according to a union set of MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device corresponding to each target bayonet in the continuous track; and aiming at each piece of candidate MAC address information determined in each section of continuous track, identifying a first number of target MAC devices acquiring the candidate MAC address information in the continuous track, and determining the association degree of the candidate MAC address information and the vehicle according to the first number and a second number of all the target MAC devices in the continuous track.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the second determining module is specifically configured to determine, according to the MAC address information of each mobile phone in the second data information acquired by each target MAC device, a mobile phone number corresponding to each MAC address information; and determining the identity corresponding to each mobile phone number according to the corresponding relationship between the mobile phone numbers and the identity, which is stored in advance.
