一种建筑节能铝合金门窗,由内外两层钛铝合金板材和钛铝合金板材的空腔中灌注的轻型塑料材料组成的,外层钛铝合金板上为电镀防锈层,铝合金板材的空腔的两侧边的铝合金板材壁上割有断热桥,所述断热桥内设有隔热条。本发明采用在铝合金型材的空腔中灌注轻型塑料材料,然后将空腔两侧边的铝合金壁剥去割断热桥,再在断热桥内插设隔热条,大大减轻了铝合金门窗的重量,提高铝合金门窗的密封性、强度等性能。本发明外层的电镀防锈油加有色合金层,电镀防锈油具有极强的防锈抗盐雾能力,不易燃烧,其环保无毒,能在金属表面形成一种致密的保护膜,具有极强的防锈﹑防腐蚀﹑防变色作用,使用方便。

铝合金门窗,是指采用铝合金挤压型材为框、梃、扇料制作的门窗称为铝合金门窗,简称铝门窗。铝合金门窗包括以铝合金作受力杆件(承受并传递自重和荷载的杆件)基材的和木材、塑料复合的门窗,简称铝木复合门窗、铝塑复合门窗。
随着人们节能意识提高,保温性能良好的塑钢门窗发展迅速,铝合金门窗的发展受到了一定阻碍。因为,铝合金材料的导热系数高,且现有的铝合金门窗的密封性能较差,隔热保温性能不够理想,使用寿命较短,另外件数领域实用的铝合金门窗经常受到自然环境的影响,长时间使用过程中容易受到锈蚀。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的不足,提供一种建筑节能铝合金门窗,能够提高铝合金门窗的密封性、强度、稳定性、可塑性、防火性、耐腐蚀性、保温性能及耐老化性能。
本发明的技术方案:一种建筑节能铝合金门窗,所述建筑节能铝合金门窗是由内外两层钛铝合金板材和钛铝合金板材的空腔中灌注的轻型塑料材料组成的,外层钛铝合金板上为电镀防锈层,铝合金板材的空腔的两侧边的铝合金板材壁上割有断热桥,所述断热桥内设有隔热条。
前述建筑节能铝合金门窗,所述电镀防锈层包括电镀防锈油和有色金属层。
前述建筑节能铝合金门窗,所述铝钛合金层包括镁、锰、钛、铁、铜、锌和铝。
前述建筑节能铝合金门窗,所述断热桥的长度大于等于15mm。
前述建筑节能铝合金门窗,所述隔热条为聚酰胺尼龙隔热条,其中,聚酰胺的含量大于等于65%。
与现有技术相比,本发明采用在铝合金型材的空腔中灌注轻型塑料材料,然后将空腔两侧边的铝合金壁剥去割断热桥,再在断热桥内插设隔热条,大大减轻了铝合金门窗的重量,并且能够提高铝合金门窗的密封性、强度、稳定性、可塑性、防火性、耐腐蚀性、保温性能及耐老化性能。另外本发明外层的电镀防锈油加有色合金层,电镀防锈油具有极强的防锈抗盐雾能力,不易燃烧,其环保无毒,能在金属(电镀后工件效果更好)表面形成一种致密的保护膜,具有极强的防锈﹑防腐蚀﹑防变色作用,使用方便,易操作。经电镀防锈油处理后的工件防锈能力和耐盐雾能力能大大加强,表面光泽度好,不会粘贴在一起,不会影响导电和烧焊。

所述断热桥的长度大于等于15mm。
