本发明提供一种钢筋混凝土预制板,所述预制板内开有与表面平行的纵向孔洞,所述预制板的纵向边缘间隔设置横向凹槽,所述预制板内开有与表面平行的横向孔洞,所述横向孔洞设置在所述横向凹槽的中心,所述预制板的横向凹槽在两个纵向边缘交错布置,两个预制板之间通过所述横向凹槽相互嵌合,本发明的接缝连接方便、可靠,大大提高预制构件间连接的可靠性,施工方便,生产效率高、质量好、节省资源、有利于可持续发展。

一种钢筋混凝土预制板
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑装修装饰工程领域,尤其涉及一种钢筋混凝土预制板。
背景技术
预制混凝土结构中预制构件间存在水平接缝、竖向接缝,接缝的受力性能决定了结构整体性能。现有的预制混凝土结构接缝构造措施一般追求达到与现浇混凝土一样的效果,但是由于接缝处新旧混凝土结合面是薄弱环节,影响了受力性能,而且易于开裂,影响正常使用。
为了减少构件的重量,一般在预制构件内布置孔洞,形成预制空心板。现有的技术中预制空心构件间的连接仍是薄弱环节。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种钢筋混凝土预制板。
本发明是以如下技术方案实现的:
一种钢筋混凝土预制板内开有与表面平行的纵向孔洞,所述预制板的纵向边缘间隔设置横向凹槽,所述预制板内开有与表面平行的横向孔洞,所述横向孔洞设置在所述横向凹槽的中心,所述横向孔洞与所述纵向孔洞相交。
所述预制板的横向凹槽在两个纵向边缘交错布置,两个预制板之间通过所述横向凹槽相互嵌合。
所述预制板可以搭接组合成为L性、十字形等形状的墙柱。
优选地,所述横向孔洞可以是圆孔、圆角矩形孔等,所述横向孔洞内可以填充保温或隔音材料。
优选地,所述纵向孔洞用于减少预制板的重量,所述纵向孔洞可以是圆孔、圆角矩形孔等。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明提出的一种钢筋混凝土预制板内开有孔洞,重量轻,运输安装方便;预制板的接缝连接方便、可靠,大大提高预制构件间连接的可靠性,施工方便,生产效率高、质量好、节省资源、有利于可持续发展。

所述预制板1的横向凹槽3在两个纵向边缘交错布置,两个预制板1之间通过所述横向凹槽3相互嵌合。
所述预制板1可以搭接组合成为L性、十字形等形状的墙柱。
优选地,所述横向孔洞3可以是圆孔、圆角矩形孔等,所述横向孔洞3内可以填充保温或隔音材料。

2.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋混凝土预制板,其特征在于:所述横向孔洞为圆孔或圆角矩形孔。
3.根据权利要求2所述的钢筋混凝土预制板,其特征在于:所述横向孔洞内填充保温或隔音材料。
4.根据权利要求1所述的钢筋混凝土预制板,其特征在于:所述纵向孔洞用于减少预制板的重量。
