During arrangement, the west pipe gallery arrangement mode is as shown in fig. 5 (a), a DN800 special water pipe is arranged in the middle of the right side of the pipe gallery, a DN600 water distribution pipe is arranged in the middle of the left side of the pipe gallery, a DN400 regenerated water pipe is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the pipe gallery, and power cables with smaller pipe diameters and lighter weight are arranged at the upper parts of the right side and the left side of the pipe gallery; the east pipe gallery is arranged in a manner shown in fig. 5 (b), wherein a DN600 hot water pipeline is arranged in the middle of the right side of the pipe gallery, a DN400 hot water pipeline is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the pipe gallery, and communication pipelines with smaller pipe diameters and lighter weight are arranged at the upper part of the right side of the pipe gallery and the left side of the pipe gallery; when whole arranging, inside all pipelines are all not less than 200mm apart from pipe corridor wall and pillar distance, and the distance between the pipeline is not less than 300mm, and piping lane passageway width is not less than 1000mm, and the height of piping lane top surface to road surface is 1000 mm.
Example 2
In this embodiment, in order to increase the application range of the utility tunnel and reduce the number of underground pipes, sewage pipes are taken into the pipe gallery in this embodiment.
Firstly, laying a pipe gallery, wherein the same as the embodiment 1, two pipe galleries are laid according to requirements, the outer diameter D =3300 of each pipe gallery is symmetrically distributed on two sides of a road center line, and the thickness from the pipe tops to the road surface is about 1000 mm; the distance between the pipe gallery on two sides and the boundary line of the road is as small as possible, the bottom of the pipe gallery is of a concrete structure, and the total width is about 20 m.
Then arranging inner pipes, wherein the pipeline of the road west side corridor comprises 1 DN800 special water pipe, 1 DN600 water distribution pipe, one DN400 regenerated water pipe, one 6-loop 10KV power cable, one DN400 sewage pipe and one 6-loop 35KV power cable; the east side corridor pipeline of the road comprises one DN600 hot water pipeline, one DN400 sewage pipe and a 36-hole communication pipeline; the two sides of the road are respectively provided with a sewage pipeline and a rainwater pipeline, and the corridor is selected according to needs.
When the device is arranged, as shown in fig. 7 (a), a special water delivery pipe of DN800 is arranged in the middle of the right side of the pipe gallery, a sewage pipe of DN400 is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the pipe gallery, a water distribution pipe of DN600 is arranged in the middle of the left side of the pipe gallery, a regenerated water pipe of DN400 is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the pipe gallery, and power cables with smaller pipe diameters and weights are arranged at the upper parts of the right side and the; the east pipe gallery is arranged in a manner shown in fig. 7 (b), wherein a DN600 hot water pipeline is arranged in the middle of the right side of the pipe gallery, a DN400 hot water pipeline is arranged at the lower part of the right side of the pipe gallery, a DN400 sewage pipeline is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the pipe gallery, and communication pipelines with smaller pipe diameters and lighter weight are arranged at the upper part of the right side of the pipe gallery and the middle upper part of the left side of the pipe gallery; when whole arranges, inside all pipelines are all not less than 200mm apart from pipe corridor wall and pillar distance, and the distance between the pipeline is not less than 300mm, and piping lane passageway width is not less than 1000mm, and the height of piping lane top surface to road surface is greater than 1000 mm.
