A fermenter according to claim 1, wherein: the cover plate piece comprises a connecting frame, an operating plate and an observing plate, wherein the connecting frame is rotationally connected with the edge of one end of the same side of the opening of the shell, the connecting frame covers or opens the inner cavity in a manner of approaching or separating from the shell by taking the connecting side as a fulcrum, and a sealing ring corresponding to the position of the opening of the shell is arranged on the surface of one side of the connecting frame, which is close to the inner cavity, and is used for sealing the inner cavity;
the middle part of the connecting frame is provided with at least one layer of observation plate, and the operation plate is arranged above the observation plate and is connected with the connecting frame and the observation plate.

A fermenter according to claim 1, wherein: the humidifying part comprises a humidifying water disc and a second heating body, the space inside the annular wall is formed into the humidifying water disc, and the second heating body corresponding to the position of the humidifying water disc is arranged on the lower surface of the inner bottom plate.
6. The fermenting tank of claim 5, wherein: the cross section of the humidifying water tray gradually becomes larger along the direction away from the inner bottom plate, and the second heating body is arranged in the center of the lower surface of the inner bottom plate.
