Abstract
本发明公开了一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜,按照重量份有以下原料组成:聚乙二醇酯3‑7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2‑7份、羟基苯酮占4‑8份、钛酸锌晶体5‑9份、十水硼砂占5‑8份、三氧化二铝4‑7份、氟硅酸钠占1‑4份、羟基磷灰石2‑6份、五氧化二磷占3‑8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2‑7份、超细PMMA粉占7‑10份、元明粉6‑10份和十水硼砂占4‑9份。本发明配方兼顾了玻璃生产过程中各个制造环节对玻璃性能的要求以及用户对玻璃理化性能的要求,大大地降低了玻璃对灯光发热的吸收等优点。
Description
本发明涉及钢化膜技术领域,尤其涉及一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜。
背景技术
随着科技的发展,智能产品使得人的生活变得越来越方便,而手机无疑是当下众多智能产品中对人们的生活影响最大的就是手机,因而手机渐渐地成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分;因此,手机对人们的生活而言相当重要,所以人们会在使用手机的同时对手机进行一系列的保护措施。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜,按照重量份有以下原料组成:聚乙二醇酯3-7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2-7份、羟基苯酮占4-8份、钛酸锌晶体5-9份、十水硼砂占5-8份、三氧化二铝4-7份、氟硅酸钠占1-4份、羟基磷灰石2-6份、五氧化二磷占3-8份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2-7份、超细PMMA粉占7-10份、元明粉6-10份和十水硼砂占4-9份。
上述的一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜,按照重量份有以下原料组成:聚乙二醇酯3-6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2-6份、羟基苯酮占4-7份、钛酸锌晶体5-8份、十水硼砂占5-7份、三氧化二铝4-6份、氟硅酸钠占1-3份、羟基磷灰石2-5份、五氧化二磷占3-7份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠2-6份、超细PMMA粉占7-9份、元明粉6-9份和十水硼砂占4-8份。

上述的一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜,按照重量份有以下原料组成:聚乙二醇酯5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4.5份、羟基苯酮占6份、钛酸锌晶体7份、十水硼砂占6.5份、三氧化二铝5.5份、氟硅酸钠占2.5份、羟基磷灰石4份、五氧化二磷占5.5份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠4.5份、超细PMMA粉占8.5份、元明粉8份和十水硼砂占6.5份。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
本发明一种手机专用钢玻璃膜化膜配方兼顾了玻璃生产过程中各个制造环节对玻璃性能的要求以及用户对玻璃理化性能的要求,大大地降低了玻璃对灯光发热的吸收等有益效果。
