一种耐高温塑料配方,所述配方由以下重量份数的原料制成:合成树脂50‑60份、填充料20‑30份、增塑剂5‑10份、碳酸钙粉体3‑7份、固化剂5‑10份、增强剂2‑5份。本发明塑料配方,主要成份是聚乙烯,本配方所生产出的塑料无毒,化学稳定性强,耐高温,且能有效地耐酸碱的腐蚀,对环境无污染,是种环保型的塑料配方。

技术领域
本发明涉及耐高温塑料配方。
技术背景
随着社会的飞速发展,生活水平的不断提高,塑料制品无论在工业生产,还是人们日常生活中都成了不可缺少的地位。目前市场上的一种塑料在高温的环境下会挥发致癌物质,特别是人们生活中常用的食品包装塑料制品,长期使用对人体的健康造成危害。
聚乙烯是一种合成树脂,无臭,无毒,具有优良的耐高温性能,稳定性强,且能耐酸碱的侵蚀,现有的聚乙烯塑料由于不耐高温会在高温下会产生毒气,会对环境产生污染。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型耐高温塑料配方,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种塑料配方。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐高温塑料配方,其特征在于,所述配方由以下重量份数的原料制成:合成树脂50-60份、填充料20-30份、增塑剂5-10份、滑润剂2-5份、固化剂5-10份、增强剂2-5份。
进一步的,所述合成树脂为聚乙烯。
进一步的,所述填充料为玻璃纤维。
进一步的,所述增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸酯。
进一步的,所述固化剂为双苄胺基醚。
进一步的,所述增强剂为云母。
