本发明涉及耐压塑料配方。
技术背景
随着社会的飞速发展,生活水平的不断提高,塑料制品无论在工业生产,还是人们日常生活中都成了不可缺少的地位。目前市场上的一种塑料在高温的环境下会挥发致癌物质,特别是人们生活中常用的食品包装塑料制品,长期使用对人体的健康造成危害。
聚乙烯是一种合成树脂,无臭,无毒,具有优良的耐高温性能,稳定性强,且能耐酸碱的侵蚀,现有的聚乙烯塑料耐压性能低下。
有鉴于上述的缺陷,本设计人,积极加以研究创新,以期创设一种新型塑料配方,使其更具有产业上的利用价值。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种耐压塑料配方。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种塑料配方,其特征在于,所述配方由以下重量份数的原料制成:合成树脂50-60份、填充料20-30份、增塑剂5-10份、硅铝炭黑5-10份、固化剂5-10份、增强剂2-5份。

进一步的,所述填充料为玻璃纤维。
