本发明公开了一种保温复合材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:珍珠岩50~70份,环氧树脂12~15份,高温胶3~5份,发泡剂0.1~0.6份,引泡剂1.1~1.6份,耐高温粘结剂10~14份,硅藻土5~10份,憎水剂0.5~1.2份。本发明的有益效果是:生产成本低,具有质量轻、绝缘性能佳、易于成型制造性能,并且材料的稳定性得到大幅度提高,防污染性与防腐蚀性优良,广泛适用于各种复杂工况。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料领域,尤其涉及一种保温复合材料。
背景技术
复合材料是由两种或两种以上不同性质的材料,通过物理或化学的方法取得具有新性能的材料,各种材料在性能上互相取长补短,使复合材料的综合性能优于单一性质的材料而满足各种不同的要求。随着经济的高速发展技术和不断的提高,要求建筑符合材料也相继提高,尤其是保温领域的复合材料,如年久失修的建筑材料可能会出现断裂、渗漏、或者各类性能丧失可能出现有毒物质的散播,其成分、保温效果及材料寿命直接影响到人类的健康,介于金属与非金属之间的复合材料优点,于是,如何研究一种既减少有害化学成分、寿命又长的保温复合材料成为急待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的以上问题,提供一种保温复合材料,满足市场的基本需求。为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种保温复合材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:珍珠岩50~70份,环氧树脂12~15份,高温胶3~5份,发泡剂0.1~0.6份,引泡剂1.1~1.6份,耐高温粘结剂10~14份,硅藻土5~10份,憎水剂0.5~1.2份。
优选的,所述珍珠岩颗粒直径为0.2mm~0.4mm。
优选的,所述耐高温粘结剂为树脂或聚合物或纤维素或以上二者及二者以上的混合物。
优选的,所述高温胶里含有抗静电剂2%。
本发明的有益效果是:生产成本低,具有质量轻、绝缘性能佳、易于成型制造性能,并且材料的稳定性得到大幅度提高,防污染性与防腐蚀性优良,广泛适用于各种复杂工况。保温材料可收集多余热量,适时平稳释放,梯度变化小,有效降低损耗量,室温可趋、冬季保温均可起到平衡作用。

下面将结合实施例,来详细说明本发明。
实施例一,一种保温复合材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:珍珠岩50份,环氧树脂12份,高温胶3份,发泡剂0.1份,引泡剂1.1份,耐高温粘结剂10份,硅藻土5份,憎水剂0.5份,珍珠岩颗粒直径为0.2mm,耐高温粘结剂为树脂,高温胶里含有抗静电剂2%。
实施例二,一种保温复合材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:珍珠岩70份,环氧树脂15份,高温胶5份,发泡剂0.6份,引泡剂1.6份,耐高温粘结剂14份,硅藻土10份,憎水剂1.2份,珍珠岩颗粒直径为0.4mm,耐高温粘结剂为聚合物,高温胶里含有抗静电剂2%。
实施例三,一种保温复合材料,由以下重量份的原料制成:珍珠岩60份,环氧树脂14份,高温胶4份,发泡剂0.4份,引泡剂1.4份,耐高温粘结剂12份,硅藻土8份,憎水剂1份,珍珠岩颗粒直径为0.3mm,耐高温粘结剂为纤维素,高温胶里含有抗静电剂2%。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温复合材料,其特征在于:所述珍珠岩颗粒直径为0.2mm~0.4mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温复合材料,其特征在于:所述耐高温粘结剂为树脂或聚合物或纤维素或以上二者及二者以上的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种保温复合材料,其特征在于:所述高温胶里含有抗静电剂2%。
