本发明公开了一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，包括复合篷布、阻燃层和毛毡层，所述复合篷布表面固定粘接有阻燃层，所述复合篷布另一侧粘接有毛毡层，所述阻燃层表面固定有导流槽，所述复合篷布具体由防水层、韧性层和保温层相互粘接组成，所述防水层位于韧性层一侧，所述保温层位于韧性层另一侧。本发明设计合理新颖，篷盖布结合保温、防水、耐拉伸、阻燃和高舒适度为一体，可以有效的提高使用的效果，并且其使用寿命较高，具有较高的实用性，适合广泛推广和使用。

一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布
技术领域
本发明涉及一种篷盖布，特别涉及一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布。
背景技术
粗篷布又称篷盖布，织物坚牢耐折，具有良好的防水性能，用于汽车运输和露天仓库的遮盖以及野外搭帐篷。
但是市面上常见的篷盖布的使用效果较差，不具备阻燃、耐寒的特性，并且篷盖布的粗糙度较高，在作为户外帐篷使用时，影响使用者的舒适度，在作为汽车篷盖布使用时，长期摩擦容易对汽车的漆面造成损伤，并且在发生火灾时，篷盖布不能阻止火势的蔓延，进而增加财产的损失，不适合长久的发展和使用。为此，我们提出一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，可以有效解决背景技术中的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明采取的技术方案为：
一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，包括复合篷布、阻燃层和毛毡层，所述复合篷布表面固定粘接有阻燃层，所述复合篷布另一侧粘接有毛毡层，所述阻燃层表面固定有导流槽，所述复合篷布具体由防水层、韧性层和保温层相互粘接组成，所述防水层位于韧性层一侧，所述保温层位于韧性层另一侧。
进一步地，所述阻燃层具体为间位芳纶的阻燃层。
进一步地，所述防水层具体为PVC塑料薄膜的防水层。
进一步地，所述保温层具体为石棉纤维的保温层。
进一步地，所述韧性层为穿插有不锈钢丝的尼龙布料制作。
与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
1.该种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，由复合篷布表面固定的阻燃层和导流槽相结合，其阻燃层具体为间位芳纶的阻燃层，间位芳纶在350℃以下不会发生明显的分解和碳化，当温度超过400℃时，纤维逐渐发脆、炭化直至分解，但是不会产生熔滴，在火焰中不延燃，具有较好的阻燃性，进而有效的对复合篷布进行保护，避免受火灾蔓延影响篷布的使用效果。
同时在雨雪天气导流槽可以加快雨水的下流速度，避免雨水成滴凝聚在篷布表面，造成渗透，由复合篷布内侧的毛毡层，在起到保温的同时可以增加篷布内部的柔软度，在作为帐篷使用时可以提高使用者的舒适度，在作为汽车篷布使用时可以对汽车漆面进行合理的保护，较为实用。
并且复合篷布通过防水层、韧性层和保温层相互粘接组成，其防水层具体为PVC塑料薄膜的防水层，可以有效的增加篷布的防水效果，进而对篷布内部物品进行储放，其保温层具体为石棉纤维的保温层，可以有效的对篷内和篷外温度进行隔离，进而起到增加篷布使用的效率，其韧性层为穿插有不锈钢丝的尼龙布料制作，穿插有不锈钢丝的尼龙布料的韧性较好，不易断裂，进而提高篷布整体的使用寿命，较为实用。

为使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面结合具体实施方式，进一步阐述本发明。
如图1-2所示，一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，包括复合篷布1、阻燃层2和毛毡层4，所述复合篷布1表面固定粘接有阻燃层2，所述复合篷布1另一侧粘接有毛毡层4，所述阻燃层2表面固定有导流槽3，所述复合篷布1具体由防水层5、韧性层6和保温层7相互粘接组成，所述防水层5位于韧性层6一侧，所述保温层7位于韧性层6另一侧。
其中，所述阻燃层2具体为间位芳纶的阻燃层。
进一步地，所述防水层5具体为PVC塑料薄膜的防水层。
进一步地，所述保温层7具体为石棉纤维的保温层。
进一步地，所述韧性层6为穿插有不锈钢丝的尼龙布料制作。
需要说明的是，本发明为一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，工作时，由复合篷布1表面固定的阻燃层2和导流槽3相结合，其阻燃层2具体为间位芳纶的阻燃层，间位芳纶在350℃以下不会发生明显的分解和碳化，当温度超过400℃时，纤维逐渐发脆、炭化直至分解，但是不会产生熔滴，在火焰中不延燃，具有较好的阻燃性，进而有效的对复合篷布1进行保护，避免受火灾蔓延影响篷布的使用效果，同时在雨雪天气导流槽3可以加快雨水的下流速度，避免雨水成滴凝聚在篷布表面，造成渗透，由复合篷布1内侧的毛毡层4，在起到保温的同时可以增加篷布内部的柔软度，在作为帐篷使用时可以提高使用者的舒适度，在作为汽车篷布使用时可以对汽车漆面进行合理的保护，较为实用，并且复合篷布1通过防水层5、韧性层6和保温层7相互粘接组成，其防水层5具体为PVC塑料薄膜的防水层，可以有效的增加篷布的防水效果，进而对篷布内部物品进行储放，其保温层7具体为石棉纤维的保温层，可以有效的对篷内和篷外温度进行隔离，进而起到增加篷布使用的效率，其韧性层6为穿插有不锈钢丝的尼龙布料制作，穿插有不锈钢丝的尼龙布料的韧性较好，不易断裂，进而提高篷布整体的使用寿命，较为实用。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，其特征在于：所述阻燃层（2）具体为间位芳纶的阻燃层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种全遮盖耐寒阻燃篷盖布，其特征在于：所述防水层（5）具体为PVC塑料薄膜的防水层。
