Abstract
本发明公开一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,包括纤维层和覆盖在所述纤维层上、下两面的任一面或两面的覆盖层,所述纤维层由至少一根纤维单元组成,所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上左右延伸排布或在左右方向迂回排布,由于本发明的复合材料的纤维层中纤维主要在左右方向排布,使得复合材料在左右方向具有较强的拉伸强度,在安全气囊弹出时,固定在安全气囊壳体面板上的复合材料能够较大程度防止壳体面板碎裂,保护使用者的安全。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽车配件领域,特别是一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料。
背景技术
汽车安全气囊是汽车上保证乘坐人员安全的重要组件,在汽车相撞时安全气囊可以保护乘坐人员的头部和面部。
由于安全气囊在不触发的情况下收纳在壳体中,在触发时以高速弹出壳体。通常安全气囊的壳体面板是汽车上的塑料面板,在弹出安全气囊时由于速度过高,有一定概率会使得塑料面板碎裂,如果这部分碎裂的塑料面板击中人体,则会对人体带来额外的损伤。
因此,目前需要一种能够防止汽车安全气囊打开时塑料面板碎裂的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,包括纤维层和覆盖在所述纤维层上、下两面的任一面或两面的覆盖层,所述纤维层由至少一根纤维单元组成,所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上左右延伸排布或在左右方向迂回排布。
优选地,所述纤维单元上具有至少一个储存区,所述储存区为所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上弯折而成的弯折部。
优选地,所述纤维单元在左右方向上呈直线排布。
优选地,每根所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上不与其他所述纤维单元或其本身相重叠。
优选地,所述纤维层和所述覆盖层相缝合固定
优选地,所述覆盖层为无纺布或者塑料膜。
进一步优选地,所述塑料膜为PU膜、PE膜或PC膜。
优选地,所述纤维单元包括至少一根单纤维。
优选地,所述纤维单元为涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或者多种的混编。
优选地,所述复合材料设于汽车安全气囊的罩盖,当汽车安全气囊打开时,所述复合材料的受力方向为其左右方向。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
由于本发明的复合材料的纤维层中纤维主要在左右方向排布,使得复合材料在左右方向具有较强的拉伸强度,在安全气囊弹出时,固定在安全气囊壳体面板上的复合材料能够较大程度防止壳体面板碎裂,保护使用者的安全。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本发明作进一步描述:
实施例一:参见附图1-3所示,一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,复合材料设于汽车安全气囊的罩盖,当汽车安全气囊打开时,复合材料的受力方向为其左右方向,其包括通过粘合剂相互复合在一起的纤维层1和覆盖在纤维层1上的覆盖层2。
本实施例中纤维层1由多根纤维单元11组成,纤维单元11在纤维层1所在面上左右延伸排布,并且多根纤维单元11呈直线排布且相互平行。
其中覆盖层2为无纺布层,纤维单元11为多根芳纶纤维组成的绞线。覆盖层2还可以是PU膜、PE膜、PC膜等塑料膜,纤维单元11还可以是涤纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或者多种纤维的混编。
由于本实施例的复合材料的纤维层1中纤维单元11主要在左右方向排布,使得复合材料在左右方向具有较强的拉伸强度,在安全气囊弹出时,固定在安全气囊壳体面板上的复合材料能够较大程度防止壳体面板碎裂,保护使用者的安全。
实施例二:参见附图4所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例的纤维层1的上方和下方分别具有覆盖层2。
实施例三:参见附图5所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例的纤维层1由多根纤维单元11在左右方向上呈波浪形排布组成,并且每根纤维单元11在纤维层1所在面上不与其他纤维单元11或其本身相重叠。
实施例四:参见附图6所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例的纤维层1由以根纤维单元11在左右方向迂回排布组成。
实施例五:参见附图7、8所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:本实施例的纤维单元11上具有至少一个储存区12,储存区12为纤维单元11在纤维层1所在面上弯折而成的弯折部,分别如附图7、8所示,其中储存区12可以为分散设置(附图7)也可以为连续设置(附图8)。储存区能够在安全气囊壳体面板碎裂时候起到缓冲作用,防止碎裂的面板脱离复合材料层,对使用者造成冲击。
实施例六:参见附图9所示,本实施例与实施例一基本相同,不同之处在于:纤维层1和覆盖层2相互缝合在一起,具体地,采用棉线3将纤维层1与覆盖层2相缝合固定,在其他实施例中棉线3也可以为其他材质的丝线。

1.一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:包括纤维层和覆盖在所述纤维层上、下两面的任一面或两面的覆盖层,所述纤维层由至少一根纤维单元组成,所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上左右延伸排布或在左右方向迂回排布。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述纤维单元上具有至少一个储存区,所述储存区为所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上弯折而成的弯折部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述纤维单元在左右方向上呈直线排布。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:每根所述纤维单元在所述纤维层所在面上不与其他所述纤维单元或其本身相重叠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述覆盖层为无纺布或者塑料膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述纤维层和所述覆盖层相缝合固定。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述塑料膜为PU膜、PE膜或PC膜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述纤维单元包括至少一根单纤维。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述纤维单元为涤纶纤维、芳纶纤维、碳纤维、玻璃纤维中的一种或者多种的混编。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于汽车安全气囊罩盖的复合材料,其特征在于:所述复合材料设于汽车安全气囊的罩盖,当汽车安全气囊打开时,所述复合材料的受力方向为其左右方向。
