Abstract
本发明涉及一种复合材料波纹管的成型方法,包括波纹状芯模,所述的波纹状芯模具有波纹波峰和波纹波谷,且沿着波峰在波峰端部形成线槽,线槽大小与钢丝或绳的粗细相适配;该方法包括以下步骤:反复铺贴预浸料在芯模上,并用钢丝或绳缠紧,最后固化形成波纹管件。本方法步骤简单,不需要用到真空袋抽真空,加工成本低,加工效率高。

技术领域
本发明属于复合材料成型技术,涉及一种复合材料波纹管的成型方法。
背景技术
波纹管梁类复合材料构件通常使用模压成型或真空袋成型,当采用模压成型时,工装结构比较复杂,阳模和阴模难以很好的配合,容易架桥,产品质量很难保证。当采用真空袋成型时,预浸料难以铺贴平整,极易起褶皱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提出一种简单、实用且能保证薄壁窄腔波纹管类复合材料构件铺贴可操作性和质量可靠性的成型方法。
本发明的技术方案是:提供一种复合材料波纹管的成型方法,包括波纹状芯模,所述的波纹状芯模具有波纹波峰和波纹波谷,且沿着波峰在波峰端部形成线槽,线槽大小与钢丝或绳的粗细相适配;该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,在波纹状芯模上铺贴预浸料,使得预浸料形成波纹管状;
步骤2,在波纹管状预浸料的波谷用钢丝或绳螺旋缠绕并压紧;
步骤3,在对应波纹管状预浸料的波峰线槽位置螺旋缠绕钢丝或绳并压紧;见图1;
步骤4,在室温条件下,保持钢丝或绳保持压紧状态至少30min;
步骤5,判断是否需要继续铺贴,如需要,则取下钢丝或绳,并返回步骤1;如不需要,则对波纹管状预浸料进行固化处理,后取下钢丝或绳,得到复合材料波纹管成型件。
进一步的,预浸料为碳纤维或玻璃纤维。
进一步的,步骤2和步骤3中的钢丝或绳为同一根。
进一步的,步骤2和步骤3中的钢丝或绳为两根。
技术效果:本方法步骤简单,不需要用到真空袋抽真空,加工成本低,加工效率高。

1.一种复合材料波纹管的成型方法,包括波纹状芯模,所述的波纹状芯模具有波纹波峰和波纹波谷,且沿着波峰在波峰端部形成线槽,线槽大小与钢丝或绳的粗细相适配;该方法包括以下步骤:
步骤1,在波纹状芯模上铺贴预浸料,使得预浸料形成波纹管状;
步骤2,在波纹管状预浸料的波谷用钢丝或绳螺旋缠绕并压紧;
步骤3,在对应波纹管状预浸料的波峰线槽位置螺旋缠绕钢丝或绳并压紧;见图1;
步骤4,在室温条件下,保持钢丝或绳保持压紧状态至少30min;
步骤5,判断是否需要继续铺贴,如需要,则取下钢丝或绳,并返回步骤1;如不需要,则对波纹管状预浸料进行固化处理,后取下钢丝或绳,得到复合材料波纹管成型件。
