Abstract
本发明公开了用于火炙疗法的药棒炙和火熨酒溶液，所述药棒炙的药物成分为：北细辛12g，陈艾叶6g，苍术5g，蒲荷叶6g，谣详藿叶18g，白芷5g，樟树叶10g，降香5g；所述火熨酒溶液是以白酒为载体的中药成分溶液，其中药成份为：地龙30g，穿山龙20g,天龙30g,节骨风60g，海马20g，当归10g，制马钱30g，川芎108g，血蝎20g，淫羊藿根20g，山栀子30g，独活10g，乳香30g，没药30g，牛膝40g。本发明用于火炙疗法的药棒炙、火熨酒溶液，可先后作用于中医外科各种慢性疾病同一病灶或不同病灶，对关节滑膜炎、痛风性关节炎、妇科癥瘕积聚，滞状泡疹，新生儿童黄疸等具有独特疗效。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中药技术领域，具体涉及用于火炙疗法的药棒炙和火熨酒溶液。
背景技术
火灸疗法是一项中医外治疗法。火灸疗法是用纯中药组方成份，经过数年经验发酵、提取后配备一定的工具，进行医疗操作。可治疗颈、肩、腰、腿痛，关节滑膜炎，妇科癥瘕枳聚症(妇科囊肿、盆腔积液)，肝、肾囊肿积液、滞状泡疹，新生儿黄疸等。火灸疗法是一种以中医理论为依据，以自然哲学“天人合一”为理念，且证明能立竿见影根治疾病的方法，与西医的化学分子、细胞解剖学有着根本的区别。
这些疾病西医都采用抗生素消炎，输液、抽水、开刀切除术，给病人带来很多痛苦，甚至终身残疾。火灸疗法解决了不打针、不吃药、不输液、不开刀的痛苦，特别是大部分病人能根治不留后遗症的技术缺陷。
其中，火炙疗法又包括火熨炙疗法和药棒炙疗法，所用到的火熨酒溶液和药棒灸可以先后作用于一种病灶，也可单独作用不同病灶。火熨灸疗法中，火熨酒溶液是以白酒为载体的中药成分溶液，用特制的火棒和特制圆型或方型火帕，将火熨酒溶液进行有限度的燃烧，用特制手套压住火候热度，使药物有效成份直达病所逼邪外出，而达到强筋壮骨而治痛，消炎作用后，再用药棒灸进一步开窍辟秽、醒神开窍、祛邪通络协调脏府扶正达到根治疾病的目的。
发明内容
发明目的：针对火炙疗法的需要，研制用于火炙疗法的药棒炙和火熨酒溶液，改良其成分和制备方法，使得疗效更加显著和持久。
技术方案：本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案来实现的：
用于火炙疗法的药棒炙，其药物成分为：北细辛12g，陈艾叶6g，苍术5g，蒲荷叶6g，谣详藿叶18g，白芷5g，樟树叶10g，降香5g。
北细辛，本品辛温走窜，入心，肺肾经，通表里上下，有较强的散风寒，通窍止痛，治风寒风湿所致诸痛，鼻渊鼻痛良药，能温散肺寒化痰饮为治疗寒饮伏肺之要药；陈艾叶，含挥发油桉叶精、黄酮和三萜类成分，能温经散寒，通络止痛，黄酮有保胎辟邪的作用；苍术，含挥发油，辛温发散，苦燥除湿，避邪除秽，治疗脾虚湿痹必诸痛证；蒲渮，含挥发油，能疏风散邪解郁清凉的作用。
所述药棒炙的制作方法，其工艺流程为：在所述药物成分中加入六神曲适量，白酒适量，用少许食用醋秘封30天发酵后，在低于40℃晾干粉碎，用细薄萱纸卷成规格大小为75g～80g/条的药棒，备用。
用于火炙疗法的火熨酒溶液，是以白酒为载体的中药成分溶液，其中药成份为：地龙30g，穿山龙20g,天龙30g,节骨风60g，海马20g，当归10g，制马钱30g，川芎108g，血蝎20g，淫羊藿根20g，山栀子30g，独活10g，乳香30g，没药30g，牛膝40g。
地龙，穿山龙，天龙，血竭，能穿骨破血；当归，海马，淫羊藿根，牛膝，能补骨壮阳，生血；节骨风，独活，没药，乳香，祛风止痛；山栀子能治血胃之邪热，共筑：活血通经，穿骨通筋，破瘀散癥，排毒清疮，逼毒于外，达到治根的目的。
所述火熨酒溶液的制作方法，其工艺流程为：40℃以下低温白酒2500ml，加入所述中药成分，加热20分钟，用泥秘密封存3年，取出备用。
火熨炙疗法操作中，用特制火棒将火熨酒溶液洒在特制火帕上进行有效的燃烧，用特制手套将燃烧的火候压迫，作用于机体经络或穴位，达到根治病灶的目的。所述特制火棒是用一尺左右的黄精树杆，用脱脂棉和消毒纱布卷成小棒，再用麻绳套住制作而成；所述特制火帕是用一种较厚的棉织的凡布为外架，内芯用棉织毛巾，作为溶液作用部分；特制手套是一种能防火防热的手套。
药棒炙疗法操作中，用火点燃所述药棒炙其中一头，充分燃烧，能看到药物燃烧的火候时，悬灸于患处上方20～30分钟，患者感觉温度适宜，方能达到治疗的作用。
本发明的优点和有益效果：本发明用于火炙疗法的药棒炙、火熨酒溶液，可先后作用于中医外科各种慢性疾病同一病灶或不同病灶，对关节滑膜炎、痛风性关节炎、妇科癥瘕积聚，滞状泡疹，新生儿童黄疸等具有独特疗效。

病例1：
李某，女，就诊日期，2011年2月7日，就诊前，小腹右侧附件区肿块疼痛，三个月前在重庆爱德华生殖医院切除术。此次来我地治疗，疼痛难忍，靠吃查，痛药维持，诉：去医院检查，肿块再次长大。后经人介绍到我处进行火灸疗法等，查：患者左侧下腹反跳性疼痛，扪及有块状感。腹肌正常。其余未查。使用火灸疗法治疗腹部附件区，三日一次，治疗三次后疼痛明显减轻。三个月一疗程后疼痛全部消失。包块变软，超声波检查附件囊肿性占位完全消失。
病例2：
徐某，男，35岁，路政大队工作人员，就诊日期2009年12月2日，就诊前，右侧膝关节肿痛积液。经医学院，外科医院，西南医院诊断为膝关节增生性滑膜炎伴积液，关节疼痛不能下蹲和走路。医院无法治疗，只有采取关节腔抽液，医院建议手术治疗。经人介绍到我地进行，火灸疗法治疗，查：右侧，关节明显肿胀水疼痛不能行走，其余未查。经我处一次治疗后，节腔内的积液后续治疗一周一次，半年后，基本消失。下蹲疼痛，明显好转。后续治疗每周一次，半年一个疗程痊愈。现随访长达六年，一切正常。
病例3：
周某，男，62岁，建筑工人，就诊时间2015年3月2日，就诊前：右上腹胀痛全身软弱无力，不思饮食。体力明显下降。医院诊断，肝囊肿伴肝积液，住院治疗无效。本人准备放弃。经人介绍来我处治疗。治疗一周后，肿胀明显好转，饮食明显增加。治疗一日一次。10天后症状基本消失。一个月后痊愈，随访五年，健在无妨。

1.用于火炙疗法的药棒炙，其特征在于，其药物成分为：北细辛12g，陈艾叶6g，苍术5g，蒲荷叶6g，谣详藿叶18g，白芷5g，樟树叶10g，降香5g。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于火炙疗法的药棒炙的制作方法，其特征在于，其工艺流程为：在所述药物成分中加入六神曲适量，白酒适量，用少许食用醋秘封30天发酵后，在低于40℃晾干粉碎，用细薄萱纸卷成规格大小为75g～80g/条的药棒，备用。
3.用于火炙疗法的火熨酒溶液，其特征在于，是以白酒为载体的中药成分溶液，其中药成份为：地龙30g，穿山龙20g,天龙30g,节骨风60g，海马20g，当归10g，制马钱30g，川芎108g，血蝎20g，淫羊藿根20g，山栀子30g，独活10g，乳香30g，没药30g，牛膝40g。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于火炙疗法的火熨酒溶液的制作方法，其特征在于，其工艺流程为：40℃以下低温白酒2500ml，加入所述中药成分，加热20分钟，用泥秘密封存3年，取出备用。
