本发明公开了一种利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,其是用人工复合饲料为大突肩瓢虫交配产卵补充能量,再利用介壳虫作为大突肩瓢虫幼虫的活体饲料。其中,所述的大突肩瓢虫种虫可以在野外采集,在甘蔗种植地发生甘蔗绵蚜危害的植株上获取;所述的介壳虫采自被介壳虫侵害的柑橘、柚子叶片,并且在采集之后,利用采摘的柑橘属植物叶片及多肉类植物叶片饲喂致其大量繁衍;所述的人工复合饲料,按照如下重量百分比进行配置:蔗糖30%、酵母粉5%、蝇蛆粉8%、饲料级复合维生素0.2%、水56.8%,原料易得廉价且营养丰富。采用上述方法饲养大突肩瓢虫,可以实现大突肩瓢虫的大规模繁育。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及瓢虫养殖的技术领域,具体涉及一种利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法。
背景技术
介壳虫,俗称花虱子,属于蚧科,是柑橘、柚子种植中的一类重要害虫,分布地区极为广泛,其中以热带、亚热带地区为主。介壳虫通常以雌成虫或幼虫群聚在枝叶或果实上,吸其汁液,造成枝叶枯黄甚至整株枯死;除此之外,介壳虫的介壳或其分泌的蜡质覆盖在植株表面,直接影响了植物的光合作用,致其枯萎。关于介壳虫的防治技术,目前多采用农药捕杀,随之带来了环境污染问题。
大突肩瓢虫,属于鞘翅目瓢虫科,土突肩虫属,是介壳虫的天敌。对大突肩瓢虫进行大规模繁育,可以获得大量介壳虫的天敌昆虫,利用其捕杀介壳虫,可以有效减少农药使用。
但是,目前自然环境中的大突肩瓢虫数量较少,还达不到利用其控制介壳虫的规模。
发明内容
本发明设计开发了一种利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,以大规模培育大突肩瓢虫。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,其是用人工复合饲料为大突肩瓢虫交配产卵补充能量,再利用介壳虫作为大突肩瓢虫幼虫的活体饲料。
其中,所述的大突肩瓢虫种虫可以在野外采集,在甘蔗种植地发生甘蔗绵蚜危害的植株上获取;所述的介壳虫采自被介壳虫侵害的柑橘、柚子叶片,并且在采集之后,利用采摘的柑橘属植物叶片及多肉类植物叶片饲喂致其大量繁衍。
所述的人工复合饲料,按照如下重量百分比进行配置:蔗糖30%、酵母粉5%、蝇蛆粉8%、饲料级复合维生素0.2%、水56.8%。
具体实施方法:
将大突肩瓢虫种虫雌雄各四只放入长、宽、高分别为30cm、15cm、10cm的养虫箱,待其交尾产卵并孵化,期间在养虫箱内放入人工复合饲料为种虫补充能量;再向孵化出的幼虫投放介壳虫进行饲喂,直至幼虫化蛹羽化成虫;饲养温度为28℃,相对湿度为80%。
本发明针对公开了一种利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法。第一、繁殖方法简单且易于操作;第二、作为活体饲料的介壳虫自然来源广泛且繁殖力很强,易于在室内培育繁衍;第三、利用人工复合饲料为大突肩瓢虫种虫补充能量,可以获得更好的交配效果。

1.一种利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,其特征在于,其是用人工复合饲料为大突肩瓢虫交配产卵补充能量,再利用介壳虫作为大突肩瓢虫幼虫的活体饲料。
2.如权利要求1所述的利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,其特征在于,所述大突肩瓢虫种虫可以在野外采集,在甘蔗种植地发生甘蔗绵蚜危害的植株上获取;所述介壳虫采自被介壳虫侵害的柑橘、柚子叶片,并且在采集之后,利用采摘的柑橘属植物叶片及多肉类植物叶片饲喂致其大量繁衍。
3.如权利要求1-2所述的利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,其特征在于,所述人工复合饲料,按照如下重量百分比进行配置:蔗糖30%、酵母粉5%、蝇蛆粉8%、饲料级复合维生素0.2%、水56.8%。
4.如权利要求1-3任一项所述的利用介壳虫饲养大突肩瓢虫的方法,其特征在于,将所述大突肩瓢虫种虫雌雄各四只放入长、宽、高分别为30cm、15cm、10cm的养虫箱,待其交尾产卵并孵化,期间在养虫箱内放入所述人工复合饲料为种虫补充能量;再向孵化出的幼虫投放所述介壳虫进行饲喂,直至幼虫化蛹羽化成虫;饲养温度为28℃,相对湿度为80%。
