一种小冬瓜猪的原生态饲养方法,用原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配后,将母猪放养到野外,直至母猪在野外产崽;母猪产崽后3天左右会将猪崽带回农户家;将母猪带回的猪崽进行圈养,在圈养的20天内给猪崽注射一次防止猪瘟的预防针;圈养期间的喂食饲料为粮食酿酒后剩余的酒糟,直至猪崽长至35公斤左右,然后放至野外自然生长,一直放养至成为成年,即可宰杀或作为商品猪出售。本发明方法培育饲养的二代小冬瓜猪既可保留原生小冬瓜猪的高瘦肉率和猪肉的鲜香细嫩,又可提高产肉率。

技术领域
本发明属于猪的培育饲养方法技术领域。
背景技术
原产于我国云南省红河州绿春县地域的本地小黑猪,俗称小冬瓜猪,具有明显的野外生长特性,其母猪母性好,习惯野外产崽,产仔率高,并且会将幼崽带回农户家。小冬瓜猪体型较小,生长一年只能长到90~100公斤左右,抗病能力强,几乎不长肥肉,瘦肉肉质细嫩,不同于肉质粗且腥气重的其他野生猪,因此,一直为民间喜爱饲养和食用。但仅仅按照传统的饲养方法,猪的产量和产肉率都较低,难以满足日益增长的市场需求。采用现代的工厂化饲养方法,又会导致肉质变化大,难以保留原生态猪肉的鲜香细嫩和高瘦肉率。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种可保留原生小冬瓜猪的高瘦肉率和猪肉的鲜香细嫩、又可提高产肉率的小冬瓜猪的原生态饲养方法。
本发明的目的通过如下技术方案实现:
一种小冬瓜猪的原生态饲养方法,方法如下:
(1)用原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配后,将母猪放养到野外,直至母猪在野外产崽;母猪产崽后3天左右会将猪崽带回农户家;
(2)将母猪带回的猪崽进行圈养,在圈养的20天内给猪崽注射一次防止猪瘟的预防针;圈养期间的喂食饲料为粮食酿酒后剩余的酒糟,直至猪崽长至 35公斤左右,然后放至野外自然生长,一直放养至成为成年,即可宰杀或作为商品猪出售。
采用本发明方法,在原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配前,先将原生小冬瓜猪母猪和杜洛克公猪分别圈养,每天上午8点左右和下午5点左右给猪喂食饲料,饲料为玉米颗粒和玉米面按照2:1的配比配制,同时随时观察是否有发情猪,及时将发情的原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配。
本发明方法只在猪崽出生后的前段很短时间采用人工饲养,其余时间均采用原生态的自然放养方式,基本保留了小冬瓜猪的原生生长习性。圈养时采用的饲料为纯粮食饲料,主要是本地的多产的玉米,没有任何添加,放养后都是自然采食,没有破坏原生小冬瓜猪的食物链。猪放养前全部采用酒糟喂养,既便于小猪的消化吸收,不易产生腹泻,可提高小猪的体质和抗病能力,也为小猪提供了足够的营养。采用本发明方法培育和饲养的二代冬瓜猪,既保留了原生小冬瓜猪抗病能力强,瘦肉率高、肉质细嫩等显著优点,还吸收了杜洛克猪产肉率高的优点,成品猪体型明显增大,产肉率大大提高。由于猪崽长至35公斤以后采用完全放养的原生态自然方法,克服了现代工厂化饲养方法导致的肉质变化大,难以保留原生态猪肉的鲜香细嫩和高瘦肉率的不足。
具体实施方式
一种小冬瓜猪的原生态饲养方法,方法如下:
(1)将原生小冬瓜猪母猪和杜洛克公猪分别圈养,每天上午8点右右和下午5点左右给猪喂食饲料,饲料为玉米颗粒和玉米面按照2:1的配比配制,同时随时观察是否有发情猪,及时将发情的原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配。用原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配后,将母猪放养到野外,直至母猪在野外产崽;母猪产崽后3天左右会将猪崽带回农户家。所述的原生小冬瓜猪是绿春县境内及近邻周边野生的小冬瓜猪,以及用野生小冬瓜猪的公猪和母猪经家养配种后直接繁殖的小冬瓜猪。
(2)将母猪带回的猪崽进行圈养,在圈养的20天内给猪崽注射一次防止猪瘟的预防针,该预防针直接市购即可。圈养期间的喂食饲料为粮食酿酒后剩余的酒糟,主要是玉米酒糟,直至猪崽长至35公斤左右,然后放至野外自然生长,一直放养至成为成年,即可收圈宰杀或作为商品猪出售。
采用本发明方法繁殖的猪崽养成后,不能再作为种猪,否则不能达到本发明的目的。

1.一种小冬瓜猪的原生态饲养方法,其特征在于,方法如下:
(1)用原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配后,将母猪放养到野外,直至母猪在野外产崽;母猪产崽后3天左右会将猪崽带回农户家;
(2)将母猪带回的猪崽进行圈养,在圈养的20天内给猪崽注射一次防止猪瘟的预防针;圈养期间的喂食饲料为粮食酿酒后剩余的酒糟,直至猪崽长至35公斤左右,然后放至野外自然生长,一直放养至成为成年,即可宰杀或作为商品猪出售。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小冬瓜猪的原生态饲养方法,其特征在于,在原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配前,先将原生小冬瓜猪母猪和杜洛克公猪分别圈养,每天上午8点左右和下午5点左右给猪喂食饲料,饲料为玉米颗粒和玉米面按照2:1的配比配制,同时随时观察是否有发情猪,及时将发情的原生小冬瓜猪母猪与杜洛克公猪交配。
