The invention discloses a mobile phone rear cover changing color along with the mood of a user, which comprises: a glass substrate and a glass cover plate; a first transparent electrode and/or a second transparent electrode; electronic ink disposed between the glass substrate and the glass cover plate; the optical thin film layer is formed by alternately superposing two oxide material film layers, and the two oxide material film layers have different refractive indexes; a human body parameter acquisition module; a communication module; the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode are respectively electrically connected with the controller, and the controller is used for controlling the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode to change the color of the electronic ink. According to the invention, the change of the printing ink is controlled by an electronic ink technology, and the optical film layer is matched, so that various physical sign information of a user can be acquired by the human body parameter acquisition module, and thus, the color of the rear cover of the mobile phone can be automatically changed according to the mood of the user, and certain flexibility is achieved.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of mobile phone accessories, in particular to a mobile phone rear cover capable of changing color along with the mood of a user.
Background
With the improvement of living standard of people, mobile phones have become indispensable daily necessities, and in recent years, not only is the requirements of consumers on the performance of the mobile phones higher and higher, but also the requirements on the comfort level and the appearance of the mobile phones are continuously improved. Therefore, manufacturers are constantly improving the appearance of the product in order to catch the eye of the public and get the favor of consumers.
However, the color of the mobile phone rear cover in the prior art is quite rigid, cannot be dynamically adjusted, and is more unlikely to change according to the mood of the user, so that the use experience of the user is not enhanced.

the communication module is used for receiving the physical sign information transmitted by the human body parameter acquisition module and sending the physical sign information to the controller;
the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode are electrically connected with the controller respectively, and the controller is used for storing and processing sign information and controlling the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode to change the color of the electronic ink.

Further, the thickness of each oxide material film layer is 5-300 nm.

The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the electronic ink technology is creatively introduced into the rear cover of the mobile phone, under the action of the electrode, the white ink and the black ink with opposite charge polarities in the microcapsule can induce the charge directions to move towards different directions, so that the whole rear cover of the mobile phone displays white or black, and the two colors can be switched as long as the action direction of an electric field is changed; meanwhile, based on the interference effect of the optical thin film layer on incident light, the oxide material film layer with the refractive index meeting the requirement is adopted, the thickness of the film layer and the number of the film layers are adjusted, so that the incident light is incident to the rear cover of the mobile phone, reflected light formed after the refraction of the optical thin film layer shows the change of various colors, the user experience is provided, and the diversified individual requirements are met.
According to the invention, the change of the printing ink is controlled by an electronic ink technology, and the optical film layer is matched, so that various physical sign information of a user can be acquired by the human body parameter acquisition module, and thus, the color of the rear cover of the mobile phone can be automatically changed according to the mood of the user, and certain flexibility is achieved.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be described in detail with reference to examples, which are only preferred embodiments of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention.
A mobile phone rear cover changing color along with the mood of a user comprises: the device comprises a glass substrate, a glass cover plate, a first transparent electrode and/or a second transparent electrode, electronic ink, an optical film layer, a human body parameter acquisition module, a communication module and a controller.
The glass substrate and the glass cover plate are symmetrically arranged.
In the present invention, the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode may be present at the same time, or only the first transparent electrode or the second transparent electrode may be present. Wherein the first transparent electrode is disposed on the glass substrate, the second transparent electrode is disposed on the glass cover plate, specifically: the first transparent electrode is arranged on one side of the glass substrate facing the glass cover plate, and/or the second transparent electrode is arranged on one side of the glass cover plate facing the glass substrate.
The electronic ink is disposed between the glass substrate and the glass cover plate. In the invention, the electronic ink comprises hundreds of transparent microcapsules with the diameter similar to that of human hair, and white ink and black ink with opposite charge polarities are arranged in the microcapsules. Preferably, the microcapsule has therein a positively charged white ink and a negatively charged black ink.
The optical thin film layer is arranged on the surface of one side, far away from the electronic ink, of the glass cover plate, namely the optical thin film layer is arranged on the surface of one side, facing the observation side, of the rear cover of the mobile phone.
In the present invention, the optical thin film layer may cover a partial region of the glass cover plate, or may cover the entire region of the glass cover plate, and preferably, the optical thin film layer covers the entire region of the glass cover plate.
The optical thin film layer is formed by alternately overlapping two oxide material film layers, and the two oxide material film layers have different refractive indexes.
In the present invention, the thickness of the oxide material film layer is the same from left to right in each oxide material film layer. Specifically, the thickness of each oxide material film layer is 5-300 nm.
In the invention, the optical thin film layer has the following film system structural characteristics: H/L/H/L …/L, wherein H is a high-refractive-index oxide material film layer, L is a low-refractive-index oxide material film layer, the high-refractive-index oxide material film layer and the low-refractive-index oxide material film layer are alternately superposed, and the total number of layers of the whole film system structure is an even number and is more than or equal to 4.
The material of the oxide material film layer may be, for example, silicon oxide, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide, niobium oxide, or tantalum oxide, but is not limited thereto. In the present invention, the material of the oxide material film layer with a high refractive index is preferably titanium oxide, and the material of the oxide material film layer with a low refractive index is preferably silicon oxide. The optical thin film layer is composed of a multilayer structure and absorbs less light; the titanium oxide and the silicon oxide which are used as the materials of the two oxide material film layers can form higher reflectivity. By way of example, the optical thin film layer includes a silicon oxide film layer, a titanium oxide film layer, a silicon oxide film layer, and a titanium oxide film layer, which are sequentially covered on the surface of the glass cover plate.
In the present invention, the optical thin film layer may be at least one of magnetron sputtering, evaporation coating, and ion coating, but is not limited thereto.
The human body parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring physical sign information related to the user and the mood, wherein the physical sign information comprises the heart rate of the user, the blood pressure of the user, the facial expression of the user and the voiceprint of the user, but the human body parameter acquisition module is not limited to the heart rate, the blood pressure, the facial expression and the voiceprint of the user. For example, the facial expression of the user may be collected by a front camera of a mobile phone, the voiceprint of the user may be collected by a microphone, the heart rate of the user may be collected by an electrocardiograph sensor, and the blood pressure condition of the user may be collected by a blood pressure sensor.
And the communication module is used for receiving the physical sign information transmitted by the human body parameter acquisition module and sending the physical sign information to the controller, and the communication module is electrically connected with the human body parameter acquisition module.
The first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode are electrically connected with the controller respectively, and the controller is used for storing and processing sign information and controlling the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode to change the color of the electronic ink. Specifically, the controller includes an information receiving module, an information sending module, an information storage module, and a processing module, where the processing module is configured to process sign information and control the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode.
According to the invention, a mobile phone rear cover is installed on a mobile phone, a user opens the mobile phone, an electrocardio sensor acquires the heart rate of the user, a blood pressure sensor acquires the blood pressure condition of the user, a camera acquires the facial expression of the user, a microphone acquires the voiceprint of the user, the electrocardio sensor, the blood pressure sensor, the camera and the microphone transmit the acquired sign information to a communication module, and the communication module transmits real-time data to a controller; the information storage module stores the real-time data, and the processing module processes the real-time data, judges the mood of the user and controls the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode according to the mood of the user. Referring to fig. 1, a voltage is applied to the first transparent electrode, and the polarity of the first transparent electrode is controlled, so that an electric field is formed between the glass substrate and the glass cover plate, wherein the electric field is directed from the glass substrate to the glass cover plate, at this time, the negatively charged black ink in the microcapsule is collected on one side of the glass substrate, and the positively charged white ink is collected on one side of the glass cover plate, so that the color displayed by the electronic ink visible to a user is white. Referring to fig. 2, a voltage is applied to the first transparent electrode, and the polarity of the first transparent electrode is controlled, so that an electric field is formed between the glass substrate and the glass cover plate, wherein the electric field is directed from the glass cover plate to the glass substrate, at this time, the positively charged white ink in the microcapsule is collected on one side of the glass substrate, and the negatively charged black ink is collected on one side of the glass cover plate, so that the color displayed by the electronic ink visible to the user is black. It can be seen that the switching between two colors can be done by simply changing the direction of the electric field. Meanwhile, because the optical film layer formed by alternately overlapping two oxide material film layers is arranged on the glass cover plate, when light rays irradiate the surface of the optical film layer, a part of incident light waves are reflected, a part of light is transmitted to the surface of the next layer through the film layers, and the reflection and transmission of primary light are generated, so that the phenomenon of light interference is generated. Through adopting the oxide material rete that the refracting index satisfied the requirement to adjustment rete thickness and rete number, the colour that the electron ink shows can influence the optical effect of optics thin layer, and the colour of lid can be according to the automatic changing of user's mood behind the cell-phone, has certain flexibility, has improved user's experience degree.

1. A mobile phone rear cover capable of changing color along with mood of a user is characterized by comprising:
the glass substrate and the glass cover plate are symmetrically arranged;
the first transparent electrode is arranged on the glass substrate, and the second transparent electrode is arranged on the glass cover plate;
the electronic ink is arranged between the glass substrate and the glass cover plate;
the optical thin film layer is arranged on the surface of one side, far away from the electronic ink, of the glass cover plate and is formed by alternately superposing two oxide material film layers, and the two oxide material film layers have different refractive indexes;
the human body parameter acquisition module is used for acquiring sign information related to the user and the mood, wherein the sign information comprises the heart rate of the user, the blood pressure of the user, the facial expression of the user and the voiceprint of the user;
the communication module is used for receiving the physical sign information transmitted by the human body parameter acquisition module and sending the physical sign information to the controller;
the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode are respectively electrically connected with the controller, the controller is used for storing and processing sign information, and the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode is controlled according to the mood of a user so as to change the color of the electronic ink.

The mobile phone rear cover changing color according to the mood of the user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first transparent electrode is disposed on a side of the glass substrate facing the glass cover plate, and/or the second transparent electrode is disposed on a side of the glass cover plate facing the glass substrate.
3. The mobile phone back cover capable of changing color according to the mood of the user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the layer thickness of the oxide material film layer is the same in each oxide material film layer.
4. The mobile phone back cover capable of changing color according to the mood of a user as claimed in claim 3, wherein the thickness of each oxide material film layer is 5-300 nm.

The mobile phone rear cover capable of changing color according to the mood of the user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the optical film layer has the following film system structural characteristics: H/L/H/L …/L, wherein H is a high-refractive-index oxide material film layer, L is a low-refractive-index oxide material film layer, the high-refractive-index oxide material film layer and the low-refractive-index oxide material film layer are alternately superposed, and the total number of layers of the whole film system structure is an even number and is more than or equal to 4.
6. The mobile phone rear cover capable of changing color according to the mood of a user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the two oxide material film layers are made of titanium oxide and silicon oxide.
7. The mobile phone back cover capable of changing color according to the mood of a user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode are both indium tin oxide or indium zinc oxide.

The mobile phone rear cover changing color according to the mood of the user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the controller comprises an information receiving module, an information sending module, an information storage module, and a processing module, and the processing module is configured to process the physical sign information and control the polarity of the first transparent electrode and/or the second transparent electrode.
9. The mobile phone rear cover changing color according to the mood of the user as claimed in claim 1, wherein the optical thin film layer is at least one of magnetron sputtering, evaporation coating and ion coating.
