Another aspect of the present invention is to provide a control method of a three-phase rectifier circuit.
Another aspect of the present invention is to provide an air conditioner.
In view of the above, the present invention provides a three-phase rectifier circuit, including: the alternating current input end of the three-phase rectification module comprises a first-phase alternating current input, a second-phase alternating current input and a third-phase alternating current input; the first alternating current contactor is connected to the direct current output end of the three-phase rectification module; the second alternating current contactor is connected with the first alternating current contactor in series; the anode of the first electrolytic capacitor is connected with the output end of the second alternating current contactor; and the second electrolytic capacitor is connected with the first electrolytic capacitor in series, and the negative electrode of the second electrolytic capacitor is connected to the direct current output end of the three-phase rectification module.
According to the three-phase rectification circuit, the first alternating current contactor is additionally arranged to control the on-off of the direct current output end of the three-phase rectification module, when an air conditioner works normally, after the first alternating current contactor receives corresponding control signals for attraction, the two electrolytic capacitors start to charge, after preset time (the time point that the electrolytic capacitors are approximately fully charged can be selected, such as 20S), the voltage value of a single electrolytic capacitor (the first electrolytic capacitor or the second electrolytic capacitor) is detected, and when the detected voltage value is normal, the second alternating current contactor is controlled for attraction, so that the two electrolytic capacitors are charged; when the detected voltage value is abnormal (the voltage value is lower or higher), the first alternating current contactor is disconnected, and the second alternating current contactor is controlled not to be attracted, so that the electrolytic capacitor is prevented from being continuously charged and damaged. The three-phase rectifier circuit can effectively avoid the situation that the electrolytic capacitor is exploded due to no protection when the series electrolytic capacitor is in reverse phase in the production stage or in market maintenance, and prevent the situation that the electrolytic capacitor has uneven partial pressure after the air conditioner runs for a long time, thereby improving the reliability of the three-phase rectifier circuit and increasing the protection of the air conditioner and users.

In the technical scheme, the first voltage detection circuit is connected to two sides of the first electrolytic capacitor or two sides of the second electrolytic capacitor instead of being connected to two sides of the first electrolytic capacitor and the second electrolytic capacitor which are connected in series, whether a certain electrolytic capacitor is connected in series reversely or voltage division is uneven can be judged by detecting whether the voltage value of a single electrolytic capacitor (namely the first electrolytic capacitor or the second electrolytic capacitor) is abnormal, and the first alternating current contactor is disconnected when the detected voltage value is abnormal, so that the electrolytic capacitor is prevented from being damaged by overvoltage.
In any of the above technical solutions, preferably, the method further includes: and the second voltage detection circuit is connected to any one of the alternating current input ends of the three-phase rectification module and two sides of a zero line of the three-phase rectification circuit.
In this technical solution, the second voltage detection circuit is configured to detect a voltage effective value of a zero line and a live line, specifically, detect a voltage effective value between any ac power input at an ac input end of the three-phase rectification module and a zero line of the three-phase rectification circuit. The voltage effective value can be used as a reference voltage and is compared with a voltage value detected by the first voltage detection circuit, so that whether the voltage value detected by the first voltage detection circuit is abnormal or not is judged, and when the voltage value is abnormal, the electrolytic capacitor is prevented from being damaged due to continuous charging by disconnecting the first alternating current contactor attracted at the front end.

In the technical scheme, the capacitors connected in parallel at two ends of the first electrolytic capacitor and the second electrolytic capacitor which are connected in series play a role in filtering, so that the stability and the reliability of the whole circuit are improved.
The invention also provides a control method of the three-phase rectification circuit, which comprises the following steps: after electrification, controlling a first alternating current contactor of the three-phase rectification circuit to be attracted, controlling a second alternating current contactor not to be attracted, and starting timing; after the first preset time, acquiring voltage values at two sides of the first electrolytic capacitor or two sides of the second electrolytic capacitor detected by the first voltage detection circuit; and controlling the first alternating current contactor to be disconnected or controlling the second alternating current contactor to be closed according to the voltage value.
According to the control method of the three-phase rectification circuit, when an air conditioner works normally, after a first alternating current contactor receives corresponding control signals for attracting, two electrolytic capacitors start to be charged, after preset time (the time point that the electrolytic capacitors are approximately fully charged can be selected, such as 20S), the voltage value of a single electrolytic capacitor (the first electrolytic capacitor or the second electrolytic capacitor) is detected, and when the detected voltage value is normal, the second alternating current contactor is controlled to attract, so that the two electrolytic capacitors are charged; when the detected voltage value is abnormal (the voltage value is lower or higher), the first alternating current contactor is disconnected, and the second alternating current contactor is controlled not to be attracted, so that the electrolytic capacitor is prevented from being continuously charged and damaged. The control method can effectively avoid the situation that the electrolytic capacitor is exploded due to no protection when the electrolytic capacitors connected in series are in reverse phase in production or maintenance, and prevent the situation that the partial pressure of the electrolytic capacitor is uneven after the air conditioner runs for a long time, thereby improving the reliability of the three-phase rectification circuit and increasing the protection to the air conditioner and users.

In the technical scheme, the voltage value detected by the first voltage detection circuit is compared with the effective voltage value detected by the second voltage detection circuit, so that whether the voltage value detected by the first voltage detection circuit is abnormal or not is judged, when the voltage value is normal, the second alternating current contactor is controlled to be attracted, the two electrolytic capacitors are charged, and when the voltage value is abnormal, the electrolytic capacitors are prevented from being damaged due to continuous charging by disconnecting the first alternating current contactor attracted at the front end.
