本发明公开了一种气压式绕线张紧装置,包括底座,所述底座的上端设有两个支撑板,两个所述支撑板之间设有转轴,所述转轴的一端转动连接在其中一个支撑板的侧壁上,所述转轴的另一端贯穿另一个支撑板的侧壁,所述转轴远离支撑板的一端固定连接有转轮,其中一个所述支撑板的上端固定连接有壳体,所述壳体的下端设有开口,所述壳体的相对的一侧均凹槽,两个所述凹槽相对的一侧均设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有导向杆,所述导向杆的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上。本发明结构设计合理,操作简单,气囊便于拆卸检修,方便了维修人员操作,提高了工作效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及绕线技术领域,尤其涉及一种气压式绕线张紧装置。
背景技术
变压器生产中,导线线圈的绕制是一个十分重要的环节,线圈绕制质量的好坏直接关系到产品的运行效果以及使用寿命。目前市场上的导线张紧装置大都采用机械张紧方式,其在导线绕制过程中不易对线圈的松紧度进行稳定控制。
申请号为CN200810070550.5的发明专利提出一种气压式绕线张紧装置,其气囊固定在壳体内,气囊在长期使用后需要对其进行检修和更换,现有的气囊不便于拆卸给维修造成了一定的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种气压式绕线张紧装置,其气囊便于拆卸检修,方便了维修人员操作,提高了工作效率。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种气压式绕线张紧装置,包括底座,所述底座的上端设有两个支撑板,两个所述支撑板之间设有转轴,所述转轴的一端转动连接在其中一个支撑板的侧壁上,所述转轴的另一端贯穿另一个支撑板的侧壁,所述转轴远离支撑板的一端固定连接有转轮,其中一个所述支撑板的上端固定连接有壳体,所述壳体的下端设有开口,所述壳体的相对的一侧均凹槽,两个所述凹槽相对的一侧均设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有导向杆,所述导向杆的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,所述导向杆上套接有活动块,所述活动块与导向杆活动连接,所述导向杆位于导向槽内壁与活动块之间的部分套设有第一弹性装置,两个所述活动块相对的一侧均设有插槽,两个所述活动块之间设有气囊,所述气囊的两端设有与插槽位置相对应的插块,所述插块位于插槽内,所述活动块的侧壁贯穿设有限位杆,所述限位杆与活动块活动连接,所述限位杆的一端设有把手,所述限位杆位于把手与活动块之间的部分套设有第二弹性装置,所述插块的侧壁设有限位杆位置相对应的限位槽,两个所述气囊相对的一侧均设有摩擦盘,所述壳体的上端设有充气泵,所述充气泵上设有两个气管,两个所述气管远离充气泵的一端固定连接在气囊上,所述气管上设有调压阀。
优选地,所述转轴上设有两个锥形滑动套筒,所述锥形滑动套筒与转轴滑动连接。
优选地,所述摩擦盘的侧壁均匀分布有摩擦齿。
优选地,所述底座的下端设有行走机构,所述行走机构为行走轮。
优选地,所述转轮的一端位于壳体内。
本发明中,长期使用后,操作员需要对气囊进行检查是否有漏气,操作员拉动把手,进而使限位杆脱离限位槽,然后将气管从气囊上取下,然后将气囊从壳体内取出,对其进行检修或者更换。本发明结构设计合理,操作简单,气囊便于拆卸检修,方便了维修人员操作,提高了工作效率。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。
参照图1-2,一种气压式绕线张紧装置,包括底座1,底座1的上端设有两个支撑板12,两个支撑板12之间设有转轴10,转轴10的一端转动连接在其中一个支撑板12的侧壁上,转轴10的另一端贯穿另一个支撑板12的侧壁,转轴10远离支撑板12的一端固定连接有转轮3,其中一个支撑板12的上端固定连接有壳体4,壳体4的下端设有开口,壳体4的相对的一侧均凹槽,两个凹槽相对的一侧均设有导向槽,导向槽内设有导向杆15,导向杆15的两端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,导向杆15上套接有活动块13,活动块13与导向杆15活动连接,导向杆15位于导向槽内壁与活动块13之间的部分套设有第一弹性装置14,第一弹性装置14为弹簧,气囊5放气后可以恢复到原位置,两个活动块13相对的一侧均设有插槽,两个活动块13之间设有气囊5,将气囊5从壳体4内取出,对其进行检修或者更换气囊5的两端设有与插槽位置相对应的插块16,插块16位于插槽内,活动块13的侧壁贯穿设有限位杆19,限位杆19与活动块13活动连接,限位杆19的一端设有把手18,长期使用后,操作员需要对气囊5进行检查是否有漏气,操作员拉动把手18,限位杆19位于把手18与活动块13之间的部分套设有第二弹性装置,插块16的侧壁设有限位杆19位置相对应的限位槽,拉动把手18,进而使限位杆19脱离限位槽,两个气囊5相对的一侧均设有摩擦盘9,壳体4的上端设有充气泵8,充气泵8上设有两个气管7,将气管7从气囊5上取下,两个气管7远离充气泵8的一端固定连接在气囊5上,气管7上设有调压阀6。
本发明中,转轴10上设有两个锥形滑动套筒11,锥形滑动套筒11与转轴10滑动连接,摩擦盘9的侧壁均匀分布有摩擦齿17,底座1的下端设有行走机构2,行走机构2为行走轮,转轮3的一端位于壳体4内。
本发明中,长期使用后,操作员需要对气囊5进行检查是否有漏气,操作员拉动把手18,进而使限位杆19脱离限位槽,然后将气管7从气囊5上取下,然后将气囊5从壳体4内取出,对其进行检修或者更换。

1.一种气压式绕线张紧装置,包括底座(1),其特征在于,所述底座(1)的上端设有两个支撑板(12),两个所述支撑板(12)之间设有转轴(10),所述转轴(10)的一端转动连接在其中一个支撑板(12)的侧壁上,所述转轴(10)的另一端贯穿另一个支撑板(12)的侧壁,所述转轴(10)远离支撑板(12)的一端固定连接有转轮(3),其中一个所述支撑板(12)的上端固定连接有壳体(4),所述壳体(4)的下端设有开口,所述壳体(4)内部相对的左右两侧均凹槽,两个所述凹槽相对的上下两侧均设有导向槽,所述导向槽内设有导向杆(15),所述导向杆(15)的两 端固定连接在导向槽的内壁上,所述导向杆(15)上套接有活动块(13),所述活动块(13)与 导向杆(15)活动连接,所述导向杆(15)位于导向槽内壁与活动块(13)之间的部分套设有第 一弹性装置(14),两个所述活动块(13)相对的一侧均设有插槽,两个所述活动块(13)之间 设有气囊(5),所述气囊(5)的两端设有与插槽位置相对应的插块(16),所述插块(16)位于 插槽内,所述活动块(13)的侧壁贯穿设有限位杆(19),所述限位杆(19)与活动块(13)活动 连接,所述限位杆(19)的一端设有把手(18),所述限位杆(19)位于把手(18)与活动块(13) 之间的部分套设有第二弹性装置,所述插块(16)的侧壁设有限位杆(19)位置相对应的限位 槽,两个所述气囊(5)相对的一侧均设有摩擦盘(9),所述壳体(4)的上端设有充气泵(8),所 述充气泵(8)上设有两个气管(7),两个所述气管(7)远离充气泵(8)的一端固定连接在气囊 (5)上,所述气管(7)上设有调压阀(6)。
2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式绕线张紧装置,其特征在于,所述转轴(10)上设有 两个锥形滑动套筒(11),所述锥形滑动套筒(11)与转轴(10)滑动连接。
3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式绕线张紧装置,其特征在于,所述摩擦盘(9)的侧壁均匀分布有摩擦齿(17)。
4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式绕线张紧装置,其特征在于,所述底座(1)的下端设有行走机构(2),所述行走机构(2)为行走轮。
5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种气压式绕线张紧装置,其特征在于,所述转轮(3)的一端位于壳体(4)内。
