Background
Today, with such advanced technology, more entertainment is given to a mobile phone originally used as a communication tool, and the photographing effect of the mobile phone is often one of the most interesting aspects of many players. And the cell phone is not just a photographing tool. The main application of the mobile phone is to make a call and send a short message, so that the mobile phone can be carried with the user at ordinary times. In terms of convenience, the mobile phone is significantly higher than the camera.
However, there are some disadvantages of mobile phones compared with cameras that are difficult to overcome: i.e. the mobile phone camera has no loop regulator.
Light and shadow are souls in photography, so the choice of light is never the most important. The camera of the mobile phone is relatively simple, and the aperture size cannot be adjusted. And the aperture is irreplaceable in terms of controlling the light and shadow. At present, the aperture for the mobile phone only has a fixed aperture with a round hole, and the professional camera generally adopts an iris type aperture (belonging to a blade type aperture), and the iris type aperture is composed of a plurality of arc-shaped metal sheets which are mutually overlapped. The clutch of the blade can change the size of the central aperture, but the diaphragm is made of metal sheets, and has large volume, thicker diaphragm and high energy consumption. The mobile phone is used as portable palm equipment, and has strict requirements on the whole volume, thickness and power consumption. Therefore, the blade type aperture is not suitable for a mobile phone, and the mobile phone can only use the fixed aperture. However, the fixed aperture is not adjustable in size and has a limitation, so that the requirements of shooting in the aspects of depth of field adjustment, night scene shooting, long exposure and the like are not met.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides a miniature aperture rotary regulator for a mobile phone, which aims to solve the problem that an aperture on the existing mobile phone usually adopts a fixed aperture and cannot be regulated during field depth shooting and night scene shooting.
The invention discloses a miniature aperture rotary regulator for a mobile phone, which comprises a base, an outer cylinder, an inner cylinder, a cylindrical shading film, a worm and a motor, wherein the base is provided with a circular ring seat, the lower end of the outer cylinder is arranged in the circular ring seat, the inner cylinder is arranged in the outer cylinder, the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder are coaxially arranged, the inner cylinder is fixedly connected with the base, the cylindrical shading film is arranged at the upper end between the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder, the lower part of the cylindrical shading film is an elastic shading film, the upper part of the cylindrical shading film is an inelastic shading film, the lower end of the elastic shading film is fixedly connected with the upper end of the inner cylinder, the upper end of the inelastic shading film is fixedly connected with the upper end of the outer cylinder, the outer surface of the outer cylinder is provided with external teeth, the external teeth are meshed with the worm, the worm is connected with an output shaft of the motor, and the motor is fixedly arranged on the base.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the invention is used for the mobile phone, the aperture size is controllable and adjustable, and the problem that the aperture size cannot be adjusted during the field depth shooting and night scene shooting is solved.
2. The volume of the invention is smaller than that of the blade type aperture, and the thickness of the camera module is less affected; the invention has simple and reliable structure and no complex blade to be controlled.
3. The invention has small volume and low energy consumption, so the energy consumption of the driving motor is lower.

adjustment of small aperture: the mobile phone central processing unit automatically selects the most suitable aperture value according to the signal received by the image sensor and sends a corresponding control command to the motor 6, the motor 6 rotates positively, the motor 6 drives the worm 5, the worm 5 drives the outer cylinder 2 to rotate, the outer cylinder 2 rotates anticlockwise, the inner cylinder 3 is kept fixed, and the elastic shading film 4-1 is stretched to form a small aperture, as shown in fig. 5.
And (3) adjusting a large aperture: the mobile phone central processing unit automatically selects the most suitable aperture value according to the signal received by the image sensor, and sends a corresponding control command to the motor 6, the motor 6 reverses, the motor 6 drives the worm 5, the worm 5 drives the outer cylinder 2 to rotate, the outer cylinder 2 rotates clockwise, the inner cylinder 3 is kept fixed, and the elastic shading film 4-1 contracts to form a large aperture, as shown in fig. 4.
