一种球形电动自行车警示灯
技术领域
本发明涉及电动自行车配件的技术领域,具体涉及一种球形电动自行车警示灯。
背景技术
为确保自行车骑车人的安全,电动自行车通常会在车体的前后设置警示装置。现有技术中的警示装置通常包括反射式警示灯和主动式警示灯。所述反射式警示灯利用行驶于前后的机动车灯光反光,使得前后的其它车辆能够及时观察,保证安全。反射式警示灯具有成本低,寿命长等优点,但其警示效果仅对一些有较强灯光的车辆有效,而对没有灯光设施的车辆来说还是无效的。主动式警示灯通常采用内置式的电池或者太阳能电池和LED灯,利用LED发光来起到警示的作用;但其存在安装位置规定,电量有限,使用寿命短等缺点;虽然太阳能电池可以增加提高续航能力,但其由于安装位置限制,通常发电效率较差,需要将其取下放置阳光较为强烈处方可进行充电。
发明内容
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种球形电动自行车警示灯。
所述球形电动自行车警示灯通过如下的技术方案实现:
一种球形电动自行车警示灯,包括灯体和安装座;所述灯体包括球形壳体、LED照明灯、LED警示灯、开关、电源和多个光伏板;所述LED照明灯设置于球形壳体的正面,LED警示灯设置于球形壳体的背面,所述LED照明灯和LED警示灯分别通过电路与电池和开关连接;所述多个光伏板平行设置于球形壳体的上半球外表面,其通过电路与电池连接;所述壳体的底部设置有万向球球头;所述安装座包括卡环、安装孔和万向球球套;所述灯体通过万向球球头和万向球球套的活动连接在一起,使灯体可以相对于安装座进行角度变换;所述万向球球头外表面和万向球球套的内表面均设置有防滑纹。
优选的,所述万向球球头外表面和万向球球套的内表面均设置有防滑纹。
优选的,所述壳体的正面和顶部设置有放光条。
本发明中提供的球形电动自行车警示灯,灯体采用球形结构,在灯体正面设置用于夜间照明或者在强光这类复杂交通条件下使用的LED照明灯,后部设置在仅用于警示的LED警示灯;两者分别通过电路与开关连接,分别就进行控制;球形灯体通过万向球连接与安装座活动连接,转动球形灯体即可在两种灯之间切换;球形灯体的上半球设置多个光伏板,利用球体拥有最大表面积的原理,能够吸取四面八方的光线,从而大幅度的提高阳光的利用效率,提高使用寿命;同时球形结构具有较低的阻力,减少了安装警示灯带来的行驶阻力的增加,提高了骑行效率。通过进一步的在球形关节之间设置防滑纹,可以有效提高两者间的摩擦力,放置骑行过程中震动造成的灯体位移,提高了使用便利性。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是本发明的范围不受这些实施例的限制。

如图1-2所示,本实施例提供了一种球形电动自行车警示灯,包括灯体和安装座;所述灯体包括球形壳体11、LED照明灯12、LED警示灯、开关、电源和多个光伏板14;所述LED照明灯设置于球形壳体11的正面,LED警示灯设置于球形壳体11的背面,所述LED照明灯和LED警示灯分别通过电路与电池和开关连接;所述多个光伏板14平行设置于球形壳体11的上半球外表面,其通过电路与电池连接;所述壳体11的底部设置有万向球球头15;所述安装座包括卡环21、安装孔22和万向球球套23;所述灯体通过万向球球头15和万向球球套23的活动连接在一起,使灯体可以相对于安装座进行角度变换;所述万向球球头15外表面和万向球球套23的内表面均设置有防滑纹。

1.一种球形电动自行车警示灯,其特征在于:包括灯体和安装座;所述灯体包括球形壳体、LED照明灯、LED警示灯、开关、电源和多个光伏板;所述LED照明灯设置于球形壳体的正面,LED警示灯设置于球形壳体的背面,所述LED照明灯和LED警示灯分别通过电路与电池和开关连接;所述多个光伏板平行设置于球形壳体的上半球外表面,其通过电路与电池连接;所述壳体的底部设置有万向球球头;所述安装座包括卡环、安装孔和万向球球套;所述灯体通过万向球球头和万向球球套的活动连接在一起,使灯体可以相对于安装座进行角度变换;所述万向球球头外表面和万向球球套的内表面均设置有防滑纹。
