本发明所提供的一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置,包括有用于缠绕帘布的空心金属杆和安装于空心金属杆左右两端的固定安装件,空心金属杆的一端嵌入安装有柔性变力弹性结构,空心金属杆的另一端嵌入安装有从动结构,空心金属杆的两端分别通过柔性变力弹性结构、从动结构与固定安装件可转动连接;通过由外部轻松的对帘布推或拉产生恰当的动力,利用涡卷弹簧发生形变对空心金属杆产生压迫力,空心金属杆能够安静柔和地旋转,准确平稳轻松地停在想停的位置且不回弹。本发明无需设置手拉绳或电动升降结构,直接用手轻轻的牵引帘布的末端即可实现帘布的收放;且柔性变力弹性装置和空心金属杆能够根据使用要求来选用或更换部分配件,生产成本低。

本发明涉及窗帘收放装置技术领域,尤其是指一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置。
背景技术
传统的窗帘都是手动拉开或者收起,很不方便;另外,现有技术中自动控制窗帘收放的装置稳定性低,灵敏度难掌控,而且收放结构占用空间大,使用者不能够根据不同安装尺寸而自由组装,并且拆卸困难,加工成本高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的问题提供一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置,包括有用于缠绕帘布的空心金属杆和安装于空心金属杆左右两端的固定安装件,所述空心金属杆的一端嵌入安装有柔性变力弹性结构,空心金属杆的另一端嵌入安装有从动结构,所述空心金属杆的两端分别通过柔性变力弹性结构、从动结构与固定安装件可转动连接;所述柔性变力弹性结构包括有中心轴、弹簧安装座和涡卷弹簧,所述中心轴的一端与固定安装件可拆卸安装,弹簧安装座可转动插装于中心轴上,所述弹簧安装座上至少设置有一个弹簧安装槽,所述涡卷弹簧安装于弹簧安装槽内,涡卷弹簧的中心端与中心轴连接,涡卷弹簧的自由端与空心金属杆的内壁接触。
其中,所述从动结构为向外凸设有若干筋条的塑胶插接件,所述塑胶插接件水平插入空心金属杆内;所述塑胶插接件与固定安装件连接的一侧凸出设置有旋转圆柱,固定安装件的中心处对应地设置有圆孔,所述旋转圆柱插入圆孔中。
进一步的,所述插接塑胶件上设置有用于防止自转动的限位缺口,所述空心金属杆的内部设置有与限位缺口相适配的限位条,所述弹簧安装座上设置有与限位条相适配的限位槽;所述限位条与空心金属杆之间形成有帘布插装槽,且空心金属杆在对应帘布插装槽处开设有供帘布穿出的长条形开口。
其中,所述弹簧安装座上并列设置有两个弹簧安装槽,两个弹簧安装槽由三块间隔板构成;所述间隔板的外侧设有横向连接板,所述三块间隔板通过横向连接板与弹簧安装座连接成一体。
其中,所述中心轴上径向开设有条形孔,所述涡卷弹簧的中心端卡入并固定于条形孔内。
进一步的,所述中心轴与固定安装件连接的一端设置有十字型插接槽,所述固定安装件的内侧设置有一字型插接片,通过十字型插接槽与一字型插接片互相插合,所述中心轴与固定安装件连接组装在一起。
其中,所述两个固定安装件的顶部设置有铝制的固定顶板,所述固定顶板设置有矩形插槽,固定安装件对应矩形插槽设置有插接板,通过插接板插入矩形插槽中,所述固定顶板与两端的固定安装件一起组合构成“冂”型的安装座。

本发明所提供的一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置,包括有用于缠绕帘布的空心金属杆1和安装于空心金属杆1左右两端的固定安装件2,在使用的时候,固定安装件2可以直接使用螺钉固定安装在窗头上方;所述空心金属杆1的一端嵌入安装有柔性变力弹性结构,空心金属杆1的另一端嵌入安装有从动结构,所述空心金属杆1的两端分别通过柔性变力弹性结构、从动结构与固定安装件2可转动连接;所述柔性变力弹性结构包括有中心轴3、弹簧安装座4和涡卷弹簧5,所述中心轴3的一端与固定安装件2可拆卸安装,弹簧安装座4可转动插装于中心轴3上,所述弹簧安装座4上至少设置有一个弹簧安装槽6,所述涡卷弹簧5安装于弹簧安装槽6内,涡卷弹簧5的中心端与中心轴3连接,涡卷弹簧5的自由端与空心金属杆1的内壁接触;所述柔性变力弹性结构在组合装配之前,涡卷弹簧5的外侧用捆紧绳将涡卷弹簧5捆紧,涡卷弹簧5与中心轴3、弹簧安装座4组合为一个独立的安装配件,在组合装配时,弹簧安装座4与空心金属杆1对准配合后,将捆紧绳剪短后将整个柔性变力弹性结构插入空心金属杆1内。
本发明巧妙的利用相互作用力实现收放功能,当帘布上升时涡卷弹簧5放松,帘布下降时涡卷弹簧5压缩,涡卷弹簧5与空心金属杆1之间产生相互作用力。在使用时,主要通过由外部轻松的对帘布推或拉产生恰当的动力,利用涡卷弹簧5旋转发生形变对空心金属杆1产生压迫力,空心金属杆1能够安静柔和地旋转并准确平稳轻松地停在想停的位置、不回弹。本发明无需设置手拉绳或电动升降结构,直接用手轻轻牵引帘布的末端即可实现帘布的收放;有效地解决了现有产品的不稳定性和操控成本高的缺陷。
如图4所示,在本发明中,所述从动结构为向外凸设有若干筋条的塑胶插接件16,所述塑胶插接件16水平插入空心金属杆内,在使用时,所述塑胶插接件16水平插入空心金属杆1的入口端,塑胶插接件16通过若干筋条与空心金属杆1接触固定,所述筋条与空心金属杆1的内壁过盈配合,固定安装简单便捷;所述塑胶插接件16与固定安装件2连接的一侧凸出设置有旋转圆柱17,固定安装件2的中心处对应地设置有圆孔7,所述旋转圆柱17插入圆孔7中,所述空心金属杆1通过旋转圆柱17相对所述的固定安装件2转动。
另外,作为另一实施方式,当使用的帘布长度及重量较大,所述空心金属杆1的两端都可以安装上所述的柔性变力弹性结构,将塑胶插接件16替换为柔性变力弹性结构;空心金属杆1的两端都产生反向作用力,使得帘布收放装置的应用范围更广。
进一步的,所述插接塑胶件16上设置有用于防止自转动的限位缺口18,所述空心金属杆1的内部设置有与限位缺口18相适配的限位条10,所述弹簧安装座4上设置有与限位条10相适配的限位槽11,所述弹簧安装座4在安装时,通过限位条10与限位槽11引导配合安装,实现快速组合安装;另外所述限位条10与限位槽11配合,能够防止弹簧安装座4出现自转的情况。所述限位条10与空心金属杆1之间形成有帘布插装槽19,且空心金属杆1在对应帘布插装槽19处开设有供帘布穿出的长条形开口。当安装帘布时,将帘布的安装端从帘布插装槽19的一侧插入,无需将已经安装好插接塑胶件16拆卸下来,方便使用者更换不同的帘布。
在本发明中,所述弹簧安装座4上并列设置有两个弹簧安装槽6,两个弹簧安装槽6由三块间隔板8构成;所述间隔板8的外侧设有横向连接板9,所述三块间隔板8通过横向连接板9与弹簧安装座4连接成一体。利用间隔板8将涡卷弹簧5分隔开,避免互相之间产生干涉影响。柔性变力弹性结构的收起能力主要由涡卷弹簧5的回收能力决定,涡卷弹簧5形变产生回收的作用力越大,那么空心金属杆1上安装的帘布可以越长或者越宽;因此在弹簧安装座4上并列设置有两个弹簧安装槽6,也即适用范围会更广。
进一步的,所述弹簧安装座4的末端还可以设置便于插接扣合的扣接孔,在扣接孔处插接安装多一块间隔板8,进而增加多一个弹簧安装槽6,这样就可以再安装多一个涡卷弹簧5,可进一步提升柔性变力弹性结构的弹性作用力。
在本发明中,所述中心轴3上径向开设有条形孔12,所述涡卷弹簧5的中心端卡入并固定于条形孔12内,条形孔12方便涡卷弹簧5的绕制,提高生产效率。
进一步的,所述中心轴3与固定安装件2连接的一端设置有十字型插接槽13,所述固定安装件2的内侧设置有一字型插接片(在图中未标出),通过十字型插接槽13与一字型插接片互相插合,所述中心轴3与固定安装件2连接组装在一起,使得中心轴3不能发生转动,所述涡卷弹簧5在形变时,其中心不会发生自转,有效保证涡卷弹簧5的作用力稳定。
在本发明中,所述两个固定安装件2的顶部设置有铝制的固定顶板14,所述固定顶板14设置有矩形插槽,固定安装件2对应矩形插槽设置有插接板15,通过插接板15插入矩形插槽中,所述固定顶板14与两端的固定安装件2一起组合构成“冂”型的安装座,具有更好的支撑力。所述空心金属杆1和固定顶板14均为铝制产品,使用者可以根据窗帘的宽度进行DIY裁切安装。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置,其特征在于:所述中心轴上径向开设有条形孔,所述涡卷弹簧的中心端卡入并固定于条形孔内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置,其特征在于:所述中心轴与固定安装件连接的一端设置有十字型插接槽,所述固定安装件的内侧设置有一字型插接片,通过十字型插接槽与一字型插接片互相插合,所述中心轴与固定安装件连接组装在一起。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种柔性变力的帘布收放装置,其特征在于:所述两个固定安装件的顶部设置有铝制的固定顶板,所述固定顶板设置有矩形插槽,固定安装件对应矩形插槽设置有插接板,通过插接板插入矩形插槽中,所述固定顶板与两端的固定安装件一起组合构成“冂”型的安装座。
