Abstract

本发明公开了一种新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,包括:加气混凝土1、钢筋骨架2、高效保温层3,所述高效保温层3,放置在钢筋骨架2中,与钢钎6固定。本发明利用高效保温层和强度等级较高的加气混凝土,从而提高加气混凝土强度的同时保证了加气混凝土条板的保温效果;另外,本发明减小了加气混凝土条板的自重,节约建筑资源。本发明方案目的明确清晰,制造与施工方便,可广泛应用于建筑外墙板的施工。

Description

一种新型高效保温加气混凝土条板
技术领域
本发明属于建筑构件,具体涉及一种新型高效保温加气混凝土条板。
背景技术
目前,我国建筑业能耗占社会总能耗的35%-40%。我国既有的近400亿平方米建筑中的99%为高耗能建筑,新建建筑中95%以上仍属于高耗能建筑,单位建筑面积采暖能耗为发达国家新建建筑的3倍以上。
墙体保温是建筑节能的重要环节,是影响建筑节能的主要因素。为了改善墙体保温性能,加气混凝土条板也应运而生。但是,传统的加气混凝土为了满足北京地区百分之七十五节能,只能采用等级较低的加气混凝土,从而导致加气混凝土条板的强度较低。
针对上述存在的问题,提出一种更经济、更节能、强度更高的新型高效保温加气混凝土条板。
发明内容
为了解决建筑外墙的保温问题,提出了一种新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,包括:加气混凝土1、钢筋骨架2、高效保温层3。
所述加气混凝土1是以硅质材料(砂、粉煤灰及含硅尾矿等)和钙质材料(石灰、水泥)为主要原料,掺加发气剂(铝粉),通过配料、搅拌、浇注、预养、切割、蒸压、养护等工艺过程制成的轻质多孔硅酸盐制品,所述的加气混凝土要选择强度等级较高加气混凝土,建议使用B05级及以上。
所述钢筋骨架2是由横向钢筋4、纵向钢筋5、钢钎6组成,所述的纵向钢筋5主要是承受荷载,横向钢筋4主要使纵向钢筋成为一个整体,同时防止钢筋滑移,纵向钢筋5和横向钢筋4组成钢筋网,并通过钢钎6相连,使得钢筋网片成为钢筋骨架2,有益于加气混凝土条板的浇筑、运输、施工。
所述高效保温层3可以是密封的空腔,比如金属板网网箱,还可以是高效保温材料,如岩棉、聚苯板等,所述的保温层可以使得条板保温性能得到显著地提升。
所述金属板网网箱,是通过将金属板网折叠形成网箱,其目的是通过利用密闭空腔导热系数低的特点,从而达到高效的保温效果。
本发明利用高效保温层和强度等级较高的加气混凝土,提高加气混凝土强度的同时保证了加气混凝土条板的保温效果;另外,本发明减小了加气混凝土条板的自重,节约建筑资源。本发明方案目的明确清晰,制造与施工方便,可广泛应用于建筑外墙板的施工。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明做进一步说明:
如附图1所示,本发明是一种新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,是由加气混凝土1、钢筋骨架2、高效保温层3组成,所述的加气混凝土1为强度等级较高的加气混凝土,建议使用B05及以上。
如附图2、附图5所示,所述的高效保温层3可以是密封的空腔,比如金属板网网箱,还可以是高效保温材料,如岩棉、聚苯板等,高效保温层3的厚度可随工程需要做适时调整,其长度随板长变化,即高效保温层3纵向端部距离加气混凝土条板的端部可为20cm到50cm;高效保温层3放置在钢筋骨架2的正中,通过与钢钎6绑扎或者在钢钎6上焊接卡条来固定。
结合附图3所示,把纵向钢筋5和横向钢筋4焊接在一起,其中纵向钢筋5两侧横向钢筋4要加密,形成钢筋网片,再通过钢钎6将两层钢筋网片组合成钢筋骨架,其中钢钎6长度为钢筋网片之间的距离。
本发明具有如下优点:
(1)新型高效保温加气混凝土条板强度高、保温效果显著;
(2)新型高效保温加气混凝土条板自重轻;
(3)新型高效保温加气混凝土条板能够节约建筑材料,降低成本。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,其特征在于,包括:加气混凝土(1)、钢筋骨架(2)、高效保温层(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,其特征在于,所述的加气混凝土(1)为强度等级较高的加气混凝土,一般为B05及以上。
3.如权利要求1所述的新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,其特征在于,所述的高效保温层(3)可以是封闭的空腔,比如金属板网网箱,还可以是高效保温材料,如岩棉、聚苯板等。
4.如权利要求3所述的新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,其特征在于,所述的高效保温层(3)厚度可随工程需要做适时调整,其长度随板长变化,纵向端部距离加气混凝土条板的端部可为20cm到50cm。
5.如权利要求4所述的新型高效保温加气混凝土条板,其特征在于,所述的高效保温层(3)放置在钢筋骨架正中,通过与钢钎(6)绑扎或者在钢钎(6)上焊接卡条来固定。
