Abstract
本发明公开了一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,包括隔音板本体,隔音板本体的内部设有隔音棉,隔音板本体的一侧设有侧面板,隔音板本体的底端设有保温层,保温层的底端设有隔音层,隔音层的底端设有阻尼材料层,阻尼材料层的底端设有真空层,隔音层的表面设有阻性消音器,本发明通过在隔音板内部设置隔音棉和隔音层,所述螺旋杆的一侧设有第一漏料孔,所述第一漏料孔的一侧设有第一升降杆,所述第一升降杆的顶端设有第一旋转电机,所述螺旋杆的另一侧设有第二漏料孔,所述第二漏料孔的一侧设有第二升降杆,所述第二升降杆的顶端设有第二旋转电机,从而在居住过程中或者在施工过程保温、隔音性能得到很大改善,从而有效的提高了实用性。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种保温、隔音板材,具体涉及一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,属于建筑材料领域。
背景技术
1.声音是一种波状能量,需要介质才能传播。声音在同一种介质中传播时,介质密度越大,传播速度越快,比如在常温空气中的传播速度约为340米/秒,在铁轨中的传播速度约为5200米/秒。隔热隔音材料广泛应用于建筑、冶金、化工、电力、石油、建材、机械、轻工、纺织、军工、交通运输、仓储等各行各业,在国民经济中占有非常重要的地位。但行业在中国起步较晚,随着中国中国建筑业与房地产行业的告诉增长、人民生活水平的提高、环保意识的增强,隔热隔音材料的需求日益增长。目前,现有技术中的建筑板均为单层结构设计,具体有模板、玻璃板、塑料板等,其中尤以玻璃板使用最为广泛。但是,由于玻璃板没有保温、隔音的功能,所以应用在窗户或者门上时,其对室内的保温、隔音效果较差,尤其是当今建筑为了整体美观,采用大量的玻璃板作为墙体材料,导致建筑的保温效果较差,而为了保证建筑室内的保温效果,又需增加玻璃板的设置数量形成双层玻璃结构,增加了建筑的制造成本。
2.其实不仅是居住建筑,办公、教学、医院、体育等建筑,对隔声都有相应要求,不少旅馆公共走道或隔壁房间的噪杂声音常常影响房间内旅客的休息。良好的隔声环境是绿色建筑的重要特征之一。
3.多年来我国住宅、公寓等居住建筑由于使用轻质墙体屋面吊顶材料,不能有效隔离振动传声造成隔声问题一直是居民对住宅质量投诉最多的问题之一,由于楼板隔声太差,引起上下层住户发生争吵、不和,由于分户墙隔声差,造成左右邻居闹矛盾,成为社会问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是克服现有的保温、隔音板材为了整体美观,采用大量的玻璃板作为墙体材料,导致建筑的保温和隔音效果较差的问题,提供一种建筑用保温、隔音板材。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
本发明提供一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,包括隔音板本体,所述隔音板本体的内部设有隔音棉,所述隔音板本体的一侧设有侧面板,所述螺旋杆的一侧设有第一漏料孔,所述第一漏料孔的一侧设有第一升降杆,所述第一升降杆的顶端设有第一旋转电机,所述螺旋杆的另一侧设有第二漏料孔,所述第二漏料孔的一侧设有第二升降杆,所述第二升降杆的顶端设有第二旋转电机。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阻性消音器主要采用多孔吸声材料制成。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述隔音板本体与所述侧面板、所述保温层、所述隔音层和所述阻性消音器为固定连接。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述保温层采用膨胀珍珠岩。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述隔音板本体采用PVC材质所制。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述阻性消音器的孔径为1.5mm-2.5mm,所述阻性消音器为四个。
作为本发明的一种优选技术方案,所述真孔层与所述阻尼材料层之间设置有铝箔纸。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明通过在隔音板内部设置隔音棉和隔音层,很好的提高了该装置的隔音效果,通过在内部设置真空层,更好的提高了该装置的隔音效果,并且使得该装置的整体重量比现有的材料轻,通过设置保温层可以很好的提高保温效果,整个装置设计合理,而且保温、隔音效果极好,及抗热率高,易于生产和施工,从而在居住过程中或者在施工过程保温、隔音性能得到很大改善,从而有效的提高了实用性。

以下结合附图对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明提供一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,包括隔音板本体1,隔音板本体1的内部设有隔音棉2,隔音板本体1的一侧设有侧面板3,所述螺旋杆的一侧设有第一漏料孔,所述第一漏料孔的一侧设有第一升降杆,所述第一升降杆的顶端设有第一旋转电机,所述螺旋杆的另一侧设有第二漏料孔,所述第二漏料孔的一侧设有第二升降杆,所述第二升降杆的顶端设有第二旋转电机。
阻性消音器8主要采用多孔吸声材料制成,当声能在多孔材料的孔隙中摩擦而转化成热能耗散掉,达到隔音的效果。
隔音板本体1与侧面板3、保温层4、隔音层5和阻性消音器8为固定连接。
保温层4采用膨胀珍珠岩。
隔音板本体1采用PVC材质所制,有绿色环保之神,较好的耐酸碱性能。
阻性消音器8的孔径为1.5mm-2.5mm,阻性消音器8为四个,能够更好的达到消音的效果。
真孔层7与阻尼材料层6之间设置有铝箔纸,定性,保证遮光,不会掉落,不透光,无污染。
该装置是一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,通过隔音板本体1两侧连接的侧面板3,隔音板本体1由保温层4、隔音层5、阻尼材料层6和真孔层7依次组装而成,通过在隔音板本体1的表面设置隔音棉2,可以很好的对其外部隔音,当我们说话时声能通过阻性消音器8的孔隙中摩擦而转化成热能耗散掉,达到隔音的效果,通过保温层4可以让建筑以及家居都能得到很好的保温效果,因此通过设置一种建筑用保温、隔音板材能够达到隔音效果且结构简单,实用可靠,隔音效果较佳,广泛应用在建筑结构中泛应用在建筑结构中。
本发明通过在隔音板内部设置隔音棉和隔音层,很好的提高了该装置的隔音效果,通过在内部设置真空层,更好的提高了该装置的隔音效果,并且使得该装置的整体重量比现有的材料轻,通过设置保温层可以很好的提高保温效果,整个装置设计合理,而且保温、隔音效果极好,及抗热率高,易于生产和施工,从而在居住过程中或者在施工过程保温、隔音性能得到很大改善,从而有效的提高了实用性。

1.一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,包括隔音板本体(1),其特征在于,所述隔音板本体(1)的内部设有隔音棉(2),所述隔音板本体(1)的一侧设有侧面板(3),所述隔音板本体(1)的底端设有保温层(4),所述保温层(4)的底端设有隔音层(5),所述螺旋杆的一侧设有第一漏料孔,所述第一漏料孔的一侧设有第一升降杆,所述第一升降杆的顶端设有第一旋转电机,所述螺旋杆的另一侧设有第二漏料孔,所述第二漏料孔的一侧设有第二升降杆,所述第二升降杆的顶端设有第二旋转电机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,其特征在于,所述阻性消音器(8)主要采用多孔吸声材料制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,其特征在于,所述隔音板本体(1)与所述侧面板(3)、所述保温层(4)、所述隔音层(5)和所述阻性消音器(8)为固定连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,其特征在于,所述保温层(4)采用膨胀珍珠岩。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,其特征在于,所述隔音板本体(1)采用PVC材质所制。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,其特征在于,所述阻性消音器(8)的孔径为1.5mm-2.5mm,所述阻性消音器(8)为四个。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温、隔音板材,其特征在于,所述真孔层(7)与所述阻尼材料层(6)之间设置有铝箔纸。
