性能测试
按相关的国家标准方法检测本发明所有实施例、对比例的阻燃性能、抗张指数等参数,检测的材料规格为100g/m2,结果如下表所示。

1.一种新型防刮壁纸,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:大豆蛋白纤维 11-17、竹麻纤维23-34、抗氧化剂6-11、相容剂2-7、阻燃剂0.8-3.4、丙烯酸纤维18-31、羟丁基壳聚糖24-33、无碱低浮长玻纤6-13、糯米浆料36-49;所述糯米浆料的可溶性固形物含量为45%-55%;所述无碱低浮长玻纤的单丝直径为 28-35um,所述无碱低浮长玻纤的单丝长度为9-18mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型防刮壁纸,其特征在于,所述相容剂包括以下重量份数的组分:羟乙基纤维素2-6、甘露醇0.2-0.7、氯酸钾0.03-0.09、酒石酸钾钠1-6、明胶4-11、聚甲基丙烯酸 0.8-2.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型防刮壁纸,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂包括以下重量份数的组分:氮化硅陶瓷粉 19-27、纳米磷酸铝分子筛5-9。
4.根据权利要求3所述的新型防刮壁纸,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂的平均颗粒粒径为130-270um。
5.根据权利要求1所述的新型防刮壁纸,其特征在于,所述抗氧化剂包括以下重量份数的组分:杨梅树皮素 3-7、桑叶提取物 2-6、叶黄素 5-11。
