背景技术:
蚕丝被因轻柔、贴身保暖深受人们喜爱,目前,蚕丝被芯基本采用完好的蚕丝人工拉絮制作而成,不仅价格贵,而且长时间使用因使用中拉扯容易产生板结现象。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种蚕丝被芯制作方法,不仅价格便宜,而且不易产生板结现象。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种蚕丝被芯制作方法,其特征在于:原料采用由高端蚕丝服装边角料精开而成,所述原料呈短丝状;
所述原料经过全自动混棉机混合均匀成云絮状料;
所述絮状料通过高精度梳理及多道电控精准沉网,生成平整度高,克重均匀的胚料;
所述胚料进过多道针刺工艺形成半成品料,所述多道针刺工艺包括预刺、针刺外层、调整针刺等步骤;
所述预刺指针刺整体胚料,保证胚料蓬松且蚕丝上下错综连接,
所述针刺外层指针刺预刺后胚料的上下两面,使胚料上下两面各形成一层连接紧密、密度高且抗拉能力强的外层面;
所述调整针刺指经过针刺外层后的胚料通过调整针刺的过程调节胚料平整度,使其形成厚度均匀的半成品料;
所述蚕丝被芯由半成品料裁剪形成。
作为优选,所述单层料由光控智能裁剪设备裁剪而成。
作为优选,所述胚料厚度可以根据需要调整。
本发明的有益效果在于:
1,原料采用由高端蚕丝服装边角料精开而成,不仅实现了资源回收利用,而且价格便宜。
2,原料采用高端蚕丝服装边角料精开而成,相比传统蚕丝被油脂残余量大大减少,不容易发生质变,使用寿命长。
3,整个过程基本采用机械设备操作,效率高、成本低。
4,采用预刺工艺,保证了胚料上下交错,不易分离,采用针刺外层工艺,是胚料形成三层,不仅具有上下两层连接紧密、密度高且抗拉能力强,在使用过程中不易板结,而且中间部分具有蓬松度高,透气性好的优点。

如图1所示,一种蚕丝被芯制作方法,其特征在于:原料采用由高端蚕丝服装边角料精开而成,所述原料呈短丝状;
所述原料经过全自动混棉机混合均匀成云絮状料;
所述云絮状料通过高精度梳理形成由短丝状蚕丝错综交织成的絮状物,再经多道电控精准沉网,生成平整度高,克重均匀的胚料,
所述胚料进过多道针刺工艺形成半成品料,所述多道针刺工艺包括预刺、针刺外层、调整针刺等步骤;
所述针刺指采用带有倒勾的针来回上下针扎被料,由于倒勾作用,来回针扎被料能使蚕丝料上下交错。
所述预刺指针刺整体胚料,保证胚料蓬松且蚕丝上下错综连接,
如图2,所述针刺外层指针刺预刺后胚料的上下两面,使胚料上下两面各形成一层连接紧密、密度高且抗拉能力强的外层面;
