When medicinal materials are soaked fully and need to be drunk, the air bag I23 on the pressure plate 22 is inflated, the air bag I23 is in contact with the inner wall of the soaking cavity of the tank body 1, a closed space is formed between the air bag and the bottom of the soaking cavity, the pressure rod 21 is pushed downwards manually, the pressure plate 22 drives the air bag I23 to move downwards along the inner wall of the tank body 1, the volume of the closed space in the soaking cavity is reduced continuously, the air pressure is increased, and medicinal liquor flows out through a discharge hole in the inner wall of the tank body 1 under; when enough medicinal liquor flows out of the tank body 1, the pressure lever 21 drives the pressure plate 22 and the air bag to move upwards, the closing door realizes the opening of a vent hole on the pressure lever 21 under the action of the electromagnet I25, and outside air enters the soaking cavity of the tank body 1 to realize the balance of the pressure in the soaking cavity; when the pressing rod 21 drives the pressure plate 22 to move up and down, the electromagnet II 33 at the bottom of the pressure plate 22 is close to or far away from the material carrying plate 31 at the bottom of the tank body 1, and as the material carrying plate 31 is attracted by the magnetic force of the electromagnet II 33, the material carrying plate 31 can swing around the rotating shaft 32 to different degrees, so that medicinal materials on the material carrying plate 31 vibrate, and the soaking effect is improved; meanwhile, when the medicinal liquor is pressed into the distillation module 4, the material carrying plate 31 swings, so that effective ingredients in the medicinal materials can fully enter the distillation module 4 conveniently. After the medicinal liquor is pressed into the discharge hole through the material pressing module 2, the medicinal liquor is sprayed out in a fine particle shape through the spray hood 42, the exchange efficiency of the medicinal liquor and heat in the distillation chamber 41 is improved, the distillation effect of the medicinal liquor is further enhanced, the medicinal liquor is condensed in the condensation chamber 44 after being distilled and flows out through a medicinal liquor outlet on the outer wall of the tank body 1, and the extraction of the medicinal liquor is realized.
