本发明公开了一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒1‑3份、核桃叶2‑4份、夹竹桃叶2‑4份、苦参1‑3份、穿心莲3‑5份、木姜子3‑5份、黄花蒿3‑5份、紫花苜蓿5‑7份、增效剂0.3‑0.6份。本发明从天然中草药中提取得到的植物提取物制得的杀菌剂,各成分相互作用、相互影响,能杀灭食用百合基腐病的病菌,具有高效、价格低廉,对环境友好、不易产生抗药性、对人畜无害的优点。

一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及农药技术领域,具体涉及一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
百合为百合科百合属植物,为多年生宿根草本植物,其耐寒耐旱能力强,百合鳞片含有丰富的淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、果胶质、维生素、胡萝卜素等,还含有钙、磷、锌、铁、硒等微量元素和17种氨基酸。具有润肺止咳、清心安神、补脾健胃、清热解毒之功能,能治肺痨久咳、高血压等病症,还具有美容养颜的作用。基腐病是百合栽培中常见的病害,主要为害百合球茎基部和鳞片,发病后球根基盘或鳞片上产生褐色腐烂,沿鳞片向上,扩展,染病鳞片常从基盘上脱落,有时在外层鳞片上出现褐色病斑,发病轻的球茎症状不明显,地上部基部叶片黄化,病株矮小。目前常在发病前或发病初期用甲霜灵、锰锌可湿性粉剂、卡霉通等化学药物进行防治。
化学农药的出现及使用,在大大提高农作物产量及农业生产力的同时,不可避免地带来一些负面影响,例如对人类健康的危害、对环境的污染、对非靶标生物的影响、抗性的发展以及农业稳定性的减弱等。随着人们环保意识的增强,迫切希望能找到作用机制独特并对环境友好的新型农药。中草药资源丰富,种类繁多,植物性中药可以再生,为中草药的利用和研制农药新品种的药源提供了有力保障。植物源农药使得动植物体内无药物残留、无公害,此外中草药保持了各种成分的天然生物活性,其成分易被吸收利用,不能被吸收的也能顺利排出体外,在体外被细菌等分解,不会污染水环境。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂及其制备方法。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒1-3份、核桃叶2-4份、夹竹桃叶2-4份、苦参1-3份、穿心莲3-5份、木姜子3-5份、黄花蒿3-5份、紫花苜蓿5-7份、增效剂0.3-0.6份。
优选地,所述的防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒2份、核桃叶3份、夹竹桃叶3份、苦参2份、穿心莲4份、木姜子4份、黄花蒿4份、紫花苜蓿6份、增效剂0.45份。
优选地,所述增效剂为癸酸或乙酸铜。
相应地,本发明还提供了上述防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料混合粉碎,过20目筛,加入10倍量的80%乙醇浸泡8-10h,85℃水浴加热,回流提取1.5-2.5h,减压抽滤,重复上述提取过程3次,合并滤液,旋转蒸发浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.10,加入增效剂搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明从天然中草药中提取得到的植物提取物制得的杀菌剂,各成分相互作用、相互影响,能杀灭食用百合基腐病的病菌,具有高效、价格低廉,对环境友好、不易产生抗药性、对人畜无害的优点。

实施例1
一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒1份、核桃叶2份、夹竹桃叶2份、苦参1份、穿心莲3份、木姜子3份、黄花蒿3份、紫花苜蓿5份、增效剂0.3份。
上述防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料混合粉碎,过20目筛,加入10倍量的80%乙醇浸泡8h,85℃水浴加热,回流提取1.5h,减压抽滤,重复上述提取过程3次,合并滤液,旋转蒸发浓缩至相对密度为1.05,加入增效剂搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
实施例2
一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒2份、核桃叶3份、夹竹桃叶3份、苦参2份、穿心莲4份、木姜子4份、黄花蒿4份、紫花苜蓿6份、增效剂0.45份。

一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒3份、核桃叶4份、夹竹桃叶4份、苦参3份、穿心莲5份、木姜子5份、黄花蒿5份、紫花苜蓿7份、增效剂0.6份。
上述防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各原料混合粉碎,过20目筛,加入10倍量的80%乙醇浸泡10h,85℃水浴加热,回流提取2.5h,减压抽滤,重复上述提取过程3次,合并滤液,旋转蒸发浓缩至相对密度为1.10,加入增效剂搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。

1.一种防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒1-3份、核桃叶2-4份、夹竹桃叶2-4份、苦参1-3份、穿心莲3-5份、木姜子3-5份、黄花蒿3-5份、紫花苜蓿5-7份、增效剂0.3-0.6份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于由以下重量份原料制成:瑞星狼毒2份、核桃叶3份、夹竹桃叶3份、苦参2份、穿心莲4份、木姜子4份、黄花蒿4份、紫花苜蓿6份、增效剂0.45份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于所述增效剂为癸酸或乙酸铜。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治食用百合基腐病的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:将各原料混合粉碎,过20目筛,加入10倍量的80%乙醇浸泡8-10h,85℃水浴加热,回流提取1.5-2.5h,减压抽滤,重复上述提取过程3次,合并滤液,旋转蒸发浓缩至相对密度为1.05-1.10,加入增效剂搅拌均匀即得植物源杀菌剂。
