技术领域
本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,具体为一种厨房空气净化器。
背景技术
大气环境日益恶化,严重威胁人类的生存和经济的发展,由于人们长期处于室内,因此室内空气污染对人们的危害最大,由于我国大多数家庭沿用传统的中式烹调习惯,厨房对家居环境的污染早被人们所关注。厨房污染主要是空气污染,引起厨房内空气污染的因素是多方面的,与能源结构,所用的食用油种类,烹饪方法,食物种类等均有关系。一般厨房中常见的污染物有苯并芘,一氧化碳,可吸入颗粒物,氮氧化物等,它们在厨房通风不良或不通风,特别是在冬季门窗紧闭时会向室内扩散,造成室内污染。厨房污染物种类繁多,危害也是多方面的。
目前,市面上存在的各种抽油烟机或抽风机普遍采用抽风的方式将厨房内的油烟抽吸后直接向室外排放,这种方式易造成室外空气的污染。同时,市面上一般的家用抽油烟机主要针对烹饪时所产生的油烟,无法彻底的清除厨房内的残余油烟,这样,在烹饪结束后,停止运行抽油烟机时,厨房内仍然残留有烹饪时产生的各种气味。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种太阳能壁挂式雨水收集器,以解决上述背景技术中所提到的问题。

一种厨房空气净化器,包括集风罩、风机、控制装置和净化箱,所述风机安装在集风罩中间,所述风机进风口设置一层初滤网,在风机出风口设有所述净化箱,所述净化箱内设有毛细孔支架,所述毛细孔支架与设置在集风罩上的环型水箱连接,所述环型水箱设有水箱开关,所述水箱开关连接控制装置,所述控制装置连接一湿度传感器;所述净化箱由内向外依次安装有活性炭复合初效网和HEPA复合光触媒网,所述净化箱顶部设有紫外杀菌LED灯,所述紫外杀菌LED灯连接一负离子发生器件,所述紫外杀菌LED灯的一个灯脚插在负离子发生器件的插座上,负离子发生器件的另一端设有与紫外杀菌LED灯灯管相同的灯脚,所述净化箱外设有指示灯,所述指示灯连接控制装置,所述控制装置连接一空气质量传感器;所述空气质量传感器和湿度传感器设于集风罩上,所述集风罩上设有传感器门盖,所述传感器门盖为网状可拆卸结构,所述传感器门盖保证空气质量传感器和湿度传感器与大气相通。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、本发明通过控制装置接收并分析空气质量传感器的数据得出实时的空气质量,然后控制指示灯以不同的颜色指示相对应的空气质量,以直观的方式提醒人们所处环境的空气质量。
2、本发明通过控制装置接收并分析湿度传感器的数据得出实时的空气湿度,然后控制水箱开关打开进而通过毛细孔支架将水蒸汽挥发到空气中。
3、本发明通过紫外杀菌LED灯和负离子发生器件杀灭空气中的病毒和细菌,可提高空气净化器的杀菌速度和杀菌种类,即提高了空气净化器对空气的净化能力,进而大大降低了空气中病毒、细菌等有害微生物对人体健康的危害。
4、本发明既能排除厨房内烟雾,净化空气,又能进行湿度调节,同时有消毒杀菌等多样功能,具有体积巧小,安装方便,成本较低,美观大方,效果明显的特点。

本实施例中,所述活性炭复合初效网11由初效网和活性炭过滤网复合而成。初效网置于过滤部位的最前端,与活性炭过滤网复合在一起,对环境当中污染物进行初步过滤,可除去皮屑、尘土等稍大的颗粒物。活性炭过滤网,作为过滤层的第二层,采用粘炭的工艺,大大降低风阻,所使用的炭为煤质改性炭,做了改性处理,即为改性炭,改性处理后比一般的活性炭比表面积大,加强了吸附能力,其疏松多孔的结构能轻易把空气当中的甲醛、苯、TVOC等气态污染物吸走,从而达到净化的效果。
本实施例中,所述HEPA复合光触媒网12由高效HEPA过滤网和光触媒滤层复合而成。高效HEPA过滤网作为滤层的第三层采用欧洲标准H12等级的过滤纸来成型的过滤网,对微小的颗粒物具有很强的捕捉能力,孔径小、吸附容量大、净化效率高,能有效过滤烟雾、尘埃,特别针对雾霾空气当中的PM2.5。光触媒滤层为第四层,与紫外杀菌LED灯13配合能杀灭空气当中的部分细菌,对各种常见的病菌能很好的抑制和杀灭。
本实施例中,所述紫外杀菌LED灯13为向外发出紫外线波长在250nm~280nm之间的紫外LED灯。
本发明的空气质量传感器9检测到有害气体处于不同浓度的时候,会发出不同颜色的光线,在优选实施例中,会以绿色(或其他颜色)的灯光表示较优空气质量,以蓝色(或其他颜色)的灯光表示中等空气质量,以紫色(或其他颜色)的灯光表示较差空气质量,使人们可以直观知道空气质量的优劣。

本实施例提供的厨房空气净化器,结构简单,使用方便,能够有效对厨房内的空气进行净化,收集油烟,防止油烟在厨房中扩散,污染家居环境、空气及食物,解决了目前厨房用油烟机在使用过程中存在的弊端,在使用时,通过控制装置3控制净化器的启动,工作时,风机2转动,烟雾空气从集风罩1的下方,经初滤网5初效过滤进入净化机,阻隔毛发、飞虫和大颗粒漂浮物。吸进的空气经紫外杀菌LED灯13和负离子发生器件14杀灭空气中的病毒和细菌,可提高空气净化器的杀菌速度和杀菌种类,即提高了空气净化器对空气的净化能力,进而大大降低了空气中病毒、细菌等有害微生物对人体健康的危害。所述净化箱4由内向外依次安装有活性炭复合初效网11和HEPA复合光触媒网12,起到净化杀菌、吸附异味、排烟消雾和滤掉空气中的PM2.5颗粒的作用。清洁空气从净化箱4的四周和顶部散出,保证全部烟尘可以有效消除。
平时,当室内湿度低于控制装置3中的设定值时,水箱开关701打开,环型水箱7中的水就布满毛细孔支架6,从净化箱4四周排出的清洁空气,把水分带到空气中,从而提高了室内的湿度。当控制装置3检测到空气质量传感器9的信号时,通过所述指示灯15将空气质量信号显示出来。
