Starting a washing program or a rinsing program, enabling tap water to enter a water inlet and outlet space between the perforated areas of the outer cylinder and the inner cylinder through a water inlet pipeline, and enabling water to flow into the inner cylinder from the perforated areas and enter the non-perforated areas; when the drainage or dehydration procedure is started, the water in the inner cylinder enters the perforated area from the non-perforated area, or enters the perforated area from the non-perforated area under the guidance of the diversion structure, enters the water inlet and drainage space at the bottom through the perforated area, and is drained from the drainage pipeline. Therefore, water inlet and water discharge of the washing machine can be effectively realized, and meanwhile, no sewage enters a large part of closed areas between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, so that dirt accumulation is avoided, and cleaning is not needed.
Furthermore, after the washing program or the rinsing program is finished, the washing machine enters water to wash the water inlet and outlet space, and sewage is thoroughly washed.
After washing or rinsing is finished and water is drained, the washing machine is filled with water again to wash the water inlet and drainage space between the inner barrel and the outer barrel, so that residual sewage can be further washed clean, and residues are avoided.
And (3) washing process:
water inflow: when the washing machine is used for washing, the observation window 12 is closed, tap water enters the space between the outer barrel and the perforated area of the inner barrel through the water inlet pipeline 10, the water is flushed into the water inlet and outlet space 9, and enters the inner barrel 3 of the washing machine through the perforated area 4 of the inner barrel to reach a proper water level, no water enters the closed area 8 at the moment, and water exists in the water inlet and outlet space 9 and the inner barrel 3.
Washing and draining: after water is fed, the motor drives the inner cylinder to wash according to a certain rotation-stop ratio program. After the washing is finished, the drainage pump is opened to drain, and the washing water in the inner cylinder enters the bottom low point of the water inlet and drainage space through the water inlet and drainage hole of the perforated area 4 and is drained by the drainage pipeline 11.
Scouring: the water inlet pipeline 10 of the washing machine is used for feeding water to wash the water inlet and outlet space, so that sewage is thoroughly washed, and free water is discharged through the water outlet pipeline 11.
And (3) dehydrating: the inner cylinder 3 is dehydrated, water is guided to the porous area 4 from the non-porous area 5 of the inner cylinder through the flow guide structure on the inner surface of the inner cylinder 3, and enters the drainage pipeline 11 for drainage through the lower low point of the water inlet and drainage space.
The above process is then repeated to rinse until the end of the wash.

Claims (4)

1. A drum washing machine comprises a box body, an outer drum and an inner drum, and is characterized in that the inner drum comprises a perforated area with holes and a sealed imperforate area, the perforated area of the inner drum is arranged at a front flange close to one end of a throwing opening, one side of the perforated area far away from the throwing opening is provided with a sealing component, and the sealing component is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the outer drum and is in dynamic seal with the outer wall of the inner drum; a water inlet and drainage space is formed among the sealing assembly, a sealing window gasket of an observation window of the washing machine, a perforated area of the inner barrel and the outer barrel, and a flow guide structure for guiding water from the perforated area to the perforated area is arranged on the inner surface of the non-perforated area of the inner barrel;
the sealing assembly comprises a sealing ring and a fixing piece, the sealing ring is connected with the inner wall of the outer barrel through the fixing piece, and the sealing ring comprises a fixing ring, a connecting part, a dynamic sealing ring and a pre-tightening ring; the fixed ring is connected with the movable sealing ring through a connecting part, the fixed ring, the connecting part and the movable sealing ring are integrally formed, and the fixed ring is arranged on the outer ring of the movable sealing ring and is connected with the inner wall of the outer barrel; the inner wall of the dynamic sealing ring is in dynamic sealing with the outer wall of the inner barrel, and the outer wall of the dynamic sealing ring is provided with a pre-tightening ring which is used for pre-tightening the sealing assembly.

A drum washing machine according to claim 1, characterized in that a water inlet pipeline and a water discharge pipeline are arranged between the box body and the outer drum, and the water inlet pipeline and the water discharge pipeline are respectively communicated with the water inlet space and the water discharge space.

A drum washing machine as claimed in claim 2, characterized in that the water outlet of the water inlet pipeline is arranged on the outer drum wall of the water inlet and outlet space and corresponds to the perforated area on the upper part of the inner drum; the water inlet of the drainage pipeline is arranged on the outer cylinder wall of the water inlet and drainage space and corresponds to the perforated area at the lower part of the inner cylinder.
4. A control method of a drum washing machine according to any one of claims 1-3, comprising at least a washing program, a rinsing program and a dewatering program, characterized in that the washing machine executes the washing program or the rinsing program, and water enters from the perforated area of the inner drum into the non-perforated area when water enters; when the washing machine drains water or executes a dehydration program, water enters the porous area from the non-porous area;
after the washing procedure or the rinsing procedure is finished, the washing machine enters water to wash the water into the drainage space, and the sewage is thoroughly washed.
