技术领域
本发明涉及工业乳液加工领域,尤其涉及一种铝合金用热轧乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
铝合金板材具有密度低,但强度比较高等优点,塑性好,可加工成各种型材,在使用过程中具有很高的结构强度,配合其添加金属的特性,使铝合金具有和铝不同的金属特性,铝合金的质量较轻,容易加工,且具有高度的散热特性,从而使其可以应用于工业以及汽车等领域中,且市场也对铝合金板材的需求量逐年增大,而在铝合金板材的加工过程中,往往需要对其进行热轧处理,在热轧处理过程中,需要对铝合金板材进行润滑处理,防止其在加工过程中出现粘接等不良情况,因此在热轧过程中,需要用到热轧乳液能够避免这种情况的发生,同时使铝合金板材的质量更好,但是现有市面上所使用的热轧乳液在使用过程中存在大量不良问题,传统的热轧乳液长期放置过程中会出现失效的情况,不能够循环使用,且润滑效果差,且使用后的热轧乳液不能够方便人们的循环利用,一次性失效,会存在大量对环境有害的物质,非常不利于环保,而且热轧乳液中的大量有用物质也被排放,导致资源的浪费,不利于人们的长期使用。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种铝合金用热轧乳液及其制备方法。
本发明是采取以下技术方案来实现的:一种铝合金用热轧乳液,由以下重量份数的物料组成:三乙醇胺5-15份、硬脂酸2-12份、焦磷酸钠3-13份、乙基麦芽酚4-14份、六水硝酸钇1-9份、改性石蜡乳液2-14份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1-11份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺2-8份、亚磷酸二甲酯3-13份、苯骈三氮唑1-11份、醋酸正戊酯2-8份、对苯二甲酸3-13份、亚磷酸三酯2-8份、降凝剂3-13份。
所述改性石蜡乳液由以下方法制得:
(1)将石蜡放入反应釜中进行加热处理,加热温度为90-110℃,加热时间为100min,得到石蜡乳液;
(2)将步骤1中得到的石蜡乳液中添加硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯以及去离子水,放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌速度为360-400r/min,搅拌时间为170min;
(3)将步骤2中得到的物料进行降温处理,降温至50℃,即可得到改性石蜡乳液。
上述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液,由以下重量份数的物料组成:三乙醇胺5-13份、硬脂酸2-10份、焦磷酸钠3-11份、乙基麦芽酚4-12份、六水硝酸钇1-7份、改性石蜡乳液2-12份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1-9份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺2-6份、亚磷酸二甲酯3-11份、苯骈三氮唑1-9份、醋酸正戊酯2-6份、对苯二甲酸3-11份、亚磷酸三酯2-6份、降凝剂3-11份。
上述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液,由以下重量份数的物料组成:三乙醇胺10份、硬脂酸7份、焦磷酸钠8份、乙基麦芽酚9份、六水硝酸钇5份、改性石蜡乳液8份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、亚磷酸二甲酯8份、苯骈三氮唑6份、醋酸正戊酯5份、对苯二甲酸8份、亚磷酸三酯5份、降凝剂8份。
上述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液,所述降凝剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
上述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液的制备方法,由以下步骤组成:
(1)称取权利要求3中各物料的重量组成份数,将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯、苯骈三氮唑、醋酸正戊酯、对苯二甲酸和亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;
(2)将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A;
(3)将乳液A中加入改性石蜡乳液,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
综上所述本发明具有以下有益效果:本发明具有环保性能好、减小铝合金板材的磨损以及降温效果好等优点,所述异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚和椰油酸单乙醇酰胺可以有效的提高热轧乳液的清洁效果,通过异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚能够使热轧乳液形成稳定的分散体系,减小界面张力,在对铝合金板材的清洗过程中能够起到较好的清洁效果,达到除杂去污的作用;所述椰油酸单乙醇酰胺中的的酰胺键能够使该原料具有更好的稳定性,所述酰胺键和异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚中的异构醇反应所形成的异构醇酰胺具有较好的清洁效果,且由于分子中含有的异构键从而使该物料具有优良的清洁效果以及硬水性能;通过添加亚磷酸二甲酯的热轧乳液能够防止铝合金板材在加工过程出现烧结和刮伤的情况,减小铝合金板材在加工过程中所承受的磨损,提高了铝合金板材加工的质量;所述醋酸正戊酯和三乙醇胺共同作用能够使热轧乳液更为稳定,所述三乙醇胺是一种极性很强的非离子表面活性剂,能够减少乳液中颗粒出现团聚的情况,所述三乙醇胺和醋酸正戊酯中的醋酸官能团作用,并且在分子内酯化为环状结构,因此更为稳定,即使在长期放置过程中也不会出现破乳的情况,从而延长了热轧乳液的保存时间,降低了使用成本;所述石蜡乳液和硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯中的小分子作用,这些小分子在石蜡乳液表面分凝且聚积在石蜡乳液表面,形成一层弱界面层,使石蜡乳液表面变为极性集团化,扩大了表面张力,因此通过改性处理后的石蜡乳液具有较高的稳定性能、相变焓值高以及化学稳定性好等优点,且不含有对环境有害的物质,使热轧乳液更具环保性能,且能够起到较好的润滑效果,方便人们的使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以根据权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
改性石蜡乳液的制备
(1)将石蜡放入反应釜中进行加热处理,加热温度为90-110℃,加热时间为100min,得到石蜡乳液;
(2)将步骤1中得到的石蜡乳液中添加硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯以及去离子水,放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌速度为360-400r/min,搅拌时间为170min;
(3)将步骤2中得到的物料进行降温处理,降温至50℃,即可得到改性石蜡乳液。
实施例1
称取三乙醇胺5份、硬脂酸2份、焦磷酸钠3份、乙基麦芽酚4份、六水硝酸钇1份、改性石蜡乳液2份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺2份、亚磷酸二甲酯3份、苯骈三氮唑1份、醋酸正戊酯2份、对苯二甲酸3份、亚磷酸三酯2份、降凝剂3份,然后将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯、苯骈三氮唑、醋酸正戊酯、对苯二甲酸和亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A;将乳液A中加入改性石蜡乳液,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
实施例2
称取三乙醇胺10份、硬脂酸7份、焦磷酸钠8份、乙基麦芽酚9份、六水硝酸钇5份、改性石蜡乳液8份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、亚磷酸二甲酯8份、苯骈三氮唑6份、醋酸正戊酯5份、对苯二甲酸8份、亚磷酸三酯5份、降凝剂8份,然后将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯、苯骈三氮唑、醋酸正戊酯、对苯二甲酸和亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A;将乳液A中加入改性石蜡乳液,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
实施例3
称取三乙醇胺15份、硬脂酸12份、焦磷酸钠13份、乙基麦芽酚14份、六水硝酸钇9份、改性石蜡乳液14份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚11份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺8份、亚磷酸二甲酯13份、苯骈三氮唑11份、醋酸正戊酯8份、对苯二甲酸13份、亚磷酸三酯8份、降凝剂13份,然后将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯、苯骈三氮唑、醋酸正戊酯、对苯二甲酸和亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A;将乳液A中加入改性石蜡乳液,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
对比例1
称取三乙醇胺5份、硬脂酸2份、焦磷酸钠3份、乙基麦芽酚4份、六水硝酸钇1份、改性石蜡乳液2份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺2份、苯骈三氮唑1份、亚磷酸三酯2份、降凝剂3份,然后将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、苯骈三氮唑、亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
对比例2
称取三乙醇胺10份、硬脂酸7份、焦磷酸钠8份、乙基麦芽酚9份、六水硝酸钇5份、改性石蜡乳液8份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、苯骈三氮唑6份、亚磷酸三酯5份、降凝剂8份,然后将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、苯骈三氮唑、亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
对比例3
称取三乙醇胺15份、硬脂酸12份、焦磷酸钠13份、乙基麦芽酚14份、六水硝酸钇9份、改性石蜡乳液14份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺8份、苯骈三氮唑11份、对苯二甲酸13份、亚磷酸三酯8份、降凝剂13份,然后将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、苯骈三氮唑、亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
实验方法:按照以上实施例以及对比例中各物料的重量份数以及制备方法制得热轧乳液,得到实验数据如下表1:
通过表1可以看出,本发明具有润滑效果好、处理效果稳定以及使用效果好等优点,方便人们的长期使用。

Claims (5)

1.一种铝合金用热轧乳液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的物料组成:三乙醇胺5-15份、硬脂酸2-12份、焦磷酸钠3-13份、乙基麦芽酚4-14份、六水硝酸钇1-9份、改性石蜡乳液2-14份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1-11份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺2-8份、亚磷酸二甲酯3-13份、苯骈三氮唑1-11份、醋酸正戊酯2-8份、对苯二甲酸3-13份、亚磷酸三酯2-8份、降凝剂3-13份
所述改性石蜡乳液由以下方法制得:
(1)将石蜡放入反应釜中进行加热处理,加热温度为90-110℃,加热时间为100min,得到石蜡乳液;
(2)将步骤1中得到的石蜡乳液中添加硬脂酸聚氧乙烯酯以及去离子水,放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌速度为360-400r/min,搅拌时间为170min;
(3)将步骤2中得到的物料进行降温处理,降温至50℃,即可得到改性石蜡乳液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的物料组成:三乙醇胺5-13份、硬脂酸2-10份、焦磷酸钠3-11份、乙基麦芽酚4-12份、六水硝酸钇1-7份、改性石蜡乳液2-12份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚1-9份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺2-6份、亚磷酸二甲酯3-11份、苯骈三氮唑1-9份、醋酸正戊酯2-6份、对苯二甲酸3-11份、亚磷酸三酯2-6份、降凝剂3-11份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的物料组成:三乙醇胺10份、硬脂酸7份、焦磷酸钠8份、乙基麦芽酚9份、六水硝酸钇5份、改性石蜡乳液8份、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚6份、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺5份、亚磷酸二甲酯8份、苯骈三氮唑6份、醋酸正戊酯5份、对苯二甲酸8份、亚磷酸三酯5份、降凝剂8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液,其特征在于:所述降凝剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的一种铝合金用热轧乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,由以下步骤组成:
(1)称取权利要求3中各物料的重量组成份数,将三乙醇胺、硬脂酸、焦磷酸钠、乙基麦芽酚、六水硝酸钇、异构十醇聚氧乙烯醚、椰油酸单乙醇酰胺、亚磷酸二甲酯、苯骈三氮唑、醋酸正戊酯、对苯二甲酸和亚磷酸三酯放入搅拌装置中进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为160min,搅拌的同时对其进行加热处理,加热温度为75-95℃;
(2)将步骤1中的到的物料中加入聚丙烯酸酯,并通过超声波处理,处理时间为30min,得到乳液A;
(3)将乳液A中加入改性石蜡乳液,放入搅拌装置中再次进行搅拌处理,搅拌时间为170min,加入并保持温度至85-95℃,即可得到成品。
