本发明涉及食用菌加工技术领域，尤其为一种食用菌切片机，包括切片机体，所述切片机体的底部竖直设置有支撑轮，所述切片机体的顶部设置有传送装置和切片装置，所述传送装置开设有传送孔，所述传送孔的内部设置有传送带；所述切片装置的内壁开设有切片固定孔，所述切片装置的一端连接有出料盘。本发明通过一个切片滚的侧壁设置有切片刀槽，切片刀槽与切片刀相互的卡接，通过切片滚的设置能够在实际的使用当中就有快速的切片功能，同时不会有卡机或掉刀的风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及食用菌加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种食用菌切片机。
背景技术
随着社会的进步，人们越来越多的对休闲食品有了追求，出现了较多的生产即食食品的生产厂家，在加工时，将食品原料切成合适大小是必不可少的一个环节。对于即食食用菌产品的生产，当然也需要切片，或者切丝，特别是对于杏鲍菇这种比较大的食用菌类，在蒸煮加工前一定要经过切割，如果人工切片不但费时费力，而且切割的厚薄也存在差异，影响产品的整体品质。
现有技术中的切割机还存在一定不足，尤其在实际的使用中的效率低和实用操作难等缺点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点，而提出的一种食用菌切片机。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用了如下技术方案：
一种食用菌切片机，包括切片机体，所述切片机体的底部竖直设置有支撑轮，所述切片机体的顶部设置有传送装置和切片装置，所述传送装置开设有传送孔，所述传送孔的内部设置有传送带，所述切片装置的内壁开设有切片固定孔，所述切片装置的一端连接有出料盘。
优选的，所述切片装置的内部设置有切片滚，所述切片滚的两端设置有固定轴。
优选的，所述切片机体的侧壁设置有控制面板，所述控制面板上设置有控制按钮。
优选的，所述切片机体的侧壁设置有接线柱，所述接线柱远离所述切片机体的一端线性连接有导线，所述导线远离所述接线柱的一端线性连接有插头。
优选的，所述固定轴套接于所述切片固定孔的内壁。
优选的，所述切片滚的面部设置有切片刀，一个切片滚的侧壁设置有切片刀槽，所述切片刀槽与所述切片刀相互的卡接。
与现有技术相比，本发明提出了一种食用菌切片机，具有以下有益效果：
本发明将用来针对现有技术中的不足作出相应的创新性得了改进，同时增加其使用性。
本发明将推出一种食用菌切片机，切片装置的内部设置有切片滚，切片滚的两端设置有固定轴，切片机体的侧壁设置有控制面板，控制面板上设置有控制按钮，切片机体的侧壁设置有接线柱，接线柱远离切片机体的一端线性连接有导线，导线远离接线柱的一端线性连接有插头，固定轴套接于切片固定孔的内壁，切片滚的面部设置有切片刀，一个切片滚的侧壁设置有切片刀槽，切片刀槽与切片刀相互的卡接。
本发明通过在一个切片滚的侧壁设置有切片刀槽，切片刀槽与切片刀相互的卡接，通过切片滚的设置能够在实际的使用当中就有快速的切片功能，同时不会有卡机或掉刀的风险。
本发明中，该装置中未涉及部分均与现有技术相同或可采用现有技术加以实现，本发明结构简单，操作安全，切片快速。

请参照图1-4，一种食用菌切片机，包括切片机体1，所述切片机体1的底部竖直设置有支撑轮2，所述切片机体1的顶部设置有传送装置8和切片装置9，所述传送装置8开设有传送孔10，所述传送孔10的内部设置有传送带11，所述切片装置9的内壁开设有切片固定孔12，所述切片装置9的一端连接有出料盘13。
所述切片装置9的内部设置有切片滚14，所述切片滚14的两端设置有固定轴15。
所述切片机体1的侧壁设置有控制面板3，所述控制面板3上设置有控制按钮4。
所述切片机体1的侧壁设置有接线柱5，所述接线柱5远离所述切片机体1的一端线性连接有导线6，所述导线6远离所述接线柱5的一端线性连接有插头7。
所述固定轴15套接于所述切片固定孔12的内壁。
所述切片滚14的面部设置有切片刀16，一个切片滚14的侧壁设置有切片刀槽17，所述切片刀槽17与所述切片刀16相互的卡接。
本发明中，切片滚14的两端设置有固定轴15，切片机体1的侧壁设置有控制面板3，控制面板3上设置有控制按钮4，切片机体1的侧壁设置有接线柱5，接线柱5远离切片机体1的一端线性连接有导线6，导线6远离接线柱5的一端线性连接有插头7。使用时在一个切片滚14的侧壁设置有切片刀槽17，切片刀槽17与切片刀16相互的卡接，通过切片滚14的设置能够在实际的使用当中就有快速的切片功能，同时不会有卡机或掉刀的风险。

1.一种食用菌切片机，包括切片机体（1），其特征在于，所述切片机体（1）的底部竖直设置有支撑轮（2），所述切片机体（1）的顶部设置有传送装置（8）和切片装置（9），所述传送装置（8）开设有传送孔（10），所述传送孔（10）的内部设置有传送带（11），所述切片装置（9）的内壁开设有切片固定孔（12），所述切片装置（9）的一端连接有出料盘（13）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌切片机，其特征在于，所述切片装置（9）的内部设置有切片滚（14），所述切片滚（14）的两端设置有固定轴（15）。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌切片机，其特征在于，所述切片机体（1）的侧壁设置有控制面板（3），所述控制面板（3）上设置有控制按钮（4）。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种食用菌切片机，其特征在于，所述切片机体（1）的侧壁设置有接线柱（5），所述接线柱（5）远离所述切片机体（1）的一端线性连接有导线（6），所述导线（6）远离所述接线柱（5）的一端线性连接有插头（7）。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种食用菌切片机，其特征在于，所述固定轴（15）套接于所述切片固定孔（12）的内壁。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种食用菌切片机，其特征在于，所述切片滚（14）的面部设置有切片刀（16），一个切片滚（14）的侧壁设置有切片刀槽（17），所述切片刀槽（17）与所述切片刀（16）相互的卡接。
