本发明公开一种高效变形水结构,包括出水面板以及布设在出水面板上的喷嘴,所述喷嘴的前端设有出水孔,该喷嘴的内部间隔设置普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道,该普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道倾斜分设在出水孔中心线的两侧,与出水孔中心线形成夹角,该普通水出水水道与出水孔相通组成普通水,该变形水出水水道与出水孔相通组成聚焦样态的变形水。

技术领域
本发明涉及卫浴产品领域,特别指一种变形水结构。
背景技术
出水设备比如花洒、抽拉龙头等造型各异、式样繁多,出水设备出水水花大小受水压影响比较大,水压高时,水流强劲,水花喷淋面积比较大,水压低时,水流速低,出水水花小,喷淋面积小,冲刷力弱,使用效果不理想。现有技术中为克服水压低的问题,一些是在出水设备内部设置增压结构,使得出水设备内部结构复杂,制作成本高,另有一种是通过出水孔孔径大小的变化来调整出水效果,水压低时,通过出水面板上小孔径的出水孔以形成具有一定压力的冲击水流,保持较佳的水花形态,水压高时,则通过出水面板上大孔径出水孔,藉此降低水的流速,减小冲击力,使水花轻柔、舒适,这样出水面板上必须同时布设小孔径的出水孔和大孔径出水孔,制作工艺复杂,而且出水时面板上只能选择对应小孔径出水孔的区域出水或者对应大孔径出水孔的区域出水,出水面积受到局限,出水效果不佳。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种结构新颖的高效变形水结构,通过结构的改进,可应对高低水压的变化,以提供较佳的出水效果。
为达上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案是:一种高效变形水结构,包括出水面板以及布设在出水面板上的喷嘴,所述喷嘴的前端设有出水孔,该喷嘴内部间隔设有普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道,该普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道倾斜分设在出水孔中心线的两侧,与出水孔中心线形成夹角,该普通水出水水道与出水孔相通组成普通水,该变形水出水水道与出水孔相通组成聚焦样态的变形水。
所述夹角大于等于0°小于90°。
所述喷嘴可按夹角大小依照递增或递减的规律排布在出水面板上。
所述喷嘴前端出水孔为单孔设置,该普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道与出水孔选择性相通。
所述喷嘴前端出水孔为双孔设置,该双孔分别与普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道对应相通。
所述喷嘴均匀或环状布设在出水面板上。
采用上述结构,本发明出水面板各喷嘴内成型两个分别对应正常水压的普通水出水水道和对应低水压的变形水出水水道,使用时可根据水压大小或个人需要,切换水路,选择性导通相对应的水道,形成普通水或聚焦水的变形水,在水压低的情况下形成聚焦的变形水可维持较强冲刷力,有效解决因造成出水效果不佳的问题,本发明结构新颖,特别可适用于水压不稳定的环境。

具体实施方式
以下配合附图及具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作详细说明。如图1至图7所示,本发明一种高效变形水结构,包括有出水面板1以及布设在出水面板1上的喷嘴2。
所述喷嘴2至少一组均匀或环状布设在出水面板2上,该喷嘴2的前端设有出水孔21,本案特别的是该喷嘴2内部间隔设置两个出水水道,为普通水出水水道22和变形水出水水道23,该普通水出水水道22和变形水出水水道23倾斜分设在出水孔21中心线的两侧,与出水孔21中心线形成夹角,该夹角大于等于0°小于90°,夹角的大小可决定出水水花的形态,该普通水出水水道22与出水孔21相通组成普通水,变形水出水水道23与出水孔21相通组成聚焦样态的变形水。
本发明该变形水结构可实施应用于淋浴花洒、龙头、喷枪等出水设备上。本发明实施例一,该变形水结构应用于淋浴花洒3,出水面板1安装在淋浴花洒3上,该淋浴花洒3内部分别设有对应连通喷嘴普通水出水水道22和变形水出水水道23的水路,两水路通过手持花洒3内设的切换结构进行切换,该切换结构采用现有技术,使用中,如图2所示,水压正常时,导通普通水出水水道22的水路,此时变形水出水水道23不通水,水经普通水出水水道22连通出水孔21流出组成普通水,淋浴花洒3的水花呈向外扩张的花洒水样态;水压低时,如图所示3,操作切换结构,导通变形水出水水道23的水路,水经变形水出水水道23连通出水孔21流出,淋浴花洒3的水花呈向中心聚拢的聚焦水样态。
本发明实施例二,该变形水结构应用于抽拉龙头4,出水面板1安装在抽拉龙头4上,如图4、5所示,水压正常时,导通该出水面板上喷嘴的普通水出水水道22的水路,此时变形水出水水道23不通水,水通过普通水出水水道22经出水孔21流出,抽拉龙头4水花呈向外扩张的普通花洒水样态;水压低时,如图6所示,通过切换结构切换导通变形水出水水道33的水路,此时普通水出水水道22不通水,水通过变形水出水水道23经2出水孔21流出,抽拉龙头4水花呈向中心聚拢的聚焦水样态。
本发明喷嘴2前端的出水孔21可为单孔设置或双孔设置,出水孔21为单孔时,普通水出水水道22和变形水出水水道23与该出水孔21选择性相通组成普通水或变形水;出水孔21为双孔设置时,如图7、7A、8所示,该出水孔的双孔分别与普通水出水水道22和变形水出水水道23对应相通组成普通水或变形水。
需要说明的是,本发明普通水出水水道22和变形水出水水道23与出水孔21中心线之间夹角的大小在制造中可根据需要进行设定,并且喷嘴可按夹角大小依照递增或递减的规律,或者是依其它规律排布在花洒面板上,可形成各种不同形态的水花,如图9、10所示,喷嘴按一定规律排布后变形水花可聚焦成一个小圈或聚焦成扫把状的形态等等。
采用上述结构,本发明花洒面板的各喷嘴内成型了对应正常水压的普通水出水水道和对应低水压的变形水出水水道,使用时可根据水压大小或个人需要,切换水路,选择性导通相对应的水道,形成普通水或聚焦的变形水出水形态,在水压低的情况下形成聚焦的变形水可维持较强的冲刷力,有效解决因造成出水效果不佳的问题,本发明结构新颖,特别可适用于水压不稳定的环境。

Claims (6)
1.一种高效变形水结构,包括出水面板以及布设在出水面板上的喷嘴,其特征在于:所述喷嘴的前端设有出水孔,该喷嘴的内部间隔设有普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道,该普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道倾斜分设在出水孔中心线的两侧,与出水孔中心线形成夹角,该普通水出水水道与出水孔相通组成普通水,该变形水出水水道与出水孔相通组成聚焦样态的变形水。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高效变形水结构,其特征在于:所述夹角大于等于0°小于90°。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种高效变形水结构,其特征在于:所述喷嘴可按夹角大小依照递增或递减的规律排布在出水面板上。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高效变形水结构,其特征在于:所述喷嘴前端出水孔为单孔设置,该普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道与出水孔选择性相通。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种高效变形水结构,其特征在于:所述喷嘴前端出水孔为双孔设置,该双孔分别与普通水出水水道和变形水出水水道对应相通。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种高效变形水结构,其特征在于:所述喷嘴均匀或环状布设在出水面板上。
