本实用新型公开了一种迷你型水路结构,包括水路通道件和若干个水路开关,水路通道件设有进水端、出水端、开关安装部和过水通道,过水通道的两端分别与进水端和出水端相连;开关安装部一体成型,其与过水通道沿水路方向相连接;所述水路开关在开关安装部上按水路方向顺序设置,且以开关内部水路顺序串联,其工作状态包括直出分水和串联分水,过水通道的内腔与水路开关配合,当水路开关处于直出分水状态时,流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至过水通道出水端,当水路开关处于串联分水状态时,流经该水路开关的水被导至串联的下一水路部件。本实用新型减小了水路切换部件的占用空间,可以在体积较小的家用水路器件上实现更多的水路切换数。

本实用新型涉及水路部件,尤其是一种迷你型水路结构。
背景技术
在家庭水路器件中,水路切换部件是常用的器件,然而传统水路切换部件的功能零部件较多,需占用一定的空间才能实现其功用,当在体积较小的水路器件(如水龙头、淋浴花洒)上安装切换部件时,传统的水路切换部件往往仅能实现较少的水路切换数目。
发明内容
本实用新型提出一种迷你型水路结构,其水路通道部件和水路切换开关安装结构一体成型,从而减小了水路切换部件的占用空间,从而可以在体积较小的家用水路器件上实现较多的水路切换数。
本实用新型采用以下技术方案。
一种迷你型水路结构,所述水路结构包括水路通道件和若干个水路开关,所述水路通道件设有进水端、出水端、开关安装部和过水通道,所述进水端和出水端均与外部水路部件相连,所述过水通道的两端分别与进水端和出水端相连;所述开关安装部一体成型,其与过水通道沿水路方向相连接;所述水路开关在开关安装部上按水路方向顺序设置,且以开关内部水路顺序串联,其工作状态包括直出分水和串联分水,所述过水通道的内腔与水路开关配合,当水路开关处于直出分水状态时,流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至过水通道出水端,当水路开关处于串联分水状态时,流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至与该开关串联的下一水路部件。

所述水路开关上连接有驱动水路开关切换工作状态的驱动件。
当水路开关处于串联分水状态时,若该水路开关位于开关安装部最末端,则流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至过水通道出水端,若该水路开关不位于开关安装部最末端,则流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至与该水路开关相串联的下一水路开关。
本实用新型中,开关安装部一体成型,其与过水通道沿水路方向相连接;所述水路开关在开关安装部上按水路方向顺序设置,且以开关内部水路顺序串联,该结构使水路开关以较紧凑的方式安装于水路结构中,有利于减小产品体积。
本实用新型中,水路开关之间以开关内部水路顺序串联,水路开关的工作状态包括直出分水和串联分水,所述过水通道的内腔与水路开关配合,当水路开关处于串联分水状态时,若该水路开关位于开关安装部最末端,则流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至过水通道出水端,若该水路开关不位于开关安装部最末端,则流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至与该水路开关相串联的下一水路开关。该结构使得过水通道的内腔与水路开关的工作状态相匹配,可以把水引导至与水路开关对应的水路上实现不同出水口的切换。
本实用新型中,过水通道与开关安装部一体成型,过水通道与开关安装部以注塑工艺成型。由于该设计采用一体成型工艺,结构上减少了连接件的使用,从而进一步减小了水路开关的间距,进一步减小了水路切换部件的体积,而且有利于提升水路切换部件的良品率和工作稳定性。
本实用新型中,过水通道与开关安装部一体成型,水路开关在开关安装部上按水路方向顺序设置,且以开关内部水路顺序串联,水路开关上连接有驱动水路开关切换工作状态的驱动件,由于水路切换部件的结构是一体成型的,所以可以在较小的体积上实现较高的结构强度,也就意味着在水路切换部件上使用较小的水路开关,而且开关的间距可以很小,不仅可以增加水路切换部件的水路切换数,而且微型开关往往所需的驱动力也小,有利于该结构与外部控制电路结合,实现更丰富的自动化水路控制策略。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种迷你型水路结构,所述水路结构包括水路通道件6和若干个水路开关1,所述水路通道件6设有进水端3、出水端4、开关安装部2和过水通道,所述进水端3和出水端4均与外部水路部件相连,所述过水通道的两端分别与进水端3和出水端4相连;所述开关安装部2一体成型,其与过水通道沿水路方向相连接;所述水路开关1在开关安装部2上按水路方向顺序设置,且以开关内部水路5顺序串联,其工作状态包括直出分水和串联分水,所述过水通道的内腔7与水路开关1配合,当水路开关1处于直出分水状态时,流经该水路开关1的水被过水通道内腔7导至过水通道出水端4,当水路开关1处于串联分水状态时,流经该水路开关1的水被过水通道内腔7导至与该开关1串联的下一水路部件。
所述过水通道与开关安装部2一体成型。
所述过水通道与开关安装部2以注塑工艺成型。
所述水路开关1上连接有驱动水路开关切换工作状态的驱动件。
当水路开关1处于串联分水状态时,若该水路开关1位于开关安装部2最末端,则流经该水路开关1的水被过水通道内腔7导至过水通道出水端4,若该水路开关1不位于开关安装部2最末端,则流经该水路开关1的水被过水通道内腔7导至与该水路开关相串联的下一水路开关。
实施例:
如图2所示,水路结构上部的左侧、右侧各设一水路开关,水路结构的进水端3有一个进水口,出水端4有上、中、下三个出水口,此三个出水口分别与外部莲蓬头内的三个水道对接,分别对应外部莲蓬头的三种出水方式(例如急速、细流和雾化)。
当图中右侧水路开关被提起时,右侧水路开关处于直出分水状态,水自进水端3流进过水通道后,自出水端4底部的出水口流出,使外部莲蓬头的出水方式切换为与下端出水口对应的出水方式。
当图中右侧水路开关被压下时,右侧水路开关处于串联分水状态,水自进水端3流进过水通道后,被过水通道内腔7引导,从水路开关的串联水路5流至左侧水路开关内。
此时如左侧水路开关被提起,则左侧水路开关处于直出分水状态,水流进左侧水路开关后,自出水端4中部的出水口流出,使外部莲蓬头的出水方式切换为与中部出水口对应的出水方式。
此时如左侧水路开关被压下,则左侧水路开关处于串联分水状态,由于与左侧水路开关串联的水路部件为出水端4的上部出水口,因此水流进左侧水路开关后,从出水端4上部的出水口流出,使外部莲蓬头的出水方式切换为与上部出水口对应的出水方式。

1.一种迷你型水路结构,其特征在于:所述水路结构包括水路通道件和若干个水路开关,所述水路通道件设有进水端、出水端、开关安装部和过水通道,所述进水端和出水端均与外部水路部件相连,所述过水通道的两端分别与进水端和出水端相连;所述开关安装部一体成型,其与过水通道沿水路方向相连接;所述水路开关在开关安装部上按水路方向顺序设置,且以开关内部水路顺序串联,其工作状态包括直出分水和串联分水,所述过水通道的内腔与水路开关配合,当水路开关处于直出分水状态时,流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至过水通道出水端,当水路开关处于串联分水状态时,流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至与该开关串联的下一水路部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种迷你型水路结构,其特征在于:所述过水通道与开关安装部一体成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种迷你型水路结构,其特征在于:所述过水通道与开关安装部以注塑工艺成型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种迷你型水路结构,其特征在于:所述水路开关上连接有驱动水路开关切换工作状态的驱动件。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种迷你型水路结构,其特征在于:当水路开关处于串联分水状态时,若该水路开关位于开关安装部最末端,则流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至过水通道出水端,若该水路开关不位于开关安装部最末端,则流经该水路开关的水被过水通道内腔导至与该水路开关相串联的下一水路开关。
