本发明公开了一种环糊精-纤维素尿酸吸附剂的制备方法,属于尿酸吸附剂技术,该方法包括以下过程,将纤维素溶于NaOH溶液中,在该碱溶液中加入交联剂,在30-60℃进行2-10小时聚合反应;再按聚合物与环糊精的质量比为2-6∶1加入环糊精,在30-60℃反应2-6小时,反应结束后经干燥、粉碎,得到环糊精-纤维素吸附剂,所述纤维素为微晶纤维素或Α-纤维素;所述交联剂选自环氧氯丙烷、1,2-乙二醇二缩水甘油醚或1,2-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚;所述环糊精为Β-环糊精、甲基Β-环糊精或羟丙基Β-环糊精,本发明的优点在于制备工艺简单,制得吸附剂吸附速率快、结合能力强、不易脱落,在4h吸附能力为150μg/G,并且无毒副作用,制作原料来源方便,价格便宜。

技术领域
本发明是关于一种环糊精-纤维素尿酸吸附剂的制备方法,属于尿酸吸附剂技术。
背景技术
尿酸是人体内一种重要的代谢物,尤其出现在慢性肾功能衰竭、高尿酸血症和高脂血症等疾病中,临床上一般采用血液透析的方法,而口服吸附剂是一种新型的、使用方便、有效的治疗方法,其原理是,服下的吸附剂到达人体的肠道后,吸附蓄积在体内的毒物,随同粪便一起排出体外,从而可以达到缓解病症,抑制病情进一步恶化的目的,迄今国内没有关于尿酸口服吸附剂的研究报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环糊精-纤维素尿酸吸附剂的制备方法,该方法制备工艺简单、所制备的吸附剂对尿酸吸附能力强,价格低廉,本发明是通过下述技术方案加以实现的,一种制备环糊精-纤维素尿酸吸附剂的方法,其特征包括以下过程1)将纤维素溶于浓度为20-30%的NaOH溶液中,按其与交联剂的体积比25-300%,在碱溶液中加入交联剂,在30-60℃进行2-10小时聚合反应;2)在上述反应液中,按聚合物与环糊精的质量比为2-6∶1加入环糊精,在30-60℃反应2-6小时,反应结束后经干燥、粉碎,得到环糊精-纤维素吸附剂,上述纤维素为微晶纤维素或Α-纤维素,上述交联剂选自环氧氯丙烷、1,2-乙二醇二缩水甘油醚或1,2-丁二醇二缩水甘油醚,上述环糊精为Β-环糊精、甲基Β-环糊精或羟丙基Β-环糊精,本发明的优点在于制备工艺简单,所制得吸附剂吸附速率快、结合能力强、不易脱落,在4h吸附能力为150μg/G,并且无毒副作用,制作原料来源方便,价格便宜。

1.一种环糊精-纤维素尿酸吸附剂的制备方法,其特征包括以下过程1)将纤维素溶于浓度为20-30%的NaOH溶液中,按其与交联剂的体积比25-300%,在碱溶液中加入交联剂,在30-60℃进行2-10小时聚合反应;2)在上述反应液中,按聚合物与环糊精的质量比为2-6∶1加入环糊精,在30-60℃反应2-6小时,反应结束后经干燥、粉碎,得到环糊精-纤维素吸附剂。
