本发明公开了一种用于锥孔直径检测的测具,包括垫套、套管、测杆,测杆套设于套管中;垫套表面沿轴线方向开有锥形凹槽,锥形凹槽的底面开有通孔;套管的底面开有圆形凹槽,圆形凹槽的底面开有安装通孔,测杆安装固定于安装通孔中,套管的侧壁开有与安装通孔相连通的定位通孔,定位通孔中安装有顶丝;测杆包括锥体杆和固定于锥体杆大直径端面的定位杆,定位杆与安装通孔相配合,定位杆的侧壁开有定位槽。本发明通过将套管底面与检测锥体的表面相接触,然后通过调节测杆是深度,使得测杆的底端与锥体的锥孔侧壁接触,然后检测测杆顶端凸出或凹入套管表面的变化,进而可以判断锥体孔径的合格与否,测定简单便捷,可以有效的提高工作效率。
